Just about everything was a bad experience here. Not sure where to start. But to summarize, roaches in the bathroom, sewer flies throughout the room and smelled like smoke. Because of the smoke smell I guess that’s why the windows were open when I arrived with air freshener in the window as well. The price was great at $50 including tax but I would’ve paid $60 or $70 maybe if there were no roaches or sewer flies. The parking lot was well lit, the Wi-Fi worked really well and the air conditioner cool the room down fast but I definitely would never stay here again though.

I've only visited friends who were staying there, but from what I've observed, it's comfortable. The beds and pillows are nice. They have a love seat at the foot of the bed for guests. It has a kitchen with a small fridge, not a mini fridge, but not a full sized fridge either. There's a stove and a sink, and a full bath, also. All together a nice place to stay if you have to stay for a longer period of time than just a vacation.

Bugs in the bed. That bit. No coffee in room or lobby. Cigarette burn holes in the wool blanket. Thin walls - we could hear every truck on Highway 41. The price I was quoted on the phone was lower than what I was charged. Air conditioner poorly installed - cold air and probably bugs coming in around it. No place to hang clothing. If you have a choice of sleeping in your car or here, sleep in your car. The motel down the street is not great, but felt like a 5-star hotel after leaving this place. Disgusting.

This place isn’t fit for animals. Bugs everywhere black mold in the air conditioners and the backside of the place is like living in a scrap yard. Vehicles torn apart in the driveway, it also looks like a scene from the movie deliverance. A friend of mine spent one night in this hotel the next day he spent two days in the hospital for a viral infection in his throat. Unfortunately one star is the lowest I can give it in all actuality it’s about -10!

So for Christmas, we went to Indiana, & stayed in this catastrophic dump. I am not even exaggerating. This place is an example of 'deceptive advertising', & 'we pay people to write our good reviews'. I had a feeling when we rolled into the parking lot that we were in for a real "Schitts Creek" adventure, but I had no idea just how far they'd go to "delight us". First, we were greeted by Roland, the husband of the housekeeper 'acting manager while my boss is in India for the holidays'. Claimed that they never received our booking confirmation from booking dot com. But they could put us into one of their snazzy 'deluxe suites' with a kitchen featuring a full sized (greasy) stove, & fridge. Bonus points for the lawn chairs outside every door for client comfort. Bathtub was filthy, equipment missing, or hanging half off walls, flimsy locks, crumbling walls, no microwave, no alarm clock, no telephone. Not even Styrofoam cups for water...but by gawd, we'll give you equipment big enough to cook a 75 lb turkey in. Yard full of snarling pitbulls next door for premise protection. We'll even send our preteen children door to door in the dead of night to offer you mats to protect our already filthy carpets from the invisible snow, & make you think they're homeless urchins trying to jack you for your Christmas presents, so you wind up scaring them half to death when you snap on them, & they go running back to Daddy Roland, who in turn, comes charging your door like he REALLY wants some of my ex marine husband. We got it all sorted out, but damn, your joint is the perfect cover for child trafficking. Wisen up! This place was a virtual roach coach. Like Bates Motel on morphine.

Rooms needed deep cleaning.There were 2 rooms of tweakers that were like curtain monkeys when we arrived at 1am. One even opened his door and said hi. Around back looks like people stay there like appartments. Pretty trashy looking too. No ice or vending machines. Checked in and left without even asking for a refund, thought they could use it to invest in some cleaning supplies.

I'm here from out of state, working on a project in nearby Remington. This place is perfect for a worker like me, it has all the basics and is clean. Although not a place that I would choose to stay if my family was with me (we do enjoy more luxury when traveling together) it does just well for me, and I can be pretty critical. The front desk is always very accommodating even though I've made a habit of arriving late in the night for check in.

I stayed here for a little under 4 months for work and really liked it. The staff there really makes it feel like home. I'd definitely stay there if I'm ever back in Indiana

Stayed at Kentland Motel several times in past 3 years.Really a nice motel. Friendly ,curtious staff. Rooms are nice and very clean.Free wifi Close to downtown Courthouse stores,fast food, restaurants pharmacies and gas stations.Very quiet location.Very convenient Will definitely keep going back.

Bugs!! AS SOON AS THE LIGHTS WENT OUT THEY WERE ALL OVER. The worker at the front desk called me a liar, and said it was impossible. I told her that I just would like a refund but she said no.I paid for two nights and was there about one hour. No refunds. I went to the red roof in down the road and it is so much nicer and less expensive. Kentland motel is nasty.

You get what you pay for but that's no excuse for leaving dirty sheets on the bed, I pulled back covers and there was dirt in the sheets I had to bring in my own pillow and sleep on top of blankets , the towels look like something you would use to change your oil on your car , otherwise it would have been fine but they blew it as far as I'm concerned, Steven Griffin

I have been to this motel and got.great service when needed it's very quiet and the rooms was very well keeped.and go back to drop some things off to my nephew Cody and his wife maddie and my little niece I have to say the rooms are still very well keeped and very friendly service I recommend this motel if anyone needs to rent a room very good prices to.
