Very bad place I took my dog to bathe her and make her touch-ups and they cut her horrible, when I asked them not to cut her hair! They left it horrible for me! And the treatment of the girl is super bad! They didn't know what to tell me! I don't recommend it and I'll never come back.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING PUPPIES FROM THIS STORE!!! I recently just brought home a new addition! The most playful and cutest Beagle if I do say so myself!!!! In fact I’m coming back to get another puppy tomorrow.!! Kaylee and Shannon (sorry if I misspelled you sweet lady’s names) were the nicest people I’ve come across in a while! They helped me with my adoption and stayed a hour after closing! I greatly appreciate their kindness ! All of the puppies were highly maintained and healthy with up to date shots and vet care paperwork. They gave great in depth detail about the care and diet of each puppy and even offered some personality traits! And even their new hire (which I didn’t catch her name) was super helpful and kind! The store is well maintained and always clean! P.S. the first picture is my new baby girl at home and the second is in the holding room with the puppy at the store. (They also provide financing so you can bring your new fur baby home!!)

If I could give this place a zero I would. At first they are so nice and seem like they really care about the animals. Until you run into an actual problem within their “health guarantee” I bought a golden retriever within the first 3 days we took him to the vet. He had kennel cough we called puppy gram and they said they wouldn’t cover that and it was on us lol okay whatever. Well fast forward to my dog growing he got diagnosed with hip dysplasia. A GENETIC DISORDER CAUSE BY THE BREEDERS. The vet stated he should not have it as young as he does( not even a year old)and that it’s because the breeders were not putting enough care into the health of the dogs. Well I contact puppygram thinking of course they will do something I payed almost 2k for this dog and it has a genetic disorder that was undetectable because he was 2 months old when I had the 72 hour window. Nope nothing they can do if it’s not within the 72 hours so unless you’re looking to pay good money for a puppy that probably has genetic disorders I suggest going somewhere else. Also this wasn’t the first time he’s had problems with the pets he sells he got ran out of Kokomo Indiana because he was selling sick dogs and not helping then either. Has absolutely no care for their customers. You’d think after buying two dogs off of them they would put some kind of care into fixing situations.

Came here to look for a puppy for my daughter I’m 30 years old and look maybe like a 20-year-old not sure if she thought I wasn’t old enough to buy a dog??? But the lady Jackie who works here would not let us look at the dogs saying that only serious buyers can look at the dogs and I let her know we’re here to buy a dog and still would not let me look or my daughter pet the dog that she wanted. Unfortunately, Jackie was rude and I Hope her manager sees this! Please train your employees on how to be personable with people, especially someone who was there to buy a dog you lost the sale!!!!

Stopped in because the new store caught my eye. Ended up staying and playing with puppies for about 45 minutes. While no kennel environment (shelter or pet store) is the best for a dog to be in, you can tell these folks did their best job to rotate the puppies out of the kennels and into large play areas with toys available. (At least 2-3 puppies were out playing at all times during my visit). They also had clean kennels without excess poo or pee. (I’ve seen a couple folks here scoff at the dog kennels lack of bedding… talk to dog trainers folks, blankets and toys inside kennels lead to choking deaths and intestinal blockages when that stuff is eaten). I also spoke to the owner for a period of time, he seemed to be truly caring of and knowledgeable about his puppies and their backgrounds, and the puppies come from local breeders, not puppy mills as other comments suggest. He was very hurt about the fact that his own personal, and his new stores, image had been twisted by angry reviewers who lacked the full story, and jumped to their own conclusions. This is all coming from someone with over 1000 hours of volunteer service at my local humane society. Down with unethical breeders and puppy stores (like uncle bills), but please, stop lumping ethical animal breeders and puppy stores into that same category based on no evidence.Bonus pics of a beautiful Cane Corso Male I spent some time with.

Soooo we came into puppygram to look around , and literally left with two fur babies 🤦🏾‍♀️. The staff was amazing from start to finish . The store was clean , the fur babies are all well taken care of. Everyone in the store enjoys their job and taking care of all the animals. The prices aren't cheap but they are AKC registered , so quality tends to cost. The staff is not motivated by money they are motivated to finding great homes for their wonderful babies. I highly recommend them , especially this location.

This place sold me a very sick puppy! She had pneumonia so bad that she spent 2 nights in the hospital and still had it . They tried so hard to heal her.but she was far to gone to let her suffer. The puppy had this horrible condition well before we bought her. Please DO NOT buy any puppies from this place. Be aware

I had a really wonderful experience at PuppyGram. Lilly helped my friend and I the day we decided to each get one of the Havapoo’s. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the breed. Both puppies are amazing and I’m so happy with my decision.

Puppygram (formerly Pet’s Choice) gave us a very good experience in getting the puppy we wanted. I highly recommend going to the one in Indianapolis or Kokomo if you are looking for a new fur baby. Very clean and healthy puppies.

I’m very shocked by all of these positive reviews based off of my experience. I would go as far to say that these 5 star reviews are fake. The puppies looked miserable and some even sick. Why did multiple puppies have skin or eye issues? Why did the puppies seem scared? The staff were also rude. I wonder what happens to the puppies when they are closed. The puppies are in cages over grates with no bedding. I’ve seen from other sources that the owner has a puppy mill in Kokomo. Please do not support this store.

I noticed the puppygram sign while driving, so I decided to stop by, and I’m glad I did! I was immediately greeted by two sweet employees, Lilli and Grace. I was looking around for a while for stuff for my puppy and the helpful employee, Grace, came up to me and made me feel so welcomed. She was very well informed and knew all about the dogs. The dogs all looked healthy and clean. Both girls discussed the breeders and how reputable they were. Apparently, they even went to see the facilities themselves and regarded them very highly. I was very impressed with the store. The prices were fair and they had a great selection of food, toys, treats, and supplies. I will shop here again!

My parents got a adorable Victorian Bulldog from here truns out she is very sick and needed medical treatment and they did nothing about it no refund no help paying for emergency medical care to get her treated we do not know if she going to make it. BUYER BEWARE

I bought a puppy here less than 30 days ago. I took to the vet within 3 days and the dog was sick with pneumonia. I've spent over a $1000 in medical bills. I am also medicating my other dogs now and hoping they make it because they became sick this week. It's been awful. I called and they offered to come take the puppy to their vet but it definitely didn't resolve all the money I dumped into this dog so far considering how much I grossly overpaid for the dog.

Had an absolutely amazing first experience at Puppy Gram. Having never been here before, it was really nice to feel welcomed. The Store Associate, Lilli made the experience a breeze and very enjoyable. She let me play with a basset hound puppy as well as gave me good recommendations on products for my dog at home. She was very knowledgeable about products and it was easy to see how much she cares for the animals at the store. I was impressed with how well the dogs were treated and I will surely be back in the future for more treats and toys for my fur baby.

I get my dogs frozen bones here!! She absolutely loves them. The staff is super nice and helpful. The puppies even had clean cages and looked so cute, it was definitely hard walking out without wanting to play with any of them! For the sizes of the bones I was very happy with the price. Definitely will be continuing to come back

I can call the Owner and make sure the dog food I need is in stock before making a 25 mile drive! I always appreciate this! I love being able to take my grandbabies to Puppygram for Pet Therapy! It means so much to them! I’m so happy they are in your neighborhood and so convenient. For those looking to find their furever friend, the Puppygram price is much lower than some local establishments! Check them out!!
