The staff at the store is why I'm giving at least 2 stars and not just 1. She was very helpful and nice.However the people that delivered it, however wasn't as pleasant and helpful. They literally just dropped and ran. They did take my old appliance but they didn't even put the handles on at least on the refrigerator they did put the doors on but when we asked them to level it. We were told oh you just need an allen wrench and they left the fridge in the middle of my kitchen and didn't even level my doors.We also purchased a new water line at home depot so they could install the water line because they won't unless it's 1 of theirs. They didn't even connect the waterline. The waterline I had was perfectly fine and I only purchased theirs so it can be hooked up for me.

It is what it is...everyone knows prices are up so just expect to pay for them. Not thier fault it's nation wide. Staff is friendly, well... some of them...was questioned why I needed 1 5/8 screw for putting 5/8 osb up but I'll let that one go considering they wanted to up sell me 3" screws... who knows maybe people are in thier phones too much maybe they just don't know and have an ego problem. But I would recommend it a decent place to buy your construction materials...just make sure you bring your own lube to the cash register.

I come here quite a lot, it's a well stocked home depot with plenty of stuff. I'm a guy , so I like looking at all the tools I can buy so I can complain about the things I need to "fix" only to not really know how to fix the stuff. But that aside, plenty of good building materials for all the projects I want to do but honestly won't ever get around to doing. And to be honest, even if I bought all this nice stuff I wouldn't know how to build it like a pro, so remember nobody knows pros like the Home depot. So you just pay for the stuff and home depot will help you find a pro to help you with your project.Bathrooms are nice, they have a family bathroom that's nice too, I'd recommend taking a poo in either restroom.

They just delivered the Cub Cadet mower, I ordered online. They hit the house with the forklift. The mower was filthy and all the paperwork and manuals are ruined. If this is going to be your delivery personal, then you will always have a problem. Going to call Cub Cadet directly, if the manager don't take care of this. Very !!!unsatisfied!!!

Went to get four things: 5/16 machine screws, a 12 mm by 1.5 bolt, a gallon of behr stain, and an 8' aluminum ladder.The 5/16ths were only available in hex and carriage head. Could have gone stainless to get the the right cap, but declined at $1.4 each.Next was the 12 mm. Nope, wrong thread pitch. Ok, thats an odd one.Surely they would have the Behr stain. Well... it had to be tinted, and the computer would not take the shade I needed. Counter guy said he could manually put my shade in and it 'should' work. Nope, told him I didn't do 'should work', especially for a cabin thats a 50 mile trip each way.Finaly the ladder. It was in stock and I rolled it up to the counter. Well....there was no bar code anywhere on it. They tried to search for the ladder on the computer. Nope 8' aluminum ladder not found. Did i want to purchase it as a fiberglass ladder? No, I did not (imagine if I had to return it).In short: poor selection of fasteners, and computer issues at paint and checkout. Waste of time.

Amazing service here in jasper, employees were nice and helpful, seen online they had the traeger 22 in stock come to find out they are already built, see I drove my impreza, it won't fit built, what do they do? They offered to break it down for me so it fits, helped me put in the car and just saved Thanksgiving, great team work, shout out to the lady in lawn garden area and the guy in the receiving area for your help.

I would just like to say that I really appreciate the help that Keaton on the second shift gave me when he helped load 10 -5 gallon buckets of driveway sealer On a cart and then also he loaded them in my SUV all within 15 minutes of me arriving in the store,Jasper Indiana Way to go Home Depot thank you!!

Bought a fridge. Kids delivered it and said it won't come through the door. So it was returned and credited back to me. Need a better delivery crew. It is actually smaller than the one I put in there 3 years ago.

This was the only Home Depot that carried the color of landscaping pavers we needed. We weren't expecting much as we have been to different Home Depot stores. We were pleasantly surprised! All the employees were smiling and made sure they said hi and asked how we were doing. Everyone seemed happy and the store was very clean and the order pickup up was super easy. We went in the store to also purchase some plants and the cashier had a great personality that even made us smile on our way out!

Terrible service here and it’s obvious that the people here don’t care about the customers because they think they are the only place in town. Prices are higher than avg and no one knows anything about the items they sell. Just there for a check. Ordered blinds from them and they refused to replace some slats that were broken. Said I had to buy a new blind. Seriously?! Good luck I’ll never be back.

Terrible service here and it’s obvious that the people here don’t care about the customers because they think they are the only place in town. Prices are higher than avg. there are a few employees there that will help you out when your trying to find something. Majority of the employees say they will get a hold of someone and they never show. If they even have management maybe someone should look up the word “customer service “! And I don’t understand how there so much higher in price then any other Home Depot in the area. It’s sad

We bought 2 refrigerators and a deep freeze. The employee acted like we were bothering him. He loaded the appliances on a cart and never came back. My husband and I had to push the 2 carts to the front and load them in our truck with 2 small children with us. No one offered to help. Will not shop here again.

The store manager Nick will do anything for you to make you leave a happy customer. Every time I come in here I have a wonderful time and my service is wonderful God bless you Nick for finding my wallet. I'm truly thankful to God- please shop at the Home Depot in Jasper it is the best

Worst experience I've ever had there. My husband and I were there looking for t-molding and everywhere we turned someone was offering to help, which was good. We got to the self check-out and it rang up the wrong price so we pushed the button for service and the woman working right there said someone would be right there. 20 minutes later still no help, yet 3 associates were standing there talking to her and another customer in front of us needed help at the self check-out so I helped him and we ended up letting the associates know that we didn't want our products and were walking out. She was like, oh just wait a few more minutes. We walked out. Very unprofessional....🤨🤨probably will not be back

Home Depot is a great place to go to get anything you need to build the house or to plant a garden order install a toilet LOL you can get anything you need and they have great service and they will help you if you ask them I love going there it's a pleasant experience I give them five star and I don't do that but on occasion 👍👌❤️,, Derek and Scott in the lumber department are extremely exemplary employees I called looking for a certain rare product and the gentleman walked and found it for me and gave me the price and was very nice and helpful... You can't beat that😃
