was waiting inline for a shower since 4am the shower cleaning lady finally showed up at 430 am spitting and yelling about having to clean showers and how she would drivers wait til 5 am to get showers because they take there brakes.very unprofessional and hope next time Ashley and Ginger mainly Ginger who again after i waited told me to my face sorry we take our brakes from 3 am to 430am and there’s only one of us cleaning showers okay that’s fine but please don’t yell and give us serious attitude when we’re just doing what you both go home and due everyday thank you o didn’t make you take the job have a nice day and hope you do better next time a Gingerawesome cleaning job by the way

4/5/24 14:45 - Shower #6 was fairly clean. But the fan was WAY past due for cleaning. I had it on high and could not feel any air coming from it. (see pics).Manager must be a slacker; not ever inspecting the showers or making sure the trash cans are emptied. ⬇️ALL of the trash cans in the truck parking lot were overflowing. Looked like they had not been dumped in days.(pic)

Bathrooms are pretty nasty, don’t think they clean them very often. Showers are ok but definitely not clean. Parking is pretty good.

This is the 4th Loves in a row that we stopped at and the propane was empty or they did not have someone certified to pump it. We even called first to confirm. Even the airpumps weren't working at 3 of them.

The price for regular unleaded was a few cents cheaper than the Speedway across the street. May not sound like much, but why pay more if you don't have to?Clean facility, including the bathrooms.Like most Love's, the c store is very well stocked with a broad array of beverages, snacks, gear and supplies.This location has a McDonald's AND a Subway under the same roof. Choice is good.My experience during this visit was a lot better than the negative reports other reviewers spoke of from their visit. Maybe they've improved after reading the bad reviews?

Okay the truck stop is great and the employees are great but I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a subway in my life my husband was originally ordering for me and when I said I wanted extra meat she said it would be extra I said it’s fine and she wasn’t going to give me extra meat she was rude I wanted to express my feelings and she was rude as hell to me but nice to my husband her name she’s heavier set glass’s I did catch her name I’m so mad my husband doesn’t hit females but he wanted to

They had to change 2 tires and check air in trlr air. Didn't check air in trailer tires, they were down to 60 psi to 80 psi Had to find air to put it in myself. 3 lugbolts were loose when I had them tighten down. Glad I had them retorque. Was bragging about this loves and won't do it again.

I went there around 1am in the morning, it was as lively as it was day time. The store was clean and restrooms were clean as well. There was a 24hrs subway which had the freshest of the veggies. The seating area was clean and decorated as well. I absolutely loved love's

The lazy employees can't even be bothered to tell a proper lie... they tried to tell me that their "air" lines were froze up so their machines were broken.. Also anyone that works around truckers long enough would know brake fluid will clean those lines out.... if it was really all that broken then why isnt their machine locked up and put away? Leave it to loves employees.... all across the United States you'll here all sorts of excuses but nobody actually provides this service...

I had terrible experience. I was trying to get one refill, hot tea and the guy he's like I'm going to charge for each tea bag it is one refill with 1 teabags or each tea bag 1.50$ doesn't make any sense to get refills and ended up getting charge for each tea bag

Went in there to get air in the tires. They claim they put air in and never did. Dude handed us back the wrong keys originally on top of that so he must’ve been lying cause these tires are still reading low and look super low.

I came to get fuel. Used a T check to pay. T check $400, Fuel $198.75. When I went to pay they said there would be a $5 fee for the cash coming back. Had I put $1.25 more in my tank I wouldn't have to pay the $5. Not good business. I flat out told the manager Scott that if I had to pay a fee on top of other fees that I would stop coming to Loves completely. He gave me my change plus the $5. He said I'd rather have a customer than the $5. Scott did me right and I will definitely come back. Plus the showers are huge, two nozzles and very clean. The only draw back that I saw is when you enter the parking lot. The ground is settling and it is quite the drop, they need to fill it in. Good experience overall.

Do not stop here...They use the same towels to stop the drain leaking from their refrigerators and they also put them in the bathrooms so you can dry your body without thinking that they could cause you a serious skin infection ...You could file a lawsuit against them for these bad practices ... ???

Our waitress was very nice. She's been there for years and we've had her as our waitress several times. They were kinda busy so our wait time to get our food was long but when we got it it was delicious. We both got some kind of breakfast bowl with a side order of gravy and it was great!

Was traveling stopped there to rest for a minute before getting back on the road and got the cops called on me by staff that told them I did drugs.... the police came out and saw it wasn't what they were told and instantly left but that still wasn't right Loves needs to do better racial profile is not cool.

Things were better here this time around compared to last time, but the roller grill area had problems. There were two different types of hotdogs and two different tornadoes but none of them were labeled. The fresh ingredients like onion, relish etc weren't covered with anything which is pretty unsanitary.
