Each time I have been to this location, there has always been an issue with my order. One time, a Venti size coffee was spilled onto my lap as it was being handed to me from the drive-through window. I asked for another coffee and had to argue with them over replacing the coffee spilled by the employee. I know the non management staff work hard, but the manager I spoke with about the spilled coffee refused to help. Not a fan of this Starbucks.

This store is almost always out of the nitro cold brew. We called to check and they said yes, 5 minutes later they tell us in the drive thru the machine is broken.The staff are nice, but everything else needs improvement. They’re never open on a reliable basis either. I love Starbucks and I was so looking forward to this store opening up, but now I don’t even know if I’ll bother to come back.

The hours are so ridiculous half the time I show up they are closed. Never know when this store is open. Hours online and on the door are not accurate. Customer service is okay and the drinks are also okay, but the hours ruin all of that. Everyone makes the joke that Starbucks is closed every Saturday, the day you would think the store would be open. Show up at your own risk.

Tried to stop by and grab a warm coffee around 6pm and closed, sign on drive thru says hours are like 7-3 right now if that’s the case may want to update google for the time being , never issues with my drinks when I do get them and staff always easy to deal with

Showed up at 7am on Monday morning, it was closed, but see employees inside. If they are going to be closed outside of their posted hours, at least have a notice on the door or drivethru so we arent waiting around. So useless.

The staff here needs more training. Visiting from out of town and stopped in, ordered my usual DAIRY FREE drink because I am lactose intolerant. I’ve been ordering the pink drink for several years now. It doesn’t have dairy milk in it, period. We were the only ones inside the store ordering, and after watching the 2 ladies behind the counter restock their teas for about 15 minutes (no idea how that took so long), two people who came in 5 minutes after us received their drinks first. I finally got mine a few minutes later, and noticed it had about 2 inches of cold foam on top. I asked the woman behind the counter if this had dairy in it, she said yes, I told her I ordered a pink drink, it should only have coconut milk in it. She proceeded to argue with me, stating multiple times the drink can’t be made without milk, in a very rude tone. Finally, another worker stepped over and bothered to read the label, said it was made wrong and they’d have one right out for me. No apology. When I finally did receive the correct drink, the venti cup had a good inch and a half of empty space at the top of it. This is where the new tipping system also ticks me off, because I did tip when I ordered my drink, but based off the interaction I had along with the partially empty drink I finally received, these two didn’t earn a tip. Do better.Dietary restrictions: Keep an eye out if you’re ordering something dairy free, not great at following directions here.

Alot of the times I go there, the staff is very incredulous/impolite. There have been a few times where you get the rare sweetheart, but those are few and far between. Every time I order there, I feel like they hate customers or something. I ordered a venti acai with no inclusions and water as the base and had to change it to a tall at the window and the girl taking my money told the girl making my drink "she's changing it to a tall" with a condescending smile. They not only gave me a tall, but the tall had inclusions AND it had lemonade (I avoid lemonade because I have pretty bad acid reflux so when I endure in cirtusy drinks, I at least keep it to water as a base). I decided to give them a try again today and the girl at the window held the card reader awkwardly low and I struggled to get my card in there and she just stood there and watched me. The base was also supposed to be with water. It was yet again, lemonade. I'm sorry, but I think I'm just going to stick to Zax. They have very friendly and accommodating people that at least care about how they treat others.

I placed an order through the app and was charged for the order only to show up and the store was closed! A few days later I decided to give them another shot. I called ahead to make sure they were open, placed my order through the app and picked up my food. The cream cheese was expired by almost a month and my bagel was moldy. Save yourself the hassle and go to a local shop like emerald greens or zax!

If you are looking for coffee in Jasper ... And reading this review... There is a wonderful, local coffee shop about 7 minutes down the road... Called Zax. Please do yourself a favor and go there. I am not affiliated with either one, but I am affiliated with those who seek good coffee. Nothing personal against Starbucks employees, but I don't like the chain to begin with, and this one is particularly underwhelming. ☕

I’m not sure what the other reviewers are on but every time I’ve been here my order has been 100% correct and the staff are always very friendly and polite, plus they are quick.Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant and they always swap milk out for soy when I ask.

I’m an everyday customer sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. Joseph is amazing he’s always has a smile and is very friendly. Now the other ones I don’t consider an eye roll very friendly. Just because I order every day and a lot of times my drink isn’t made right but I have never said anything I just drink it. But the last few weeks at least 2 to 3 days in a roll. I try to order my drink which is an iced coffee on the app it says you’re out. But if I call or go in the store you have it. It’s very frustrating

I was so excited for Starbucks to come to our town. At first they couldn’t get the drinks right and were slow - to be expected since it was a new experience for everyone. Now, months later, the trash cans are overflowing, tables are dirty, bathroom is disgusting and there are four girls standing around on their phones!I went in two days in a row… same thing. None of it had been cleaned from the day before; or the trash emptied. No thanks!We've got clean places to get a good, fresh coffee in our town. I'll support them.

The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because I ordered the same drink other day it was delicious so delicious I drove 30 minutes to get another one tonight I ordered the brown sugar oat milk espresso as I did the other day. I got my espresso Venti but I didn't take a drink till I got down the road and instantly knew something was wrong the color was off it look like a basic iced coffee what I ordered the other day was multicolored soon as I took a sip all I can taste is strong coffee ground taste it was so horrible I couldn't even finish it and I spit it out so disappointed cuz the young man that made the other day did a really good job it was so delicious the other day but tonight was the opposite I am sad that I wasted gas to go get something that tastes that disgusting I think since they was getting ready to close they just hurry up made something basic so they can get the line of cars gone so they can close. honestly I rather had gas station coffee that was around the block from my house then what I was given tonight

I sat in line for an hour and an half, when I finally got to the speaker I was told my drink could not be made because they were out of straws and whip cream. I told them I didn’t need either of those things for my drink and after a bit of arguing the girl in the speaker said “fine we can make the drink it’s just not going to have whip cream or a straw” which I had already stated I did not need. After another 20 minutes to get to the window I pay and was handed a drink that was made completely wrong and I pointed it out to the girl working the window and she looked at it and said I don’t know, then asked the girl who made it who said it was right.. and again they tried to give me the drink. I asked if they could just remake it because there was no way it was right and I got attitude from the girl and she said “well there’s like 20 drink ahead of you so you’re going to be waiting a long time” at that point I told her that I had already wait almost two hours and I would continue to wait so that I got my drink made right. The manager ended up coming within 2 minutes and took the 30 seconds to remake the drink. Turns out they didn’t put the coffee in the drink.I totally understand being brand new and there being such a hype about Starbucks being here and I expected to wait but that is no excuse for the attitude I received for something that I was not at fault for. There definitely needs to be more training because it certainly was not the normal friendly Starbucks experience you normally get.
