First and last time visiting this store! We went there looking for items advertised online as being in stock at the store, but wasn't. Employee sitting on an electric scooter backed into the garden center smoking so we got to choose whether to shop and breathe the smoke or leave. We chose to leave. Zero customer service! You can do better, Home Depot!

Life is expensive and so is HD šŸ˜‚ This store is just fine. It's nothing outstanding, but it's not lacking in anything.The store is generally clean, neat, and organized. The staff is polite.

Do not use Home Depot if you need anything delivered. It is done by a 3rd party contractor, and they are extremely rude and disrespectful. Dropped a whole pallet of cement board at the street and left . Wasted a whole day waiting for materials, and they didn't even call before they came. SMH , I have never been treated like this from Lowe's or Menards. I definitely will not make the mistake of purchasing materials from Home Depot ever again !

This store is ok. We've primarily been buying updated appliances and flooring matetials lately. It's difficult to communicate without the ability to text or call your rep directly. Deliveries are all made by a compleyely separate company. Some of the delivery people seem shady & at the least, unprofessional while others are OK. Some work their tails off while others are sullen & scary. Hit or miss! If appliances & things weren't a necessity, we'd pass. On the other hand, thankful to have them. We all need the stuff they sell. Gretchen at the Castleton Indians store is stellar. Bob in appliances is the best to work with. He knows his stuff Measure Everything! Ask for the most seasoned, experienced reps.

So I just returned a Mantis tiller after a 24hr rental. I was a good sport about waiting 20mins to get assistance. I took home a poorly tuned item that was difficult to start and keep running (choke was slipping out of place) and low on gas. I was reminded it needed to be topped off before returning. This morning, a young man told me I had to power wash the item. He set up the power washer...couldn't he have just hit it? Well... I have another project and I need materials. I will definitely look at service as well as price in the future.

They are and big chain store with a lot of your basic parts and conditioner supplies also appliances.This standard H.D. What sets this store apart is the people that work here very friendly and helpful.This store is very clean to right down to the restroom. The lumber lays.

This Home Depot removed CFL and battery disposal bins. This decision increases mercury and toxic waste in landfills and water we drink. Hopefully they come to their senses and commitment to sustainability.

Do not order appliances here. They will take multiple trips to bring the right ones / bring the proper tools and equipment to install them. Once they do install them, they’re likely to damage your walls (completely jacked up my hallway), leave them sitting outside in the rain unwrapped for 30 minutes (like they did with my whole kitchen set), and if that wasn’t bad enough they might even install your dishwasher so that the drain line can’t drain and cause a flood in your newly remodeled kitchen on the first use (see attached photo). How on earth a ā€œprofessional, trainedā€ appliance installer can think any of these things is acceptable is beyond me. And when they leave, they’ll just leave the smashed styrofoam boxes all over your grass and driveway for you to clean up. In the rain. Oh and did I mention that I’ve tried to talk to a store manager twice now but never get the ā€œcall backā€ I am promised by staff? Home Depot you’ve lost a customer for life, never again.

Next time i visit the home depot, I will cover my skin color and maybe the people working at the store will show a little of interest on helping me whit some of the tools i needed to buy..I may look retarded, but I'm not, i speak 3 languages and working on my English wonder how many the blonde lady on his late 50's speak!!! The one who instead of helping me, started to make things up,more like telling me to go to another store or buy on line.. "many years buying at the home depot, Lowes, menards"... i know what to expect..

So, just to be clear, this review has nothing against the staff at Home Depot. They were friendly and tried their best. That's why I left 2 stars instead of 1. The problem is the inability for the store as a whole to maintain accurate inventory. Also, the store phone automation does not adequately assist customers looking to verify in stock product. I wasted a total of 3 hours in a car to drive to this HD to find that an item that showed 3 in stock online and verified by the phone as well, to not have a single one. Also, HD should institute a policy that if their inventory is screwed up, you should receive something for your time. I'm getting tired of stores complaining about people buying everything online and not going to stores. I went out of my way to come to this store to buy a gift and got nothing except, I'm sorry our inventory is messed up. Not conducive to keeping customers.

I needed help with picking out deck paint and had just had a horrible experience at Lowes. The associate in the paint section was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in picking out not only what I wanted, but making sure I knew exactly what I needed to complete the job. She was even able to tint the paint to the color that I had previously selected at Lowes. Made all the difference after such a negative experience elsewhere.

I walked in with a note card, and was sent on an errand by my dad… literally had no idea what was going on! Rachel did an AMAZING job helping me grab the items that I needed! She was efficient and so friendly and kind! The experience here was fantastic! The team is so knowledgeable, and so nice! Even check out was smooth! Love this place! Very disappointed in assistance from taneshia. Husband went to use his home depot card tonight and it got declined(he was using an old card) she kept telling him it declined because he missed his payment. He called me and I told him that we have a new card. She said the cards don't expire. She refused to look up my husband's account using his i.d.. I called customer service and they will be filing a report as well because this was not the case and our account is up to date on payment and she was wrong. It was close to closing time so my husband said it seemed like she just didn't want to deal with him.

Ordered online for delivery from this store which showed in stock. They cancelled it the next morning saying out of stock and could not processed the refund since I used gift card. I was asked to step into the store front desk to get my refund gift card, the associates took 20 minutes and could not figure out how to process it. I ended up only got store credit back which is a big down grade of gift card. So I basically got nothing for what I paid, drove all the way cross the town to the store because the online delivery never tells you which store is actually taking the order and ship it. And I ended up getting store credit for gift I used. The direct competitor would express mail the refund gift right along with order cancellation paid with gift card. I would never use HD gift card again and avoid any store as much as I can.

The staff are so helpful. The selection is NICE! They got a lot of items I haven't seen in other stores. No long lines. Big parking lot. Shopping karts that are kid friendly too. Prices pretty reasonable. Nice selection of cleaning stuff.

There is nothing to say but how much I enjoy the quality of products they sell and the money you spend is money invested on the long-term because your not constantly replacing or repairing the product you just purchased the store is organized and clean and service is great thanks to the ones that provide it Keep it rolling

Came to this Home Depot to find some oddly specific things. Walked to where I thought I’d find what I was looking for. Looked for 10 minutes, no luck. Walked all the way back up front to customer service to get help. The lady there looked up what she thought I was looking for on her computer and sent me, alone, back to the exact spot I just was… I didn’t find what I was looking for. So… I left and went all the way back up to the front to ask a different person for help. They called over the Intercom… I went back to the spot to wait for help… no help ever arrived. After 25 minutes of waiting on help/looking around, I finally found what I was looking for in a different location - alone. What’s the point of customer service that never serves their customers… Ive received better service at Menards, Lowe’s, and heck! Ever. Walmart… However, Home Depot was more convenient today and I learned my lesson on not going there any longer. The only benefit to Home Depot now is that they have Rigid tools.

I should have learned a lesson previously with this location. We ordered concrete and items for an outdoor project, the guy ordering started 80 bags on the order but confirmed to my wife and I 50. Had us sign pages where there order details were not. On delivery day I received update messages and then a message to state it was delivered, instead the items were delivered to an unknown address, which would have been avoided if they had of called as stated on the form and received a signature which they never got from us. Calling the store, the lady who answered wanted to make sure the photo wasn't of our home where the delivery was sitting. "Ma'am, I'm out front there is no 3000lbs of concrete. She then described the house anyway. My wife checked the order and it was incorrect anyway. I called the store and the manger "Josh" told me that the items were on the order and appeared to have been ordered. Instead of apologizing that someone had made the error, he doubled down and told me the order did show I ordered the 80 bags. I asked for the bags to be returned and the ordered resent and he informed me that a pickup would be ordered for the next day. I said I wasn't comfortable with the extra weight in my driveway and he laughed and said it's no more than an average car. I then asked for a full refund. This location has a major problem with how it treats customers, this isn't ok. Three separate occasions and each one horrible. I don't expect this to improve because I've interacted with multiple people at the store over many years and they have had a low to zero effort in the area of caring and providing good service. I do not recommend this location.Two years ago:We came here to look at stainless appliances. Usual get military discount but it wasn't offered, got it. Instead of leaving it at that the associate running the area stated, "These are special order, if you want your discount, go get a Pepsi from up front and get your ten percent." This kind of behavior is why society is struggling right now. Just tell me you don't offer one and move on. Don't be rude or condescending, we are building a house and would have spent thousands here, not anymore.

I think I'm allergic to something in the air at this home depot store. I went to buy windows and i got a pretty decent price on replacement windows for my house which is why i gave them 3 stars, but that day i noticed my ear started to ouch and burn and it moved into my face but at the time i wasn't sure what was causing it or why.I went back several weeks later to look at for molding and again my face began to itch and burn a little them it moved into my arms and legs where it felt as if i ruled around in a bushel of thistles. Anyone else have this issue? My mom said she felt it too so whatever it is, we're both allergic to it.

Good offering of potted flowers all very nicely organized and the paying was fast and easy. As usual there were lots of help available up front but once in the store finding someone to direct or answer a question is impossible. For this I give it a 4 star rating.

I can’t say enough about this location. My husband and I have now purchased 5 appliances here and we are so happy with the service that we have received. Tonight, Brad helped us purchase a new suite of appliances. While we encountered a system glitch that caused us to stay late, Brad went above and beyond to give us incredible service and make sure that we left with everything that we wanted. I also want to thank Michelle, Michael, and Ben who all assisted us as well. Everyone offered excellent service in a friendly and professional manner! These people are the reason that we continue to shop at Home Depot.

Great installation of water heater.Window installers occasionally allow people who are a danger to themselves or others to work (per their word). A man on the crew that came to my home told me he shouldn't have been working.I gave them a third shot on my front door and interior garage door as I'd had good experiences previously. This time, they literally cut corners on my door installs (2). Also, these installations aren't cheap.During the door installation, the tech had "friends" over and they were talking at my doorway more than he was working. One of them did occasionally assist him, but this was certainly not a 3 man job.I had the original guy come back out - by himself - to rehang a storm door as it didn't shut properly.When the season changed, I noticed upon changing from glass to screen, that he had cut over a foot of the seal around the glass out at the corners. I also had to remove insulation on a second door as it was installed improperly.I'd had such a good experience previously that I wanted to use them again. No longer interested.Attn Home Depot: If you're going to use contract installers for your product and allow them to charge $100+/hr, be sure they are doing a quality job. If not, as in my case, they drive your business elsewhere.
