Disappointing experience. First time with a new groomer but we've had prior imperfect cuts here, today was just the worst. Almost $60 for a choppy and messy cut. We've used various PetSmart groomings for almost 10 years but the price keeps going up and the quality of grooming is going down. Positive note, staff are extremely nice and seem to really enjoy being around the animals.

The staff here aren't only polite & friendly, but very understanding too. I got a Kong (name brand) Harness for my service dog. (I was involved in a very nasty car accident years ago, & had to relearn how to walk, pee, & use my eyes all over again. I now suffer from a very violent seizure disorder caused from the brain bleeds. My pupper went through training classes & got certified to pick up on seizure activity.)Anyway; I got home & realized the harness was a bit too small. I took it back for a return/swap in hopes to get one size larger. The employee explained that the only one left of the size I was needing didn't have a tag or any labels on it, as it was returned for the same reason I'm returning mine. (So it was about to shipped back to be "cleaned, restamped, & tagged" instead of selling a harness that has technically been "used" if only once.)She managed to explain everything to me about WHY it would have hair on it, WHY it doesn't have tags etc... , & why it isn't really "policy" to make these types of exchanges. I genuinely WANTED it & it LOOKED brand new right out of the package with the exception of a few dog hairs. (Someone had taken it home, realized it didn't fit their furry friend & returned it) She was NOT supposed to be "allowed" to do what she did for me, but pulled some strings & did everything necessary to send me home with what I wanted.-- TLDR ; They're awesome guys ! Very friendly, & "down to Earth" ...

It was super easy to get lola in today to be groomed for the frist time. It was also quick. They treated both me and her great. The staff was super friendly with both of us. Absolutely wonderful job, we are so happy with the outcome of her. It was much needed

Very patient & friendly staffSadly, Grooming techs could use more practice with large dog nails.- Seems they do a sloppy cut & file…- Rough and split the next day, barely filed.(You do not want me to be picky inside your store; attention to detail.)Wish there was another Greenwood location…
