All of the staff at this store is awesome! My new puppy has visited multiple times and everyone has been wonderful. Her nails are now short and staff answered my many questions. I'm scheduled to return next month.

Had a 10:20 am appointment Sunday 2-25-24. Got there and the doctor wasn't there so my dog couldn't be seen. I received an email and texts saying be there 10 mins before the appointment. No one updated me before or after the scheduled appointment. It was a waste of my time and I work Monday through Friday so the weekends are the only time I can make appointments. I was very unorganized that day.

I have been bringing Gucci to see shelby since he was a puppy. She’s the only one I trust with him and even took time off when she was out until she returned. Gucci was very nervous at first but shelby was very warm and loving to him so not he lights up when he sees her. If you were to lose her again you’re losing a major asset.
