We came in to order a veggie delight. As soon as an employee named Christine walked in the door she was being rude to a younger employee and took the sandwich she was making of ours. Didn't wash her hands used hand sanitize. I asked for extra onions and her reply was very rude saying this is not an all-you-can-eat. I told her I did not want the sandwich and she started screaming with customers in the store. I later called to ask for her name to make a review she refused to give me her name I couldn't even get a word in because she was screaming. Thankfully I knew an employee from another store who knew exactly who I was talking about. If we want extra onion add a button to charge us just like they do with cheese, but as your website States you can have as many vegetables as you would like.? But we barely had any on there. Rudest employee I've ever seen.

I live in a neighboring town. I will no longer go to this location. The manager running this location has her employees purposely not putting enough toppings on the sandwiches. On a footlong sub, subway standards are 6 tomato slices, 6 cucumber slices, etc. This location consistently gives less than subway's standards for toppings and you might get the standard if you ask for extra. The manager, when questioned about it, tells us that the toppings prices have gone up. Multiple times we have told her that one of us has worked for subway in the last 6 months, the standards have not changed due to price increases. We will also be reporting this franchise for violating subway standards consistently. This is not a one time experience with this location.

They are nice enough at this location and the food is good. Only complaint I have is after the staff bags your sandwich they don't hand it to you like at other locations. They don't even point the handle to you - you have to reach and drag it to you to get your bagged sandwich. Owner is the only one I've seen be courteous enough to actually hand you you bag at this location. Not a big thing, more of a peeve.

Had it not been for the gentle man working behind the counter tonight I would not give them 5 stars…. I wouldn’t even be writing this. But I am hoping his supervisor sees this and he is rewarded! The gentleman was extremely kind, polite, apologetic, and professional. They had run out of several ingredients and the gurl working had left him with a line of people. But he handled himself and did an amazing job! You guys have a wonderful employee there and I hope you appreciate him. Thank you for a good experience.

The food is fine, no complaints there. However, this is possibly the slowest Subway on the planet. The staff likes to have conversations amongst themselves instead of actually listening to your order. Every time I'm there I have to correct what they are doing. For example, today when I was asked about my toppings, I said spinach. Without even bothering to look at me when asking, or at the food she was preparing, the lady dumped a big load of lettuce on instead. And don't ever ask for black olives because they cannot hear those 2 words. And I'm not sure how honey mustard sounds like extra mayo, but it's to be expected here. Approximate waiting time here is 15 minutes per sandwich, assuming no one else is in line.

I'd give a zero if I could. 3 teenagers running the place that I doubt could care less. No cookies. No bottles of diet Coke. The fountain diet Coke has no carbonation. The fountain lemonade tastes like water Need I continue? Where is the manager? What about customer service? i got to my car. No napkin with my sandwich. Won't be back.

I wasn’t visiting. I was scrolling through Snapchat and someone on my Snapchat had posted a video of one of the male employees with bags of sauce in his pants. None of the others tried to stop him just sat back laughed and recorded it. That has to be the worst things I have seen from that restaurant, considering I used to work there. I thought I’d share with those who eat there and actually have respect for others. I do have a screenshot. I know the names of two of the employees who work there. Honestly subway needs to stop hiring children who can’t take their job seriously even when there’s no one else in the store.

Ordered online since it was the only way to get the BOGO FREE footlong deal. I did not want anything toasted but since 1 was a melt i requested the bacon be heated. Nope. They just put that nasty, cold, chewy bacon on with everything so it's not like we could even heat it after getting home. The sandwich went to the trash and we had 1 very hungry relative. Plus sandwiches were not ready on time.

This is our third stop at this subway and the third time we have had poor service every time!! Once they were on their personal phones and too busy to serve us. One time they were so annoyed because my family of 5 all ordered separate subs. And today was the worst ever..slow and 2 sandwiches into our order for family of 5, I realize the computer isn't working. She says we will be unable to pay with credit card or cash because she can't ring it up or open the drawer and the only key is with the manager who is not coming in. So I offered her to give her cash for the 5 sandwiches based on prices on menu....but she can't figure out if this is ok...so we didn't have time to waste...so we left the 2 half-made sandwiches and left. This has to be the worst subway ever! We have been to many subways and never experienced this lack of professionalism...and not just once!!

Awesome service....Went in at 7.00 a.m. and the lady was just opening...she was very nice...despite the fact the storm here had caused the computer to go down... She was willing to take my order by hand...i really appreciated that since my only other choice was McDonald's....and also the double chicken salad she made for me was !!!!Awesome!!!!!
