Last time I went, it's before the pandemic! So much has changed since, but at least I'm happy this coffee shop is still there. And very open, welcoming atmosphere. We had a bad experience at lunch place, so before heading home we decided to try our luck here. Lucky me! Matcha latte was just back in stock after months, and the cucumber toast? Mmmm fantastic!

I was SHOCKED by the number of craft coffee choices in Indianapolis but after carefully looking at photos I decided on Provider Coffee during my travels.Wow, wow, wow!!I live in Colorado, which has incredible coffee shops, but the latte I had here might just top all other places I’ve tried around the US. It was unique and full of flavor. The syrups are different here and include more than the basics. The space is beautiful and there is plenty of outdoor seating!

Oh oh! Indiana never surprises with casual and happening coffee shops. Provider coffee is located in the same building as Tinker Coffee. Beautiful outdoor setup for warmer weather days and similar menu as Coat check coffee located in Indiana downtown. The chocolate brownie paired with the house drip coffee was bomb! The pistachio latte had a wonderful, vibrant combo of pistachio and lemon which was heaven with every sip.Good place to work or just casually hang out with friends, ample parking space and quite close to downtown but not within to face any parking challenges. Will definitely be back!

Chic cafe-cum-cocktail bar serving Certain Feelings coffee (same ownership/restaurant group) and a simple but satisfying menu of modern, light breakfast items. The "San Diego" single origin (natural process, Costa Rica) was impressive on both espresso & drip, though the latter took some time to grow on me. Intimate and well-planted indoor space with a large outdoor patio.

Provider, Coat Check Coffee, and Landlocked Baking Co (all under the same ownership) have been some of our favorite coffee shops in the city since we’ve moved downtown. We love that Provider has been able to stay open during this difficult time. They now offer curbside pickup with online ordering, and they’ve re-arranged the interior so that ordering in-person is safe and appropriately socially distanced. They continue to have some of my favorite lattes in town, including the pistachio and the mocha lattes. If you haven’t been here in awhile, you’ll find a big change on the interior but the same delicately made, beautifully tasty coffees and friendly faces.

Was directly across from our Airbnb so wanted to try it out. Very upscale and hip place to have a cup of coffee and/or breakfast. A lounge/bar at night - hubs saw a whiskey still in there. Great to come and just hangout and work if you don't mind paying a little extra for a fancy cup of coffee. Hubs got the Ginger latte which I enjoyed more than him. I thought my matcha latte was supposed to have everything a ginger latte had but it was just a regular matcha latte but still good. The ham and cheese croissant didn't seem super fresh out the oven which was a bit disappointing (8:30 am). Bacon and sausage egg bagels were good. Not exceptional for the price I'm paying. Great vibe and atmosphere. We had our baby with us and people were nice about it (thankfully she wasn't too fussy lol)

Good coffee and experience! Nothing to over the top, and my drink had a bit too much flavor and milk to actually taste the strength of the espresso, but overall a good coffee. I would visit here on my commute. They also have drinks available in the evening, so if you’re looking for a spot to have on the way to dinner this is a good place for that. 3/5 for me.

Coffees were $6, I got 2 and tipped $2.89. So the total was $14.89 for two coffees? No, I paid $21 and change for some reason for two regular coffees. They were ok, but not worth $11 a piece. Especially not worth getting “scammed” for lack of better terms. Employees were polite in didn’t even notice the price at first. Atmosphere was ok, all the chairs are uncomfy

We planned our Saturday to come have brunch here at ~2pm and work/study tell 8pm… how did it go?Place was full; so for large numbers you might find it difficult to be seated. Not cozy as described. Coffee is okay. Pastries are good. Food is very limited and very simple dishes if u take prices into consideration; Everything is overpriced (one simple pastry is 6.6 $).They were moving large instruments and gears for an event (probably a wedding) in the 2nd floor.Ended up with them asking us to leave at 4:30pm because they have an event in the 2nd floor??!!!!Most probably will not come again.

The food and drinks were great! I got this amazing drink and a mug of their pumpkin soup. Atmosphere is great. The only reason the review isn’t five stars is because a couple of the baristas were really mean. One in particular kept rolling her eyes when I would approach the counter for service, and I really don’t know why. When I asked for water, she directed me to the water bottle filling station. It was weird. So good food, drinks, and atmosphere, but with a rather mean staff. Still recommend it!

Good coffee and fast service. The Pesto Bialy sandwich is tasty but very messy to eat. The Butterscotch Latte is delicious.

They have some interesting creative selections of latte (the pistachio one is my favorite), the baristas seem to take pride in their latte art which I appreciate. The place has a hipster vibe. Prices are on the high side. Good place to meet socially but not the place to pull out your laptop and study/work.

Friendly service, great avocado toast and coffee. We sat outside on a nicely covered and clean patio. If I lived in the area this would definitely be a place I’d go regularly.

Wonderful coffee and food! The ginger latte is perfect even if you don’t enjoy ginger they do an excellent job of balancing the flavor. The mango masala toast is so good, definitely worth checking out downtown.

Amazing. Just amazing.I headed here on a recommendation and will always take recommendations from that person going forward. The quality ingredients and care in every coffee they make is so evident in the final product. We tried the Pistachio Latte, the Ginger Latte, an Americano and their Ginger Beer. It was all unlike anything I'd tried before. So fresh, so unique.I ALMOST wish I lived in Indiana.

Love their coffee. Great espresso. Lots of cyclists stop by in the morning. Friendly baristas and good croissants. And they added fortune cookies to espresso ordered

Provider Coffee in downtown Indianapolis is a hidden gem, and their butterscotch latte is a true masterpiece and nothing short of a flavor revelation. The blend of butter, piloncillo, and orange creates a harmonious flavor profile that sets it apart. Using Coffees from Coat Check Coffee and Dandy Breeze Milk adds a touch of sophistication to this already impressive drink. The baristas at Provider Coffee are true artists, as evidenced by the masterful latte art that graces every cup.Parking: Convenient Parking

Fave Indianapolis chill place!! Friendly folks, hipsters both young and old, meeting spot, relaxed and great food! Was in Indy on business and so glad I discovered this spot. Day one I had the Biscuit Sandwich with egg, sausage and (YUMMY!!) jalapeño jam!! Soooo good! Day two had Bacon and Cheddar Frittata with arugula salad with lightest of light simple dressing of lemon juice and salt. It...was...perfect!! I could have eaten that salad all day! Yummy coffees and the colored drink is Oat Matcha Latte with a Tumeric Ginger reduction and sprinkled with hibiscus powder. I had just the right amount of a little spicy heat to it. Ross and Mike took amazing care of us. What a great friendly group of people and amazing food and coffee pros!

The Colbert Lemonade (Cold Brew Lemonade, but please Provider, feel free to name this beautiful concoction after the beautiful man that is Stephen Colbert) was like a good first date; everything you need it to be. Bold yet refreshing, sweet yet tangy, smooth yet rugged, brass yet refined, I could go on. Get it please. And get any boujee latte thing when it's colder out. Butterscotch latte is my rec.

Love this place and Coat Check Coffee by the same owners. Ginger latte, tried iced for the first time, was fantastic as always. At first I didn't know if I should eat my avocado toast or frame it and hang it in my living room, but I'm delighted to say it was delicious and I'm exploring other, less perishable options for wall art.

Gorgeous space, delicious food, incredible coffee drinks. Plenty of options for vegetarians. (Photos- iced butterscotch lattes with oat milk, veggie breakfast biscuit) Seriously, it's amazing. Just go.

Provider had hands down the best food and coffee I've ever had from a coffee shop.I had the pistachio latte, and my wife had the iced coffee. The flavors they use are all homemade and it shows. My latte tasted so much better than anything you'll taste with monin syrups. The iced coffee was perfect, and I normally don't like black coffee. The food was fantastic. Yes, expensive, but you can tell the ingredients are super high quality, so it makes sense. The yogurt and Granola was just the right amount of sweet, and they didn't skimp at all on the Granola or nuts. The burrito was so flavorful. I couldn't find hot sauce, but it was not needed at all. The muffin we bought was very tasty as well!

Provider has a warmth and familiarity that feels like your oldest friend — you’re welcomed the same no matter if you’re a regular or a first-timer.I love that they feature local products, like Tinker Coffee and Circle City Kombucha. The food menu isn’t huge, but what they do offer covers just what you need for breakfast and lunch, plus it’s always delicious. This fall, I discovered the pumpkin yogurt parfait. Phenomenal! My favorite time of day to visit is in the mornings, when the sun is shining through their huge windows and it fills their space with warmth and light. The outdoor patio is also a perfect spot for a coffee meetup or drinks with friends after work.Although it’s a bit off the city’s beaten paths, Provider is well worth the trip.

Yeah...this place is lit. Simple menu, good coffee, and the service was great. I asked if they could reheat my latte since it was a little lukewarm, and the server insisted on remaking it. That’s the kind of service I really appreciate!
