My wife shops here, all the time, we really like your store. I was excited to hear you had a handicap cart. Last time I shopped the cart was in bad shape, couldn’t shop. Glad to see you’ve rectified the situation, now I can use the handicap cart. Thank you! Great grocery with one of a kind items that cannot be found elsewhere. Great friendly and informative helpful staff. Always a pleasant experience, gets crowded quickly.

It was good but very crowded. I wish there was more space between each registers. There's so many people rushing and bumping into each other. Sometimes it's very chaotic but the atmosphere and everything else is so affordable, amazing, and tasty.

These are the most empathetic people ever! We locked our keys in the car and while waiting for the locksmith we were treated like visiting dignitaries-customer service at its best! Everyone was so kind and helpful-we aren’t even getting into their wonderful products and prices. Thank you friends. We’ll be stopping on every trip to your area.

Every employee there was cheerful and happy to help in any way! The selection of foods is always great. Buying groceries that are not loaded with dyes and harmful additives is a plus on its own... but the overall atmosphere was very nice, with their team truly engaging and helpful to everyone!

This was my first ever visit at a Trader Joe's. I just needed a bottle of ketchup, but was very taken with the store & the employee's were SUPER friendly, like they liked their jobs & was happy to assist the customers! Ohh 1 more thing, I was amazed at the selection of flowers at the front of the store. My Mom is in the hospital down in Indy, so I grabbed some to take to her. I would highly recommend this store/location to others!

This Trader Joe’s is just the best. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and overall have great personalities. Shoutout to the worker that informed me I can call ahead to have the new chocolate donut holes on hold for me! You deserve a raise girl.

Our TJ's is always well-staffed with courteous, knowledgeable staffers, mostly excellent foodstuffs at affordable prices. And if you just didn't like it, they are always gracious taking it back and refunding your purchase price (Not Wine, however!).

I waited till the last minute and needed some challah bread for the Sabbath. Trader Joe's is my go-to for this product but when I got there there was none on the shelf. Philip the manager said it would be a few minutes because a truck was coming and I waited out in the car for Phillip's phone call. There aren't enough nice things to say about Trader Joe's. Fair prices, good selections, quality products, unique seasonal fares, and friendly staff.Single people, if you don't want to cook they have awesome, and healthy, pre-made meals that are fresh or frozen. Want wine and cheese? They have that too. Enjoy beer? They have an okay selection. Traveling for work, want to eat healthy, but can't/don't want to cook? Hit up a Trader Joe's.I'm sure there is someone that doesn't like this store, and I wouldn't know why. It doesn't have everything, but it has almost everything you need.

TJs is a nice change-of-pace store. When I lived in Atlanta, I did most of my shopping at one, and if that's your only option, you will find many choices lacking. However, they sell many products that are harder to find elsewhere, their cheese selection is decent, so is their wine, juices, and other durable goods. Generally, not the place to buy your meat and produce, but they will do in a pinch.

Just a great store. More crowded this time than normal (Jan 22 2pm) but people still as friendly as ever. Just wish the bathrooms were bigger. Long line, very frustrating. The store overall is terrific, though...and always is.

This place went above and beyond.. ESPECIALLY ABBY! The young lady that has short curly hair.. Abby went above and beyond, she helped me tremendously, she was kind, and her customer service was out of this world! By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Long story short my florist cancelled on me 3 days before my wedding. I was a nervous wreck and so worried. And Abby saved the day! I ended up getting all of my flowers here, Abby even told me how to store my flowers and keep them fresh, she called another Trader Joe’s for me to see if they had more, and she gave me buckets to go. I can’t thank her enough!

Lots of interesting choices in every department and $4.99 for amazing specialty chocolate bars!!I think they had 10 checkout lanes and everyone of them were open and moving efficiently!! That alone made me happy and then those amazing 2 pound chocolate bars for $4.99 has me going back!!

Great experience! Staff AND shoppers were delightful. I had WAY too much to carry and a fellow shopper offered to help when I dropped an item. The cashier helped me rapidly and even gave me a complimentary flower bouquet because they were excited about the party I was planning. I felt like I entered another dimension 😆. Best shopping experience ever.

Our favorite grocery store! This stuff is amazing and because they do not have a large turnover rate, you get to know the people that work there. They are very helpful and so kind. I’ve never had a bad experience. I prefer the Castleton location over the Westside location in Indianapolis. What Trader Joe’s in general is one of my favorite places to go. They always have great options no matter what diet you may be on. I’ve been whole 30, vegetarian, vegan, Paleo and I’ve always found awesome things to go along with those eating styles.

Trader Joe's is of course fabulous. My wife and I go to the grocery store and then treat ourselves to Trader's. They have some favorites you can't find anywhere else. Hint: Japanese fried rice or Vegetable Bird Nest. You're welcome!

They need to open more locations in the Indy area because no matter the day or time this store always feels very busy and chaotic. Also this store doesnt have items that other Trader Joes have. Overall there are some good items here and staff is friendly so I still would recommend them despite the chaos.

Oct 2021: No line anymore. Love how you can feel the employees genuinely like working there and it shows through how the help and treat the customers.April 2021:Yes, there is a line to enter, but it goes pretty fast. Store is always clean and employees are always friendly and helpful.We purchased fresh riced cauliflower in the produce section (much cheaper than other grocery stores) and frozen riced cauliflower in the freezer section as well as a new Keto friendly wrap, Jicama wrap.We are so excited to see Bottled Korean Barley Tea and Oolong Tea available now!
