Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus you can bring your dog in to shop with you, which is nice. They also have a groomer within the store and are frequently offering specials about animal health shots and vaccines.

I am giving them three stars because although I am completely satisfied with the staff in the store part, the groomers are another story. I took my four month old chihuahua/shitzu puppy to be groomed for the first time there and when I got him home I noticed blood on his dew claws because his quick had been cut. I understand accidents happen, but they should have told me about that when I picked him up. I trusted them with a member of my family and I don’t feel like she respected that at all. Petsense did refund my money for it, however. I think I will take Marlo to an independent groomer from now on.

Typically this place keeps track of foods purchases for pets the one time I actually need to know the last food purchased I do not have record of it. My dog got very sick and I wanted to see if there were recalls on this food I had taken the food out of the bag and put in our container and throw in the bag of way before she got sick and the facility did not have the information and could not help. in addition to this in the past I have had terrible experience with the most recent groomer prior to that the two girls who were there or wonderful however.

I was very happy with the care that my puppy, Ginger, received during her grooming. When I called in the morning to make an appt., I was told how long and how much the grooming would be and they were spot on. Ginger had never been the groomer before and was a little nervous, Alicia was gentle with her. I shopped while I waited for her and was asked before the groomer was done if I was happy with the trim she had on her face. The other employees were friendly and curious about Ginger and what she was like at home. I would recommend the services there!

I get cat food here sometimes. Their prices are a little bit higher than WalMart but they are never out of I want. They also have cats for adoption from the Humane Society that you can visit with(or adopt!). There is also a pet grooming salon for those interested in those services.

Went in to get canned food for my kitten who decided abruptly his current food was unacceptable. I found a varied and largest selection of kitten food I've come across at a pet supply store. I also happened upon a Science Diet markdown that got my picky kitty 8 cans for the price of 1.

Good place to get things for the summer. They carry dog life jackets, seresto flea collars, wireless dog fences, portable tie out cables. One stop shop for pet needs. Also a grooming center.

Parking is easy, however prices are higher than what can be found in other places and cat selection is alot smaller. While great for convenience and nice employees. There is better.

Twice now we have scheduled appointments for hair cut on our dog and upon arrival find out we are not on appointment book. So disappointed will be going somewhere else.
