My favorite pet store. I love the staff, the options in products, and services. Self serve wash bays are always clean and stocked with everything you need. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Every two weeks they offer nail trims for $10. Great service.....they do it as a drive through now which is so convenient! My dogs love visiting the store. To hey are treated very well by everyone.

I have always used this location and love it. The store is always clean and fully stocked. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. We utilize The nail clinic every two weeks to get our two schnauzers nails trimmed. All of those girls are wonderful. I have a senior schnauzer that is 14 years old and they are always so careful with her. And I have a 2-year-old schnauzer that acts like a 2-year-old child and they are awesome with her as well. We've utilized them for the last four or five years for their wellness shots and wellness visits and love using their service. They noticed the little changes with my senior schnauzer and always ask if she seen a vet and if there's anything they can do to help! I give specs and the girls at this nail clinic five stars because there's nothing they could do to improve...... They are the best.

We always bring our dogs by to use the self- wash station and it's unbelievably convenient and affordable. Our dogs are small so we wash them together in the big tub. Having all of the necessary materials there and not having to clean up are amazing perks. It's easy, hassle free, and the staff are always so helpful. Highly recommend!

I've experienced nothing but EXEMPLARY service here. I've lived in the area for almost 3 yrs now and Specs is a nice little local store.It has a dog wash, if you dont mind doing it yourself. And the selection of dog & cat goods, supplies and toys are ample and moderately prices.If you purchase a large item, they'll offer to carry it out for you. As long as my husband and I are in the are, we'll only shoo here.

I bought a bag of dog treats that were on sale, but I was charged full price. I asked the cashier showing her my receipt but she insisted (with tinge of attitude) that it had been discounted. Perhaps this was a one time thing, because typically it's been a pretty good store.

Carry a large selection of name brand foods for cats and dogs. Several of the brands are high quality foods, dry and wet. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have a reward program too.

If you're coming for small animals, this is the best place I can find for the Oxbow all natural toys. Come to this location, the one in Fishers does not have them.

They make the process of adopting a animal arduous you have to fill out a loan application wait for it to be accepted submit to a home visit and their fees are well above other areas it seems if they were really interested in having animals adopted and put in to good homes that they would make this process simpler and cheaper
