I feel like I would have given this review more stars, but at the same time, things at this establishment are pretty expensive for my wallet to handle. I don't go here very often anymore, but when I do I end up spending more than I want to spend. I went here pretty recently and there was a side table that wasn't very big, and it had metal legs and a wooden log off the table the price was $69.99 which I thought was outrageous for something that could be created within an hour for $20 or less.I did end up buying some plants that were on clearance which I really liked, but whenever I got up to pay for my items, the employee asked if I wanted a bag for ten cents. I was very surprised because the last time I came to buy something, they never charged for a paper bag. I had to walk out with four plants in a basket and I had to place all of my plants into the front seat of my car and then take the basket back inside. I was worried about the plants falling and the glass from the pots breaking when I was driving home.

I’ve been coming to this Big Lots since I was a kid with my parents. Overall atmosphere hasn’t changed so it’s nostalgic to me in a weird way. I’m able to find certain items here that I can’t find at the bigger stores, and a few items at cheaper prices than the big guys. However, I will say - remodel your bathrooms!!! They’re waaaaay past due for one. Nothing crazy. Nothing fancy. Just rip out that old, grimy urinal and dingy flooring. I avoid the bathroom when I’m at this store because it’s something that gives me anxiety. Lol. I don’t think they’re dirty - they just LOOK dirty.

I just had a great and wonderful experience at this store, I walked into the Christmas section and a young lady named BECCA,👍 we all need more employees like her, helped me out so much she was so courteous and nice and I highly recommend this location great people and great prices,and boy what a great STAFF

I love their 20% off coupons and try to stock up on things I regularly use. They don't have bags now but that's ok. I always gave bags.

So expensive for what is available. The staff is usually helpful and nice. The store is clean and well-kept, as well. But, in all honesty, it's hard to justify buying anything there when their prices are definitely the highest when compared to any other similar store. Three stars simply because it's not disgusting and they don't seem to hire dirtbags. Also, because a couple years ago I bought some furniture there on a couple occasions and the guy running that part of the store was just the most genuinely coolest sales person I think I might have ever encountered. I really wanted to invite him over for a cookout and beers or something. Otherwise, I would have only given the place two stars, at best. Especially lately as their prices have become so obscene.

Gotta say don't care for the whole bring your own bag thing but I do understand why they are doing it. But as far as the store and employees goes it's better than walmart by far.

Used to be a great place but things are changing and big guys seem hostile aggressive scaring customers who voice themselves into hiding and silence like a friend of mine. Still great prices and selection just terrifying staff and unprofessional management of situations with customers. No store should be personally calling a customers private line to pressure and scare them into changing their reviews or opinions. You can not say anything at all other than big lots is great and perfect and wonderful staff rocked and no problems were had and I came out satisfied. It's almost like what's going on with law enforcers to innocent peoples 🤔I do want to note actual staff on site that are under the big guys are wonderful hardworking helpful friendly people but the ones above them are another story. I beg people to please be careful taking surveys or answering questions by them and watch your words and stuff because I'd hate for you to be bothered too.

It's good. People are nice. I love the seasonal clearance. I have found spices and rare foods. We did not always like them but it was fun trying new flavors. I do say a lot a of items are over priced for being a discount store.

All Big Lots are hit and miss. The nature of the Beast is closeouts that other stores have discontinued. You will NEVER find something you like that will be a long term available item. If you are looking for short term needs at a decent price, Big Lots can hook you up! I have found the staff friendly for what they get paid, the pickings mediocre with the occasional gem! It's like going to yard sales and thrift stores treasure hunting. My best advice is to ONLY purchase items that you REALLY NEED! Otherwise you are going to look at this stuff a month from now and feel like you need a 12 step program for hording.

One of my favorite stores. You never know what you will find here, many one of a kind, unique items! Once bought a Super Pickle(man) there,( a stuffed pickle wearing a Superman cape). It was awesome! Lol

Prices are good. Watch expiration dates on food. Usually a skeleton crew. Potentially long lines and long wait. Christmas time a disaster. Customers make a mess and the crew has a hard time keeping up. DO NOT use their leasing program for furniture. It's a scam and will cost you 4 time the price to do it that way.

Truckers: Location doesnt have dock but there is a lift behind the store for your trailer to be live unloaded, drive behind the store so that your truck is facing the parking lot on the right side of the building, very tight behind store but manageable, picture in google photos

The store itself is nornally great, but there is a guy in the furniture section named Mike that is always very unaware of his prices and stock, while being a bit rude in the whole process of refusing to check his stock to see if they have what youre looking for.
