I would give zero stars if I could. Do not board your dog(s) at this location unless you want them to be poorly manage and go here to die! It took me a year to get over the initial shock of our dog’s death to post this review but feel that I should warn people. We dropped off two of our dogs off for a 36 hours stay. When we picked our dogs up, one of our dog could barely walk that I had to carry him to the car. He had vomit stain all over his white coat and was having trouble breathing let along he was extremely dehydrated and lost 4 pounds since I dropped him off. We took him to the emergency pet hospital. He was in such bad shape that we had to put him down within 3 hours. The staff played it off that he was old and couldn’t walk. My dog was running around, jumping on coaches days before this and had a clear of health visit from his vet two weeks prior to this. You would think that they would call your emergency number or take them to the vet clinic which was on the store! We would happy to pay for the fee but instead they ignored our dogs. The store ghosted us and didn’t make things right nor they own up to them mistreating our dogs. The staffs said many times how short staffed they were and some of them have worked and been here 5 days straight. There is a reason why they always have openings even during holidays for boarding. If you’re looking for quality care, I would run from this place.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. I provided a picture showing how I wanted my dog's hair cut, which they took a photo of. However, when I picked up my puppy, they completely shaved her. I will never return for their services.

Zero stars at best, I should have known not to come here when they had open grooming appointments at 1am day of service date. Let’s just say I saved myself the time and hassle of having to curse them completely out. I was running late, groomer came out the back with an attitude…fine but what you’re not going to do is tell me how you’re going to groom MY PET. So instead of finding myself in a situation where I would have had to file a complaint on a company I left. Will never return. I go to petsmart for grooming often but this location may have been the reason I’ll never return to petsmart.

My dog and I love petsmart. We actually visited the Perrysburg this time. Dropping off was a bit of a hassle - I don't know if the girl was new or not but she didn't seem to know what she was doing and didn't communicate very well. I had to go to the grooming salon to get sponsor to go find an associate for help to get checked in. The grooming salon is typically very good as well. Wish they still had a vet inside like they used to. Petsmart is pricey but they had good sales and a rewards program.

Went in for cat toys and stopped to look at their birds. Their beaks were crusty and head feathers were ruffled indicating illness on almost all their birds. These animals are kept in absolutely horrific conditions. I left without buying anything for my cat since I did not want to give this animal torture chamber my money.

Went in for a quick service and they asked for a rabies shot, we went to get him vaccinated and when we came back about 2 weeks later they told us if he had not been their prior they need an appointment before he could do they quick service but that was not mentioned the first time or on the website.

Sickening treatment of animals at this location. Nearly every bird was visibly sick, but was kept in a habitat with what few birds looked healthy. I couldn't stand to look at anything else, would give 0 stars if I could.

Petsmart grooming is simply the best I've found in Indy, specifically the Trader Point's location. I have a large breed dog, a Newfoundland, which even at 4 years old is a bit rambunctious. And he loves going to get groomed and get loved on by all the groomers there. He has his go to groomer, of course, who welcomes him monthly and makes him look his best. Chrissy is her name! Everybody compliments me on how gorgeous Jack is! I think he is a little bit conceited. See picture.

Buying on-line and picking up in-store is great. My order was filled within less than 2 hours. If you have a busy day with lots of errands, ordering on-line and picking up in store is a great way to optimize your time.

We had our feline boy, Danny, in palliative care with ulcerative cancer. The kind cashier, after discussing with me that Dan refused to even eat tuna and $2 per can premium food, recommended that I try resorting back to what I considered a junk food that our boys were on when we first adopted them as 10 week old kitten brothers. (The equivalent of a twinkie to our human diet, in my opinion.)They didn't have a small bag... so I purchased a 16 lb bag of nostalgia and lugged it home with me. You should have SEEN the kitties' eyes light up when they smelled that bag!! A 16 lb bag of cat treats!!!We euthanized Danny on Saturday at a terrible 5 lbs 13 oz. He'd always been a strapping 12 lb plus gorgeous Russian Blue and I'm devastated without my majestic boy. But I'll always be grateful for this gentle cashier who helped me make his final days brighter. ❤️. You are a wonderful human. Thank you and God bless you.

Always great options and helpful service. The groomers do an excellent job too, and really seem to love the animals. We enjoyed Earnie the dog trainer classes very much, and really helped us define our puppies training.

I love PetSmart, however, I’m not to impressed with their Puppy Hotel. I’m place of not having cameras in their facilities they offer pictures & a pamphlet telling about the day. Well I didn’t receive any of that as promised. I believe I’ll use all of their services except this one, as this has happened on more than one occasion.

The grooming department at this location does not have the training or equipment needed to complete services on all dogs. If a pet does not stand as a statue for all services then they refuse to complete them and tell you they aren't able to take your pet anymore. In other words they don't have the skills or patience to groom dogs. It okay that they won't take him anymore, they aren't skill enough to complete service which is evident from the fact they also don't know how to keep a confirmed appointment and send you an email notifying of cancelation even though on the phone they say they never had an appointment. My four email confirmations say you did have him scheduled
