My pets and I LOVE Pet-Agree Professional Pet Services! We strayed away for a while to check out a new business in Jasper but the service was nowhere near what we had received from Pet-Agree so obviously, we came back! Alicen and her staff are true professionals and we appreciate the care that they give each and every one of us! Our dogs are always so fresh after their grooming appointments and now our cat is too! I'm looking forward to working with Alicen to get some training for my dogs in the near future also. We vow to remain loyal customers to Pet-Agree and we will happily send all of our fur friends there!

Couldn't be happier - we have a nervous pup who needed his first grooming appointment. His cut was perfect, and he was happy and relaxed when we picked him up. We will absolutely be coming back from now on. The people here LOVE dogs, and love what they do, and it shows.

We are very pleased with the grooming our 3 year old cat Zygo received. This was our first appointment with Pet-Agree Professional Pet Services. I was especially impressed with their communication, knowledge, and professionalism. Alicen was so informative and did a great job on a cat that had never been groomed and rarely brushed. We learned a lot from her in just a few minutes of speaking with her. She was able to recommend a couple of good quality grooming tools for use at home. Zygo has responded much better to our efforts to keep him combed and brushed. His chest was pretty matted prior to grooming but Alicen did a great job shaving them out.We highly recommend Pet-Agree Professional Pet Services.

We drive approximately 90 miles to take our Tempe to be groomed by Alicen. She is well worth the drive.She Does an amazing job and I’ve had the privilege of knowing her for 4 years and look forward to using her services and knowing Alicen much longer.She is 100% professional and knows the breeds and how they should be groomed correctly and I like to call her “my miracle worker”.She handles my baby with so much care, love and kindness just as if she were her own.Alicen is extremely detail oriented and KNOWS HER STUFF👍I recommend Alicen / Pet- Agree to everyone who considers their fur baby family and only wants the best care for them.She is the best in the business 😊

I'll start by saying I took my dog here for over a year. We used to love the service and our dog did too! However, ever since they lost their sweet receptionist things have gone down the drain. We slowly noticed things getting worse. We went from loving how our dog looked and smelt after the appointments to being disappointed - nails not trimmed, hair uneven and choppy - we thought maybe it was just a one time thing. But, the next time was the same if not worse. We had set a monthly appointment - the first Tuesday of every month - which the July 4th fell on this year. Obviously being a holiday, we made numerous calls the week before to see what day the appointment would be since the first Tuesday fell on a holiday - we did not receive a single call back. Fast forward a month, I get a letter in the mail claiming I owe a debt to Pet-Agree. I immediately called once again and left a voicemail asking her to please call me back - I got no response except for an email stating that my next appointment was cancelled. I had heard other former (and current for that matter) patrons describe the owner as disrespectful and extremely rude and I have to say I agree. It makes me cringe to think what our poor fur baby probably had to endure. If you have any love for your dog (or cat for that matter) I would definitely steer clear of this place!!!

We love the place and so does our Blu and Molly. They have a spa treatment about every 2 months . We love the staff and they provide transportation like a taxi cab when needed. The owner is just about the best of the best people that you could ever meet very well educated and loves our fur babies. Thank you so very much Allison for going out of your way. Taking care of my fur babies can’t say enough good things. Great place for your fur baby. ( happy customer) We all love you.

They are great. Our dog was terrified the first time they treated his nails. He growled, snarled, and even nipped at the groomer. I felt so bad. Second visit was better; not so much growling. To our surprise, on our the third visit, our dog just hopped right up there. He was a bit nervous once the tools came out but he did so much better. The staff is awesome. We are so pleased. Luke is a repeat customer. Loving your service.

We’ve been going here since my Corgi was a puppy. Alicen is very knowledgeable about dogs and is an excellent groomer. My fluffy Corgi loves going there for grooming and Day Care.

Boarded from Saturday to Saturday. Staff late for pick up. Both of our dogs smelled so bad we had to bathe them before we could bring them in our house. Could not get a hold of ANY staff while we were away to check on our dogs. Left several messages and emails only to find out via Facebook that they were short staffed so they may not answer the phones. I'm not upset about the short staffing but the lack of communication about it. Had they told us there were issues, we would have understood and possibly made other accommodations. Then we notice the female has a rash in her folds that was not present at drop off. Also, we sent 28 bags of food (2 per day per dog = 28) and came back home with 19 bags, meaning they only got half a bag each daily. We wanted our dogs to be groomed at some point during their stay but we could not get any staff member to talk to us about it and they told us at drop off we couldn't schedule ahead, but had to call about it. We will not be taking our dogs back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for boarding or grooming

New to Indiana. Small, 8 year old dog. She's my baby, but she's not the nicest or most agreeable. Her previous groomers had to muzzle and restrain her. These guys must be magic, because they were done in around an hour and Luna looks great! They even called my crazy mutt an "angel"! So thankful to have found these guys!

Walked in for a nail grind and was out in less than 10 minutes. Jasmine (sorry if I spelled it wrong) did an excellent job and was friendly and professional. I'll be going back in about 3 weeks for a face and paws trim on my dog. They've always been the best groomers and don't pull punches when discussing your pets' needs.Your groomer often knows more about your pet than your vet does if you go routinely, so make sure you find a good one and LISTEN to them. (I've been on the receiving end of some tough love/advice) 😉

Alicen and her crew are top notch. Been going to Pet-Agree for 9+ years and never disappointed. Their walk-in nail service is fantastic. They grind the nails instead of just cutting eliminating those sharp edges traditional clippers leave. Great at handling difficult dogs, like ours!

I really like the professional manner in which they follow up with their appointment reminders. I like their attention to detail and concerns with the grooming you want done on the dog. However, they make good suggetsions to fit the breed. This is the one of the Best Grooming places I have ever taken my dog. They are very knowledable about their animals.

Our Miniature Schnauzer (who is very protective) is groomed and has been trained at Pet Agree with very good results. We can walk Chester through a crowd and he will behave himself, and we often get compliments on his appearance and even behavior.

They make my Sadie dog look adorable even though she is a white dog that can't stay clean. Also, her anxiety is through the roof and they all love on her to make her feel comfortable in there. I love that even when I forget to schedule an appointment they still get me in within a week's time!

Siggy was happy and enjoyed meeting the staff for the first time. And he came home a very happy, 80 pound, puppy. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. He even got his own report card for the stay so we knew how he did while there. He will definitely be going back when he needs another vacation while we are away.

As always service is outstanding. My dog is very nervous around very one. At pet-agree she is comfortable and not scared ( shaking and barking) she let's them pick her up that is something that normally doesn't happen. I love this place ❤

We have done grooming, boarding and training with this company and been happy on all fronts!Both of our dogs are German Shepherds and can be skittish/nervous around people. Alicen works to put them at ease while still making sure that everyone is safe. The 1 dog is a 100 lb long hair shepherd and getting him groomed really helps the amount of shedding in our home.When we boarded him, he was stressed and they called about giving him some calming treats. We had also discussed moving him from the larger suite into a kennel because dogs like having a den and in the end that was much better for him.We had gone through multiple training sessions (both private and classes with others) with our 4 yr old dog. He is stubborn but we had excellent results after the first private sessions and class. During the first private session, the trainer kept things very lowkey so that the dog would relax and just watched how he reacted with us. Our dog was very stressed just for the fact he would always get nervous being away from home. By the end of the first round of classes, he was listening so much better and going was no longer a major stressor. We signed up for another class because it was a good opportunity to keep him used to being around other people and dogs.We are now going through private lessons with our 2nd dog who is a 1.5 yr old rescue puppy. She can be reactive around people and dogs. I am very confident we will be able to work on her behavior and get her into a much calmer state. She listens better already after 3 sessions!
