Dr. Lortie and her staff are amazing at everything they do. Not only are they wonderful to our fur babies, they are wonderful to us! Dr. Jen and her care team has been caring for our black lab for 12 years now and has recently been caring for our new chocolate lab. Our chocolate pup, only 3 months old, broke her leg-Dr. Lortie and her whole care team was there waiting to see our pup as soon as it happened!! They treated us with compassion and was very understanding of our frantic state. I cannot thank them ALL enough for saving our puppy!! We love you guys so very much! ❤️

Recently I had to put my sweet girl "Jewel" (my White German Shepherd) to sleep. They did a remarkable Job. I am still grieving & they understand!This week I had to take Vega (my Belgium Malinois) in for his ears. I want to thank them for putting up with my 2 yr. old,He is such a handful 😨!!! Thank You for the new leash.

Took my cat (Itty Bitty Kitty) here to get spayed. She just got done yesterday but so far so good. The staff was friendly, I wasn't surprised with extra charges on the bill and my cat was back to herself as soon as we got home except she was a little wobbly in her back legs due to the numbing medicine but after it wore off I couldn't even tell she just had surgery. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I had to take my dog for his shots and a checkup yesterday and dr Stephanie Coates seen him... this lady is over and above a great vet!!!! She was sitting on the floor at his level talking to him and he loved her! She was amazing... he even let her put a neck collar on him....hats off to the dog whisperer♥️🐕♥️

A true caring Veterinary clinic that knows your name and takes care of my dog Bailey since she was a pup, our previous Golden had cancer and Dr Jen realized the pain we were in when we had to put her down. Bailey enjoys going to countryside.

Dr. Jennifer and her staff have been amazing from the first time we brought out animals there. From boarding, to treating hard illnesses, to saying goodbye to our best furry friends...even during Covid they went above and beyond to bring comfort and the best care. We will never go any where else. Dr Lortie and her staff are exceptional!

So far no emergencies thank God but our visits are always great. Friendly and welcoming staff. They keep you informed and answer all questions without hesitation! Cheese (baby cat) goes for check ups and pedicures.This last visit was a medical visit. They were fast to get us in, Cheese got x-rays and bloodwork. Dr. Lortie called during the day with updates. Cheese is never frazzled when he comes home so while being poked and prodded its done with care.

These people are awesome! Great treatment, polite and professional. I highly recommend taking your beloved pets here.I needed my dogs teeth cleaned and the other vet clinic I was going to was going to charge over $400, Countryside quoted me half that. There is no doubt, Dr. Lortie is absolutely awesome! Don’t throw away your money, invest it in your friendly neighborhood veterinarian.

Dr. Lortie is awesome. She is always very friendly and makes me feel like she really cares about my dog. I'm a full time hobo (if you don't know don't ask bro) and use different veterinarian clinics all over the country. She has forwarded medical records and is very professional. I think one of her receptionist may hate men lol but they're still all ok.

They are on time, Dr answered questions. They took extra care with our elder dog when lifting and examining her. They gave estimates for dental work on both our dogs. Some times seems more expensive than other places and other times they seem cheaper. Not sure if it is supply and demand pricing, but it makes my wallet ache...

The first time I had gone to Countryside Animal clinic was in May 2022. I had just gotten a puppy and she had a swollen cheek. The vet had looked my puppy over and she gave me and my husband good news this day. The treatment for this was only the beginning of my furbabies seeing Countryside Animal clinic. We have three dogs and two cats.I judge a vet according to how they treat my furbabies. The vet had talked to my furbabies and treated them with kindness. I had a vet that didn't speak to my furbaby and it was as if they were doing a job with no compassion. This clinic treated my furbabies with compassion and didn't treat them like it was just a job. I am thankful for this clinic and their loving staff. Thank You for treating my furbabies in a compassionate manner. I have finally found another good vet that I will show respect and compassion.
