I have worked with Window Decor in the past and they have fantastic customer service as well as quality products. They came out to measure to give me a quote and then came out another time to ensure that all measurements were accurate for the order. Once the order was in, the installation crew came out and introduced themselves and what they were going to do. They were courteous, efficient and installed the shutters quickly. They took away all of the packaging materials, vacuumed up any dust or debris and returned any furniture back in place. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Although they did not have the exact product I was looking for, the staff here were more than pleasant to work with. They took days out of their time to look through their inventory and kept in constant touch with me via text to help find what I was needing. They are very nice, easy to work with, and more than willing to help a potential customer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will return to them myself if I ever have the need.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Richard, our salesperson, was responsive and helped bring our vision, as laymen, to a reality. Our home closing wasn't made official until it was down to the wire, so they brought temporary shades the day of our close so we could still reside in our home with privacy. We didn't even have to wait a week for the install. The team that came out was absolutely fantastic. Most professional installation we have ever experienced. Charlie, Hernan & Micaiah were courteous, knowledgeable and precise. They delivered and installed a beautiful product and we could not be happier. Look no further if you want high quality window coverings paired with a great install team and great customer service all around.

We drove 60 minutes to their Jeffersonville office on a whim and were surprisingly delighted by the greeting and the whole experience. Charlie spent an hour with us explaining the products and helped us decide on the style, design and color that suited our home. After 5 weeks, the install was scheduled. Josh & Jeremiah were prompt, professional and efficient. After install they programmed the motorized units and explained the remote very well. One concern we had was if you could see through at all, but you cannot. During a sunny day we cannot see outward through them, and at night someone on the outside cannot see inward even though the all of the lights were on inside.Summary: Outstanding experience from the office staff to the installers. We're glad we chose Window Decor.

I love that they communicate with you every step of the way. Appointment reminders as well as notifications on shipping and prompt scheduling - you always know what’s going on with your order. We had 3 stories of blinds to design and install in our home. WindowDecor made the process extremely easy and efficient. We selected cordless Norman blinds and they've worked perfectly for over 2 years, including the remote control blinds if windows we can't reach. We moved in before Christmas and the team did everything in their power to get our blinds in before the holiday. They went above and beyond in every way.Just recently, we finished the basement and all of the blinds were removed by the builder and the attachment clips were lost. Again, WindowDecor stepped right up and assisted us with getting attachment clips right away. These guys have a rare, customer centric attitude from their leadership to their installers. This was truly a great experience. Rich, the salesperson, was super nice and helpful and made multiple trips to assure that we got exactly what we wanted. When it came time for installation we had concerns about the security system installed on the windows and the shutter installer actually sent us a video demonstrated the installation as it was being completed. When the Job was complete, Charlie met with us to get explain operation and assure all things were to our liking. We could not be happier with the product or the service. Outstanding!

I installed beautiful plantation shutters in my home 2.5 years ago. I love them. Except they do not provide room darkening in my bedrooms. I did not want drapes so that was not a consideration. I contacted Window Decor, installers of the shutters, and expressed my concerns. Charlie, the manager, researched solutions and communicated what he thought would solve the problem. His team installed the honeycomb shades behind the shutters, creating a room darkening. Brilliant. I am a very happy customer!
