Left the hospital with my pregnant wife having pregnancy complications. Get to the dollar store at 9:45pm. Hour listed open until 10pm. I see a tattoo lady walking around. I knock on the door. She comes out. I said its a quarter til 10 what's up? She says we close early so people like you don't come here. WOW. What kind of people am I? I said I just want to get my pregnant wife some Gatorade. She said hurry up were closed. I said its not 10pm your hours are until 10pm. She said my manager closes 15 mins early every day. Thats bad business and I said how would you feel if I came at you with a racist remark like that? Apparently this store hours are only until 9:45 and if you come later your racistly put in a category and cursed out and flipped off in from of my 12 year old daughter and pregnant sick wife sitting in the car. I will never be back and will be reporting to corporate.

Messy isles and low stock on shelves...I love Dollar General but this particular store is not a favorite of mine. The staff is always friendly & the location is perfect. The store is always a wreck and unorganized and under stocked, esp on sale items! Honestly I think the management needs overhauled. Until than, I will go the extra distance to the Dollar General on Main St.

I just seen a picture of the isle with spills and things everywhere....sorry but I've only seen this store clean, even when inventory is stocked on the shelves. The employees are very nice and helpful. I really appreciate it. Thanks, to the employees, you should be proud of yourselves.

I like the store being available, but the stock carts being full in the aisle all over the store everything every single day any time of the day is absurd. I mean it's ridiculous. I'm am one not prone to exaggeration and this is not an exaggeration. I can't imagine any other business operating like that. Didn't stock rooms occur to the planners and builders?? Kind of just weird or lazy or I don't know...

Not a bad store for a quick local stop to pick up needed items. Dollar General has improved over the years, and this new one in Knox is clean and well put together. You can find cleaning supplies, school items, laundry detergent, food, party items, home decor, & milk. It may not be top-notch, but their coupon policy is great (I'm not a regular couponer), and their cashiers are always friendly and professional. Other than that, their sale items are not clearly advertised on the shelves, making it difficult to find the right items, and the aisles are not very wide.

I'd give a better review if they had more reputable employees. I called to ask a question and was asked to hold. I could hear everything going on as all they did was put the phone down to deal with a customer. When finished, they put the phone on their belt and went to talk to their coworker about what they were gonna do after work that day and how their weekend went and how much they hated so and so. Eventually I had to hang up because I was obviously not important enough to remember and answer. Instead I drove there from North Judson (our store was out of what I needed) and hoped I wasn't treated the same way in person.

Seems like Everytime I go there there out of something I needed and having there aisles blocked by all the stuff that needs stocked. They need to hire 3rd shift ppl to stock and keep the aisles clear. I'm surprised OSHA hasn't done anything about that, it's a hassart for ppl

You drive up there expecting them to be open till 10 PM and they’re closed at 6 PM. This is happened at least five times to me. The shelves are half empty and the coolers are closed off with tape across them no food items.

The Dollar General store on the corner of US 35 and 200 south is a mess . For having such a bigger store than the one on main street in Knox they should be able to keep it looking a lot better than they do. It's disgusting in my opinion. Main street dollar General keeps their store clean.

Garbage can in parking lot is overflowing. Been that way for weeks. Hundreds,litterly, hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground in the lot. Very disgusting. Need clean up crew desperately. Inside, a typical DG store. A mess.

I had quit going into Dollar gen cause their stock sits on carts and not on the shelves where it should be. The aisles are blocked with said carts. I go into Family Dollar more cause it's not like Dollar Gen. Too bad they can't hire enough help !!! Stopped in this time to see and IT IS AS BAD AS BEFORE.!!

Always a mess; aisles being blocked by carts loaded with boxes of products and several shelves in total disarray. Last time, the dairy fridges reeked of spoiled milk. Aside from that, no problems or complaints...

Cashier was very helpful and explaining DG pickup through the Dollar general smartphone app. I just wish the signs didn't say you had to download an app in order to get pickup

This particular store in Knox Indiana is probably the best one that I have found. They have lots of products that I haven't seen before. And I actually found lysol spray, score!

Nothing on shelves. Boxes every were and not very clean. Hard to find what you need when isles are a mess and everything still in boxes out on the floor. This not the first time with this place either. Always like this.

Not a big fan of this particular place. The place is cluttered and stuff is everywhere. This place is very disorganized. The staff there is very unfriendly the women at the counter didn't greet you and sent you in your way.
