I have given this establishment this rating because I feel like the people who do interviews don't like the guys working there. I had gone to do an interview and the lady said that she would call me, I waited at least three weeks and I kept on calling them back over and over, but that final day the person on the other side of the phone said that someone was already in training. What ticked me off was that I applied for the job, got an interview, waited for three weeks, and they already had someone new working on the job. I don't know if this is true, but I can ask you this. Whenever you go to Dairy Queen, do you ever see ANY men working? No, you don’t, at least I know that I haven't ever seen one.Within the treats that are offered and the service that is given, I would give it five stars because they do have more treats than the Dairy Queen in Huntingburg. I have also noticed that Jasper is about 75 cents less than the treats in Huntingburg if you are a person who loves to save as much as possible, then this is the Dairy Queen for you if you want treats instead of a burger.

Changed my review. It's of the business and the owners attitude. No reflection on the actual employees. The drive through is to tight for most vehicles larger than a Prius. If this guy would spend the money and have the parking lot straight drive curves cut, you'd have plenty of room but he had an exscuse for not doing it of course. Windmill chill is the place to go anyways for true good ice cream.

It was very busy. I had really wanted a milk shake for a long time. I saw Dairy Queen while I was driving. I stopped in. I ordered my favorite, a chocolate shake. Got in my car, it was amazing!! Next time I start craving my favorite shake, I definitely will stop at Dairy Queen.

I ordered 3 grilled cheeses and not one had butter on it. Never been to a Dairy Queen that didn't butter their toast or grilled cheese. It was my first time getting it at this location and I will not be going back. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Would give zero starts if possible.

Nice clean Dairy Queen. Friendly staff and good ice cream. This is a (Treat) so their food is limited. The one in Huntingburg has a full menu.

This Dairy Queen was delightful! The cashier was super friendly and helpful! The manager was fully engaged in customer service! The food and ice cream was delicious and fast!, And they were slammed with orders. Im really impressed! We came to eat here the evening of may 21st.If we visit Jasper again we will definitely be back!

Good food, we tried the chicken tenders basket and the grill burger and both were very good for fast food. The ice cream is always good with a good balance between ice cream and toppings or mix-ins. Everything is made fresh to order and they do a good job serving it in a timely manner. Clean dining area and parking lot. And the prices are fair. You can get a lunch basket with either a burger or chicken tenders, fries, a medium drink and a Sunday of your choice for only $5- a great value!

Great place for soft serve ice cream. I always get the mini Oreo Cheesecake Blizzard. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Just your average casual dining ice cream place.

Pretty good service and quality, but some guy's radiator blew up in the drive-thru. Huge cloud of smoke caused an awful smell and like 12 dudes pushed his truck to the gas station next to Dairy Queen. He still got his ice cream afterwards though and I think that says a lot.

all I can say is wow. I have never been treated so poorly by employees of anywhere before. I was ignored by all the abundance of girls working in there multiple times, and then even skipped twice. When I was finally helped, the girl then slapped my order on the counter and walked off to talk very obnoxiously to the other employees. If the ice cream wasn’t as good as it is, I would swear to never come back. On top of all that, the bathroom was an absolute mess. It looked as though no one had ever cleaned the place. I was not happy at all with my visit, not just this time, but every time I enter the Jasper location. They are consistently rude, short, and show overall an intense distaste for even doing their jobs.

this is a long one lol. the staff is so kindhearted and friendly here.my car actually decided not to move forward in the drive thru, and they asked if i needed help pushing it!! when i finally got it to move, i pulled in the parking lot, and walked to the window. the ladies were super sweet, and a lady (who i’m assuming was the manager of the store?) told the cashier to give me the pup cup & moolatè free of charge for my “bad night”! she told me not to drive and to just wait for help, with the biggest caring mom energy ever!!my dad showed up and while we were waiting for the wrecker, the cashier i talked to came out. she asked if we were okay, and if we needed anything. she proceeded BRING OUT an ICE CREAM CONE to my disabled dad as well!!y’all, my heart is touched. it’s not about getting free stuff. it’s about the compassion, understanding, and love in their hearts. jasper DQ is definitely the place to go for your ice cream treats!!

The past 2 times I've been here my malt and moolatte weren't made like any other dairy queen. So much chocolate sauce in there it was sickeningly sweet. Then my vanilla malt tastes like a ton of sugar in milk and was super thin. Couldn't drink either of them. Such a waste. I give up on this DQ for the summer.EDIT: Was gifted a treat from your store yesterday. It was awesome! Keep up the good work. I will be back again. Glad to know you're doing your best, it's appreciated.

Went and got a blizzard was supposed to be a New York cheesecake Blizzard but I got a Oreo blizzard instead so I called and got a coupon in the mail take the coupon up there to get my replacement blizzard and get a cup of ice cream won't be back...

The worst mistake DQ ever made in Jasper was to let the other one go that served hot food in addition to the frozen treats! I liked that one better than this one. Anyway. I ordered an Oreo Blizzard with hot fudge added, and they forgot the fudge. I had to drive back around. If I were a complainer, I would have rated them 3/5 for that, but I understand that they probably receive minimum wage in there. Definitely not enough for all the ridiculously irate customers fast food workers have to deal with over inevitable human error. Don't get mad at the people who don't get paid enough - send a letter to your congressional representative demanding a minimum wage increase. <3

This is a really cool old school dairy queen that we stumbled upon while coming back to Indiana. The wait staff was attentive and our order was promptly filled.
