We ordered two sides of bacon. We recieved 2 pieces of bacon. The manager proceeded to tell us that is correct. She was trying to tell us 4.72 is for two slices of bacon. If you are the supervisor, shouldn't you know what the menu is and if not look. Should she not lead by example instead of saying that is what it is. The menu clearly stated 1 side of bacon is 2 pieces of bacon. What more can I say!!!!

Where’s the beef?It’s difficult to get in and out of this location. They have two order boxes but they only use one. They don’t park cars when the order in front of you is too big. The drive-through line blocks the entrance. Order was wrong. Person answering the phone doesn’t listen to understand. The one star is for the nice employee taking the payments and the fresh fries. Definitely would not return if that was an option.

The inside of this McDonald's, is the cleanest one I have ever been in. Floors, bathrooms, countertops. Employees are very hard working and the restaurant shows it. July 2019. They finished remodeling. Very nice. Return for visit October 17, 2019. We ate in, we waited 10 minutes for our 2 hamburgers and drinks. They were more concerned in serving drive through as fast as they could and people who ate inside had to wait. Where we sat we saw cars come and go as we waited for our food. That isn't fair. Hot apple pies were barely warm. Very disappointed. This has been the McDonald's I always looked forward to eating at when we went to Lafayette.

As McDonald's go, this is a nice one. They even have a dog walking area! Almost always very busy, expect to wait because corporate would rather pay Mariah than hire more employees with higher wages!

I went through drive-thru and ordered my food when I pulled up to the window they said pull in the slot one they were waiting on our Egg McMuffins. 15 minutes had went by and they still didn't come out with our food. So I walked in to see what was taking so long and my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. I asked the lady who I believe was the manager what was taking so long and she said she was just about ready to have someone come out and give us our food. So I took my food and got back on the road as I took a bite of my egg McMuffin it was ice cold. Very poor service will not return to that store ever.

We went through the drive thru and tried to order the Grimace shake. We were told they did not have it. Okay, whatever. So we order a frape, they, "could not make it." Fine, whatever, I don't care at this point.We order two blue raspberry slush things.We pay, and then we pull up and was said that they did not have what we paid for and needed to pick something else.We got the sprite one. It was okay.

We stopped in on our way north from Terre Haute and this McDonald's experience was hands down best I think I have ever had. Food was great fresh and hot all employees were kind and helpful and the store was just amazingly clean my wife and I travel often and I have only had one other similar experience at a McDonald's across the USA and it was in Panama city FL my wife and I always referred to that McDonald's as the best in the country well not anymore the one in Kentland, IN is amazing. GOOD JOB 👍💪💯
