10/1/23 My sister, fiancé, and I had a terrible experience with the people working the deli trying to buy chicken strips. The man and women working the chicken part of the deli bullied my sister and fiancé into not getting the chicken. I don’t know if it was because they were lazy or just flat out terrible at their job but they kept complaining and being rude over the purchase of chicken. They made my sister feel dumb about purchasing 20 pieces or chicken, keep in mind we have bought 70 on multiple occasions for any gathering or event we’ve had. They were disgusting workers and very rude people.

Not a bad store at all. Costs somewhere in between Ruler and Holiday foods, so that’s a plus. Like all groceries, some good deals to be had and others not so much. Store is clean and product is well faced every time we go into it. The staff is usually friendly too.

The deli associate shouldn't of sold me the bone in wings knowing they were past their peek fresh time. He should of at least lemme know they have been cooked for some time and probably let me know the best time to get em.. 12 dollars and they weren't good at all. (Terrible)

The only reason I am leaving a 2 star review it's because they always have some Pan heandler outside bumbing money from people for some charity and they are not afraid about confronting you about it,I do not feel comfortable with people asking for money even the girl scouts & i have to feel bad about it. PLEASE STOP,7-13-23 I went in today and there are at least a 100 people working here putting away products and resorting shelves But there is no room for any customers to shop while they are doing this why would you not do it at night or in the evening when you're closed, I had to walk out in frustration

This store always has good prices and groceries I'm looking for! Even always seem to have sale items in stock on last day of sale. Shelves always stocked correctly and wonderful employees. Great speedy checkout no matter when I shop!

This store has a great produce and meat selection; however they have a lot of issues with staffing and pricing not being correct on receipts. Almost every time I go, I have to get a price check and refund for sale prices not being correct. It also makes it hard when you grocery shop with a little because most of the time they only have self checkout open and it is hard to scan over $100 worth of groceries whole trying to keep a toddler from falling out of the cart.

A great store. Unfortunately the smaller stores like this can't compete in prices with Walmart, but unlike Walmart the produce and meat actually looks good! You do get what you pay for... So sometimes go spend the extra money. This location also has a great flower/gift area.

My husband shops with me occasionally, and has now informed me that IGA is the only store he feels comfortable in. He is a Vietnam veteran with severe PTSD and he becomes overwhelmed in all other stores. IGA in Jasper, as well as Huntingburg, have wonderful customer service. Thank you IGA!

Good place to get everyday items such as baking stuff (not equipment), dairy products, and meat products too. The floor is sometimes sticky... very rarely though. Only about once a year. Overall though great place 4/5 stars.

If you like high prices then this is the place for you. I seriously don't in know how people actually shop here. I can only get one or two things here without cringing. Their prices are so much higher than a lot of stores in town but since they're the only store on this certain side of town that's probably why they're so high.

This is the absolutely worst grocery store. Even the online version is a bad experience. You have to put stuff in your cart before seeing a price so, so much for price comparison. This store must think your money isn't important to you. Food is always spoiled or outdated. Prices are awful!! Customer service is dreadful. The self checkouts are terrible!

I stopped to get stuff for work and thought I would get a couple donuts and was very rudely told she was not open even though the store was she had orders to do. If I would have wanted to place a big order the store would have lost out. The cashier was very nice about the whole situation I'm not saying the whole store was rude just the person in the bakery. I believe the no one rule is costumers come first.
