Our dog Basil (a Westie) is loved by the workers at The Fluffy Puppy for 1.5 years. She always looks so fresh and clean when we pick her up. The groomers at The Fluffy Puppy are very accommodating to our dog, especially when she was a puppy. Our dog had broken her leg as a pup and needed a hair cut terribly bad due to waiting for her incision to heal. The groomers were very conscientious of her sensitive leg and made sure she was comfortable.Just over the weekend my parents who have been a long time westie owner were complementing how great her haircut was!

Did an awesome job with my samoyed! They loved him and he loved them as well. He smelled absolutely delicious after his spa day and they did exactly what was asked. Looks very handsome. Even cleaned up his grinchy feet! All the ladies were very nice as well! And all for a very reasonable price. We will certainly be back and recommending to friends once their books open back up :)

The staff is professional, caring and highly skilled in Grooming Pets. I recommend this business to everyone. My dog Zoey has seizures and the way the staff meet her needs and take care of her is exceptional.

Took my dogs there for I believe over a year, no problems. Last time I took my dogs they nicked one of my male yorkies private part (. I get accidents happen the issue I had was they didn’t tell me ) Understand I’ve taken them for grooming for over 12 years this has NEVER happened. My trust was broken. So now I have to find another groomer. All they could say to me was accidents happen. I treated his private area. It could have been an expensive visit to the vet. It did heal, it was scary for me. Thankfully he got better took weeks. I’m not sure I can recommend this place to anyone.

The staff treats my dogs as if they were their own. They are reliable, trustworthy and go above and beyond. My dogs adore the staff and that means everything to me. It is apparent from the moment you see them interact with your dog that it is not just a business to them, it’s the love of the job. We especially love Chelsea! Thanks for all of your hard work!! ❤️

I was able to get right in. Chelsea did amazing with both our dogs and cleaned them super fast. This was our first time having them groomed and we will definitely be back. Our boys smell so good and seem so much happier.

It’s extremely hard to find a quality groomer for my goldendoodle/mostly poodle, but The Fluffy Puppy never disappoints! My guy always comes home happy and fluffy!!! They always take the time to blow out his tight curls and his style usually lasts for several days, which is super impressive.

I will NEVER take my dog here again. The first time they were so helpful with my rescued dog who was clearly neglected and very matted. Charged me $100 and were very patient. The second time I was only charged $90 so I’m not sure why I was charged less but I wasn’t upset about it. The last time I took her in today at 9am I politely asked if she could be done by 2pm since we have to go out of town for my sister in laws funeral. The woman, I believe her name is Bethany was EXTREMELY RUDE to me but I tried to let it go. She said there was no way she would have her done by then and I just politely expressed that I didn’t have any other option but to keep this appointment. She told me she would try to get her done as best as she could by 2 but may not be able to do it all. I expressed that we really just needed her potty patch cut and whatever else she had time for. She charged me $170 dollars for this appointment and got her done by 12:45. Wow something that was so impossible for me to ask was done earlier than even necessary. I called and politely asked why my bill was nearly double the last two times & she expressed how difficult my dog was to work with and that she also charged me for an express since she had to do her so “quickly” I am absolutely beside myself at how unkind this woman could be and will NEVER let her touch either of my pets again. I DO NOT recommend taking your pets here!

I haven't heard back from them yet. Trying to reschedule a groom due to COVID. Otherwise, this operation and the staff are top notch. I have been a customer since she first started her business. Always professional, friendly, and accommodating. The web site is set up so that business is conducted with technology. I would prefer dialing a number, leaving a message and a person returning my call. Oh well, such is life.

I've been bringing my standard poodle here for the past 2 years, and I only have praise to give. Chelsea has been amazing to work with; she communicates what she finds on our dog that we may have missed, and provides tips for better upkeep and grooming specific to our dog. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to groom your dog(s)!!!!!!

Our regular pet groomer was booked months out and we needed a groom for our dogs quickly. The Fluffy Puppy was able to get our 2 dogs in, bath and groom in the timeline needed.After looking on line and Facebook at reviews of pet groomers near us, we decided on The Fluffy Puppy. The process to sign them up was all online, which in today's world was a nice convenience.I arrived at the location a few minutes early, the outside was nice. The building is older but functional for The Fluffy Puppy. The check in experience was easy, a staff member greeted me and my dogs as we entered and was very friendly. There were two rooms, the front check in also included the work area where the dogs are groomed and the back room contained the bathing area and the Kennels.The staff was knowledgeable and listened to my request for the groom. I left feeling comfortable leaving my two dogs here.After the dogs were done, I received a text message to let me know they were done. At pick up, the dogs looked great!, and my wife and I agreed that this was the best cut we have seen on our dogs in a long time. We will use their services again.Thank you Fluffy Puppy.

Absolutely love it! I was scared to take my pomerain anywhere to get groomed until someone told me about this place and now i wouldnt dare to go anywhere else. I dont have one set groomer their and so far all the ladies that have groomed him have done an amazing job. We have taking our pom here for a little under a year now and have always been very happy!

This is the only groomer we will take our pets to. Dogs are always treated well, to the point of possibly spoiling them. After getting to know several of the groomers, they are all true animal lovers.Heck, my parents bring their dog from Evansville to get a bath, nails trimmed, and a brush out.

We took in an English Springer Spaniel for a TRIM and picked up a SHAVED dog. It has taken 7 months for his fur to grow back and now it's a bushy fluffy mess of undercoat! Do not leave your dog unless you know the groomer understands the dog breed!!!

Moby had his first grooming session today at the Fluffy Puppy. He is still anxious about unknown situations. I am sure it was very difficult to groom him as that puts him in a totally unknown situation. I have to praise the groomers for doing a great job considering how he must have acted during the whole grooming. And all the staff were as sweet as they can be despite what they must have to do in difficult situations. Moby is tired. He has been sleeping most of the time since we have been home. I think he is mad at me..... lol
