They have consistently treated me and my pets with respect. When I bring my pets there with issues, I feel as if they address each one thoroughly and are very informative on how to help my pets feel their best. I've even been able to call with urgent concerns and they got me in asap.I have been very satisfied with their comprehensive and caring service over the years. 💕🐾Update: They saved my kitten's life last week. ❤ I just can't thank them enough. 💝

This is the best Veterinary Clinic I have ever been too. Dr.Kay and all the staff are outstanding and really care about the animals. I have brought my dog to them from the time she was a puppy until today when we had to have her put down. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, and they helped us through it. I don't know if I will ever get another dog, but if I do, I will bring her here.

They misdiagnosed our dog TWICE. First with blasto and then with cancer. He suffered and then died from pneumonia a simple blood test would have found it which they didn’t do. They sat on the blasto results for two days before we called demanding them. We won’t be taking any pets back there again.

We took our 2 recently adopted cats here to establish care and get treatment for a tapeworm. From the start the front desk people were very friendly and professional, we had to wait just a little bit due to an emergency procedure but that was fine. They got us back and took turns with the cats, checking them out and treating what they needed quickly. The vet and tech were very nice and gentle, they answered our questions and took care of our cats no problem! We will be back for any further care!

I had went to the same vet since 1999. I thought he was an exceptional veterinarian. A few years back I had taken my female pitbull into him because she had a cough, he told me it was allergies. At the time I thought that seemed logical. 6 months later I had taken her back again, and was told the same thing I was trusting them. A year and a half later I had taken her back and there was a new doctor, she told me the same thing, it's allergies. I took her back a few months ago for the same cough and the new veterinarian which was a man this time tried to tell me it was allergies and I looked at him and I said no there is no way after 2 years it can be allergies. They wanted to charge me $640 for an x-ray. So I was talking to some friends and they told me to try Dr Kay at Kentland veterinarian. So I called and found out how much an x-ray would be if she needed to do one and they told me $140. So I set up an appointment I went to her, she was the most sweetest caring nicest doctor I have met in a long time! She asked me if she could take an x-ray of ginger and she right off the bat, told me how much it would be. I told her yes she may, within 20 minutes she have come back in the room and looked at me with this sad face, and told me she was so sorry that my dog's heart was the size of a basketball that she was in congestive heart failure. And that there was something in her lungs she was not sure what it was and unless we did a blood test but she told me since the condition of her heart it wouldn't make a difference if it was cancer or not because no matter what my baby girl only has so long to live. The tears were running down my face and Dr k was so compassionate and answered every one of my questions and told me what we could try to keep her comfortable and we would do one part the first two weeks and then we would do both the second two weeks. We are now on our 3rd week, and she already seems to be improving which makes my heart very happy that I went to Dr Kay! I would most definitely refer her to anyone even if I wouldn't know them and I heard them talking I would send them to her! The staff is very compassionate, and extremely nice! I truly believe you would not go wrong giving Kentland veterinarian clinic a chance if you want and need a reasonable and great doctor and staff.Update: Dr. Kay and her fabulous staff I still seeing my baby girl. We went for a check up today and she is in stable condition. We do not have to go back for another 3 months as long as she keeps improving or is stable.I'm sure you'll read as many reviews as possible to find the perfect doctor for your pet, but I am here to tell you this is the best one to pick!Thank you Dr. Kay and you're fabulous staff! You are my heroes! ❤️🌹❤️

Dr K. was excellent. This isn't my usual very, but in an emergent situation, my dog had to go here. He was treated as if he had been a patient there his whole life. Very impressive from the front desk personnel to the vet. Thank you greatly!!

I’m a first time pet owner and they were very nice to my cat, made her feel comfortable. They were also very nice to me and answered my questions with no issues. I’m taking my kitten to them in a week or so! Would recommend to anyone in the Kentland area.

We have been a part of the Kentland Veterinarian clinic for many years now, more than 16 year, and not once have we ever had a bad visit. Dr. Wernert and Dr. Kay are wonderful caretakers regardless of the reason for your visit. Our dogs and cats have been well cared for here and when my long beloved cat reached a time where he needed to run free on the other side of life, Dr comforted me. She sent a card of condolences and in a time of hurt and sadness, made the difficult task of letting go just a bit easier. Honestly, you and your pets become their family here. They are wonderful!

I have quite a few pets so there are 3 clinics in the area that i tend to use. Kentland Veterinary Clinic is by far my favorite! They are so nice and friendly and do everything they can to make sure your baby has a good experience. My boy Ares hates shots and always makes a big deal out of it. They made him so comfortable he didnt even react to the needle. He had such a good experience and so did i.
