Stopped here on a whim to see if they had feeder mice since it's way closer to home than uncle bills an was pleasantly surprised! Very clean and open, great selection of animals and supplies, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will be going here from now on for all our pet needs, love supporting small business.

I love this place! The staff are family and down to earth. Good fish selection. Theres a great knowledgeable cichlid guy who comes in time to time and has helped me numerous of times.. Their prices are roughly the same as petsmart and other stores, may be a tad higher on a few items, but hey its not a big corporation. I Always come back..

They are very accommodating, informative, and patient. They are very nice they didn't have frogs my daughter wanted so they ordered them for her. We got geckos but I can't stand jumpy bugs so the worker took all of the crickets out by hand. It really went above and beyond great customer service

I stop in to check this place out they had 4 puppies that was not responding to us even when we touch them they just lay there like they was drugged or something and not one person came up to me and ask if they could help they didn't care . cats running around jumping on top of the snakes tank with only a screen on top. Very dangerous for the cats. It was dirty never going back they but I will have those poor puppies checked on .

Prices aren't the greatest, but they usually arent at small pet stores. Staff was pretty helpful, seemed relatively knowledgeable. Good fish selection and most seemed healthy.

I've purchased several animals from them! A bearded dragon, two ferrets and a kitten. I'm debating on getting another kitten or cat. Unbelievable friendly people, great prices and great pets!

Axolotls here are very sick, one had a swollen jaw (infection) and only 1 out of 7 even had its gills. The rest were severely frayed or just plain missing. Despite many discussions with the staff on way to improve the tank and their condition in general, nothing has been done to help these poor helpless animals. Please do no go here!!!!

You get a homey feeling in here. A private owned pet shop with a staff that really cares for these animals. Much better than a major pet shop. Going here from now on!

I always come here for my pet supplies, the staff is very friendly and the pets are well cared for. I definitely prefer this pet shop to others.

i bought a fish it was sick and died within a week and they said my water was bad but my tank has been up and running for years with 20 diffant fish. expensive fish and they are all ok but the one i bought died and they cant do anything about it?????????

I only came for the fish. Staff was friendly and fish were healthy but don't waste your time going because I think they went out of business. I went two days ago and the building was empty.

Nice little pet shop. They had more unusual animals than your chain pet store. They had a neat legless lizard.

If you by something and you get home and it doesn't work, they will not replace it. They will accuse you of breaking it. Used to love this place but they screwed me over on the last money I had.
