Overall it’s a great store. Absolutely zero “pet smell”, huge variety of food, toys, treats, cages, etc. *Most* of the pets have decent enclosures (for a pet store.) However there are some negatives. The birds could have more “entertainment” in there cages. My boyfriend and I seen 4 finches in 1 cage with nothing but a small perch. The two birds at the front of the store also needed more entertainment like swings and toys. The fish and reptiles had decent enclosures. BUT there were 6-8 rats in one cage and needed more bedding/hideouts.Other rodents seemed to be living decent.I feel as though the prices are high on certain things, such as cat furniture. Most things seem reasonable for the most part.The biggest issue I had was the staff. There were 2 young guys, 1 gave my boyfriend and I a nasty look while looking at the birds. The other was on his phone everytime I seen him. He also seemed rude to a couple with there dog when he was cashing them out. Neither asked if us, nor anyone else needed assistance and seemed “annoyed” to be there.Overall I would recommend this store.

I normally don't have an issue here till recently. The manager randy is his name i believe (male with glasses and Grey hair and beard) doesn't know how to talk to women at all. Me and my husband went in for fish and he talked to my husband like a regular customer but as soon as I would speak or ask something I was treated like I was dumb. I did exactly as he said when setting up the tank and putting in fish yet ALL fish died in 24 hours so I called asking for the policy and was told to bring in the dead fish (which I couldn't as I had already got rid of them) or bring in my receipt. I brought in my receipt and pictures of the fish dead in the tank and was told I did wrong and if I had done what he said they wouldn't have died so I must have not listened to him exactly. He decided to refuse new fish and gave back my money. I then asked if they sold water polishers he asked why I was putting pillow filling in my tank.....I was told to look for said polisher by a professional at another store that ONLY sells fish yet he talked to me like I was dumb and swore I was putting pillow filling in my tank with my fish....i wont be back with him here

Always friendly staff and seemed knowledgeable with the questions I ask. Sometimes the exclusive brands are out of stock but that doesn't effect the rating because inventory doesn't effect experience. If something is out of stock that means it sells quickly or its hard to get. Very happy with the service Feeders provides.

I went into the Jasper location to get a heat pad and a couple other things for my daughter's leopard gecko. While there my other daughter talked me into a fish and a snail so I got a tank with all the supplies needed and went on my way home which is about 35-40 mins. I get home and the tank is cracked so I have to drive the 35-40 mins back and while they refunded my money for the tank and supplies, I wanted to get the same thing but they wouldn't sell it to me for the price it was posted by which was 46.99, they charged me 79.99 for the first tank. They didn't even have any prices posted for the 79.99 near the tank at all. The worker said let me check what our online price is and of course it's the 79.99 but that is NOT the price that was posted in the store. I was not shopping online....also among looking at my receipt there were quite a few other items that weren't priced correctly either so I ended up paying more than the posted price. I will never shop here again. I'll drive the extra 10 mins or so and go to Evansville or Owensboro. I work in retail and if you can't abide by the pricing posted then maybe you shouldn't be in retail!

I used to like this store for the availablility of pet items, but then they started selling pets. They have ferrets and chameleons with improper enclosures and lighting and they don't even sell proper necessities for these pets. 👎

My girlfriend and I were giving her dog a bath in one of the stalls when who is apparently the stores groomer came in with a small dog to give it a bath. The whole time she was next to us we heard her yelling at the dog and throwing stuff around very loudly. When she took the dog back in the associates only section we continued to hear the yelling and slamming along with the dog barking and whimpering very loudly. When I went to talk to an employee at the counter she brushed it off very fast and didn't seem to care at all. Very concerning to us.

They definitely have a nice selection and a nice clean facility. Convenient pet wash stations. They have a good variety of dog food , I need blue Buffalo for small adult breed and they have it on the shelf every tike I'm in there.

Bought a fish there like 2 days ago. When she caught the fish she dropped it on the floor and laughed like it was nothing. I took it home and it died a a couple days after having it. Followed all directions of taking care of It. Kinda disappointed on the whole experience never had this happen. I miss the old pet store.

I just went in for a quick trip but the staff was friendly and helpful. The place is bigger than expected and quite spacious, I saw a wash station for your pets, which I would love to check out more in the future. More viraty than walmart at pretty much the same prices and no big crowds of people. It's definitely a good store to shop at for any pet owners.

The team members here are so helpful & very friendly. Their Intuition brand of products literally gave our dog his life back! We’ve had him on the dog food & treats for the last few months & he is a totally different dog. Thank you!!!!!

Very happy and excited to see a clean, well stocked pet store open in Jasper! I have been to this store twice now, and each time the employees have been very friendly, and helpful. I can’t wait until the self serve pet wash stations are open! Definitely will be my go to place from now on for my dogs, and gecko!!

I bought 2 guinea pigs from this store. They couldn't tell me how old they were. They knew nothing about them as they couldn't answer any of my questions. They must have been very mistreated. I've had them for about 5 to 6 weeks and they are still scared to death of us. The poor things are at least getting a better life with us than at that store. I will not be spending any money there anymore

I book my dog for a shampoo and milk Levine couple days later they canceled my appointment when I called there you never can reach or talk to the person doing the handling of the dogs. I’m always told to call back all the time it’s probably a sign that I need to take my business somewhere else

They have special dog tubs where you can wash your dog. It's around the $20 range you can use all their soaps and chemicals. They will wash the dogs they charge according to the dogs size. They are not grooming pets yet they don't have anyone hired. It doesn't seem to have all of their other supplies yet. They still have quite a bit

My wife took our dog. They had her back there 10 mins. She came out still wet and smelling even worse than before. Do not take your fur babies!!
