Had a delivery appointment at 6AM.The short girl wearing a knitted stocking cap was not very nice. She said something along the line of the time not being later because she didn't want to go out in the dark. I mentioned that my appointment was at 6AM because I didn't know if she was aware of it. She said, "Yeah, I know, I'll unload you after my break in 30 - 35 minutes."Another person showed up with a load and said that this girl is rude to everyone. They also said this girl gets in at 4:30 - 5:00 ...why does she have to take a break already?It's 6:47AM right now, and she still hasn't started unloading me.Photos included is the parking lot that she is bringing the load out to, taken without flash.

customer service is horrible. tooks forever. i have eight peoples behind me, only one guy here, and took him forever to help his customer. i have to step up after 10 minutes, ask him to call someone else downhere, then one person finally showed up. sams club is just like costco in many ways, but this customer service felt like walmart.

My overall experience was awesome, my membership was only 25 dollars from a special, then the bulk buying opportunities are excellent. For less than a 100 dollars, I almost got a months worth of food. Great place to stock up

Always greeted at the door, always willing to help. Usually very polite. I'd give them a 7 out of 10 on cleanliness. There meat selection is always scarce. But still an overall decent place to shop bulk.

These stores seem to be getting more dark and cramped than I remember them being. I miss the bright and open feeling. There is trash everywhere and I even passed a bag of chips that was open and dumped in one of the aisles. It has quickly become a place that I don’t want to pay to be a member of. I don’t believe I will be renewing my membership next month.You can do better Sam’s Club.

We have been traveling across the country and I was surprised how poorly run this Sam’s club is. At4:30 pm, The bathrooms had no paper towels to dry, toilet paper all around the floor of toilets, trash cans were totally full. Yet I see 4 employees just standing around bored.

I asked a worker in the wine section where to find protein shakes. When I got there he was right behind me to help me carry them because I did not get a cart. (Because I went in to compare prices to Costco). Thank you again, Matt.

I had an EBT CASH CARD, my card has a 133 and my purchase was 147, and I was on self check out, I did not know the exact amount on my card until the system told me, so I told the customer service to help me to do a partial payment, because that how EPT card works, and they keep arguing with me that my card doesn’t have money, and the cancel my transaction and we went to Chaco out again with different lane and the lady there keeps asking me if I have enough money and I shows here what the system said, after it is work she said next time if you have this kind of card do not go to self check out and she was so mean, if I don’t have the right to go self check out why you don’t put a note before I scan my item and wasting my time

I stopped by at the gas pump. They had issues when you scan your Sam's, and credit card. Your Sam's gets cancelled, and credit card is declined. The credit card gets locked. Wait a few seconds before trying them again. I put my Sam's while the system had declined my credit card. Then it worked. A little patience after the long wait is worth it.

Bonnie is completely rude she works for the little company that does the samples and stuff and she is always yelling at the employees and nit picking everything. Would not recommend shopping here unless you enjoy Ms. Know it all crabby old ladies

Love Sam's, haven't been here in a while, but the prices are awesome! ❤️ All this $ 125! #update!I was here about a month ago and this rude employee, couldn't explain to me why the unbranded chicken was a lower price that their brand. He didn't know why and wasn't trying to find out! Members Mark is there brand, but they had chicken with no name on it!

I find value in many items I buy at Sam's. However it is very annoying that items are often not in the same place where the items were stocked during my previous shopping trip, and I have to spend and waste a lot of time searching the store for the items.

Visited here from out of town. It was a very strange experience. Asked for help getting something from one of the employees which is normally not a problem at my SAMs at home, the guy acted like he was scared to do anything and had to ask a manager (I think his name was Connor) if he could do his job. This guy was a total jerk. I can’t believe SAMs would keep a manager like that running their store.

I typically only shop to have items shipped or for curbside pickup. The last two times, my order has not been ready in the selected pickup time. Last time I had to wait an hour and a half past the pickup window with two toddlers in the car until my order was ready. Today, I got my order 35 minutes after the pickup window. Both times I arrived in the middle of the pickup window, as the order should be ready upon my arrival at any point in the pickup window, even if I arrive the moment the pickup window begins. I used to be mostly happy with this club’s curbside pickup service, but I’m completely fed up with the lack of respect when it comes to the value of my time. I don’t blame the workers who are delivering the goods to the car. It’s clearly a time management and a priority organization issue. So, management needs to look into why this continues to happen. I’ve begun to decrease the amount of orders I’m placing for curbside pickup because I don’t t have the time to waste sitting there waiting past my agreed upon arrival window. Nor do I care to gamble if my order will or won’t be ready on time.

If you like doing curbside pickup, don’t waist your time and take your money elsewhere.The order won’t be ready until hours past the time window and in one case for me days later. You will be lucky to find a spot because the people parked in the designated parking are inside shopping. Also if you get the notification and arrive within an hour of closing time you will have what happened to me tonight and they just left and went home.After the 2 days later I said I was done with them, decided to try it again and now without a doubt will NEVER use the service again.

The Sam's Club staff is terrific! You can ask the butcher to slice up a cut of meat, if needed.The plants that come in are great quality, including the tropical house plants. I always buy the potting soil. All you have to do is ask up front for help loading it in your car. Bakery items are plentiful and delicious. We always buy the fresh rotisserie whole chickens. They are seasoned to perfection, juicy, and a terrific value at $5 each. They usually have a lunch batch and a dinner batch of them. Sometimes, there is a wait on line to get one for dinner. They are very popular!

Great prices at sams. Use scan and go at the pump also. Sunday am good time to shop. Not too busy. Just a warning Sams club does not open even 1 min early. No open early on Sundays for plus members.

Busy place. The wait to check out was not too bad. Parking was terrible. The shopping experience was what I expected for a Sunday afternoon, lots of other customers and the store had been picked over quite alot. I found what I needed and checked out. Would have loved to shop a little longer but it was just too many other shoppers.
