This store is awesome. Because of the pandemic all pharmacies are short staff because hey won’t graduate til 3/2023. The poor pharmacist there has to work 5 days a week open to close. They had to close on weekends so she can have some time off. I understand and will never complain or get upset at something out of their hands.

Pretty sad a script was sent to your location my husband who needs this medicine was told it was ordered and it will be in and to come back later on. WRONG it was NEVER Ordered you have people in working in the pharmacy that isn't trained and don't know what the hell they are doing.This how incompetent Walgreens at Kentucky and Mann is they tell us they Don't have my husband's meds and sent us to Avon. When we get to Avon they say you at Kentucky and Mann has it and they won't fill it and wetold you didn't have it and that we would have to go to AVON WHICH WE DID. PRETTY sad AND VERY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING

This pharmacy is horrible. I have used Walgreens on Mann Road for years for my prescriptions and had no problem but the last 3 years it has been a horrible mess. I tried to give them a chance with Covid and worker shortage but they are doing nothing to try and improve. I have spent several hours on the phone and have made 2 trips to the store to have all of my prescriptions cancelled. They assured me all scripts had been cancelled and then a week later I got a text that said my script was ready for pick up. When I called they tried to say my doc called it in again, which is a lie because my pharmacy has been changed in my doc information and she wrote me a new script to go to another pharmacy. Once I told this to the representative, she hung up on me. That’s great customer service for ya! This pharmacy is also closed all the time because of no workers and your lucky if they answer the phone. It really needs to be shut down. Do not use this pharmacy.

I called the pharmacy and was on hold for about 25 minutes, someone picked up the phone and put me back on hold.I drive to the store and it's not even busy. There was no line in the store or in the drive thru but I was still on hold. I drive to the store (about 6-7 minutes away). There was no line in the store or the drive thru. I stand in line to pickup my medication. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes and they told my medication wasn't ready and they would fill my prescription after lunch, ok that's fine. Several hours later they still have not filled my prescription and now the store is closed. I'm tired of dealing with this pharmacy, I need my medication and they don't seem to care at all. Terrible customer service and very long wait times I would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

If I was coming for the Community Clinic this reading could've been better. However i should've look at the reviews before coming here. So I go to the pharmacy just to pick up a prescription. I have the alert thing that said it was ready an hour before I got there (Sprained ankle). When I arrive I'm the only one at the pharmacy literally the only one. But I waited for 5 mins as it appears to be a busy time for them and they had some cars in the drive thru. After waiting 5 mins there's now 5 people behind me (all white). I paid it no attention until the lady behind the counter starts telling me that my insurance doesn't cover one of my medications. And how it's going to cost me $37 to pay out of pocket for it. She then proceeds to tell me that my order hasn't been filled yet(Never looked to see) and that I need to have a seat first and wait for it. So I said ok and sat down. She then proceeds to take care of the remaining customers. While doing this another lady comes to help on the registers. When it gets down to one customer the first lady walks off and starts to do random things. The second lady finished with the last customer and asked if I was waiting for a prescription. I told her yes and she tells me to come to the counter and she will get me ready. So I goes and gives her all of my information and she pulls up everything. (Mind you the first lady told me that I had to wait and that one of my prescriptions wasn't covered.) She goes and grab my medications out of the holding box where they have apparently been the whole time and it all came in under $20. This was a waste of a half hour when I could have been helped and at home. Choose wisely is all I have to say. I do feel as though I was racially discriminated against.....

I get my son's meds filled here bc clearly his insurance won't contract with anyone else. Everytime I go get them refilled there's always an issue or the pharmacy is closed bc short staffed. Last experience they LOST his medication....They're always telling me they're out and waiting on the new order. I'm so sick of this place and one of the pharmacists has cussed me out bc I put my foot down with their nonsense. I hope cvs soon takes my son's meds bc I'm beyond over this place. Unprofessional and everyone has a nasty attitude 😒 🙄

This pharmacy is a joke. Can not tell you how many times iv called on a Friday or Thursday to get meds refilled when I already requested them and they never accepted them. Then they tell me Monday morning. They also randomly shut down during working times when people need there meds. Like come on switching pharmacy’s!

After being notified that my prescription had been filled, just spent 2 hours waiting at the pharmacy because they haven't filled them. Never go to this Walgreens because they never fill prescriptions without it taking a week.

Most people visit pharmaceutical companies because they have to get meds for their medical problems. Paying customers can't even use the bathroom. How sad is that! To deny a customer because some other customers made a mess in the bathroom. Sounds like you need some employees who can clean up if someone makes a mess.

This used to be one of the best Walgreens in the city, but not anymore. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the store staff is responsive, friendly and the store is always clean. The pharmacy side is an absolute mess. There is a wait no matter if you use drive through or go in store. I had to wait over an hour on the phone to verbally refill my script because I cannot refill thru the app or via web chat. In the last year the regular staff has rotated out and the overall service has decreased dramatically. Slow wait times, screw ups when billing insurance, never answer their phone, and do not have scripts ready when promised.

Ok so this isn't my first rodeo. Every time I get my medicine here it's at least a week or 2 run around before they actually get it filled then another day or 2 till I'm allowed to get it. Like it's a mess. I legit need my medicine for my medical needs not to abuse it and they simple don't have a care in the world!

Always get my prescriptions in a timely manner!!! I also get texts when my prescriptions are done!!! For Christmas, birthday, or any other presents they have some great stuff to choose from! Their prices are amazing too!!!

Love the employees. They're always ready to help, when I walk I'm greeted by them saying welcome to Walgreens. The Pharmacy are prompt even though they are constantly working hard to get you in and out as quickly as they can!

My wife just had the most rude encounter with their pharmacy staff. She called to use their automated system and instead of their system answering if her prescriptions were ready it transferred her to a live person without an explanation. So when the live person answered she was so rude and snotty with my wife the encounter left my wife extremely distraught. If this kind of customer service they provide they need to just close the store down. We will most likely transfer our business to CVS.

Revised 8/2019, again 7/2021, 8/2021We quit doing business here following pharmacy not being open on specified hours. No warning except a sign on the window. Must suck to work here.Original: I am required to have an injection for severe arthritis once per week. This location fills my Rx, but why do staff not know anything about the syringes/needles to give an IM injection?We routinely are required to make follow up trips to get what is needed to administer my medication.My wife is a RNMSN and manages my injections, and it's clear the staff are not trained as to how to get customers what they need.7/2021: I thought this was cleared up, but has gotten ridiculous again. Staff are rude and incompetent on a regular basis.Do they even recieve training?

Since the pharmacy is no longer 24 hours, I've noticed a big change here. Gone are many of the longtime familiar faces I knew there replaced by different folks that seem to rotate. Three or four times when I've used THEIR system to request refills by email or online, they have not done it. It's incredibly frustrating. This used to be a five-star store. By and large, the cashiers are nice, and they carry lots of things. That said, the pharmacy is incredibly important in this store, and it's going downhill fast. Hopefully they intervene before I run out of patience and switch my prescriptions elsewhere.

Not happy. Scheduled appointments through the website for 9:30 and 9:45AM only to arrive and find out that the clinic doesn’t open until 10:00. We took off work to make these appointments and their system glitch wasted our time. Had to sit around and wait until they opened even though we made an appointment the previous day.

They’re nice, and I go here for minute clinic needs and errands, but the pharmacy is always understaffed and incredibly slow. It always just seems like a disaster in the pharmacy area. Also wish they were 24 hrs.

This pharmacy is a joke. My three year old just had brain surgery 4 days ago we went straight to the pharmacy after being released from the hospital and were told it would take 1 hr to fill. my husband gave them an hour and a half before leaving to go back and when he got there they apparently didn't bother to read the scripts because they put them all in my husbands name. When he told them it was wrong that these were supposed to be for a child they took them back to refill and then forgot about him twice. It took 3 hours to finally get our sons meds. An hour after he was due for more so of course he was miserable. To make it worse it was the manager that filled it all wrong. She has no business being in a pharmacy if she can't even read a script correctly.

This Walgreen's has THE slowest pharmacy and drive thru service ever! I have waited in the drive thru line (once you are in line you are stuck) for over half an hour. Go inside and it is no better. Someone needs to either hire more help or light a fire under the existing help. It is ridiculous.

Needed an at home covid test. Ordered online for curbside pickup. Everything was so easy took 5 mins on their website..was ready in an hour..pulled up & by the time I put i was here & parking spot the employee was masked up & bringing me my order! Thank you so much Walgreens for helping my family during this pandemic

I recently went to Walgreens for the advertised free booster shot I made sure to fill out the paperwork and make an appointment on their website upon arriving at the Mann,Rd. Location Ihad to fill ìt all out again I was treated rudely and they were very aurgementive although they offer it the shot for free they ask for all of your insurance information and even though I offered to pay cash they insisted that I could not and would only get a shot if I turned over my info after this experience I would recommend that you go elsewhere if you want friendly and courteous service I personally will never go back there unless I have no other option

The cashier was rude and the manager especially if your using coupons. They treat you like your stealing. I still cant get over my experienced on this store. . If I just know the name of the manager who ring me up , I will be gladly mentioned his name on here, take note I only use 4 coupons and he is still mad and if the items ringing up lesser than the tag price they wouldnt give it to you. This experienced was a little late, i just cant get over and cant take out on my mind. Cashiers were looking at you head to toe especially they know your a couponer. It is uncomfortable to shop. I stop shopping this store for a long time and bring my bussines in CVS, or i shop in Mooresvile Wags store, they are so nice there even you use coupons.

Expectations aren't set high for a Walgreens ... unless you are going there bc you are sick and need a quick medic. The African America lady working there is a JOKE! Instead of doing her job she got on the phone to see who could help me. I went to Urgent care SMC and best EVER! That lady should sweep floors or do something with no human contact

I went to get tested for covid and it’s been over 72 hours and I still have no results. Tried to call and the stupid automated thing answers the phone. Once I finally convince the robot to let me talk to a real person I’m stuck on hold for 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time here. Go to cvs

Waiting on hold for 30 mins or more just for 1 caller ahead me is crazy just wanted to check on my scripts that should be quick and easy just put them on hold if its going to be a million questions to get to the next caller and take away the sorry your waiting stuff its annoying and honestly frustrating due to holding for so long while waiting for 1 caller what a joke i put 2 star but thats just adding a star to be nice and give them respect for doing what they do and deal with at times doing what they do besides that it would be a 1 star.
