The staff at this location of Pet Supplies Plus seemed too busy to offer assistance. I was also almost charged $10 more than I was supposed to be. Had I not caught it and pointed out the item on sale, the young lady would have overcharged me. She also offered no apology.

I really like this store and staff. They are always nice and friendly. Been a reward member for over a year and I must say, their deals are fantastic. You are missing out if you don't sign up. I always save something which is more than I can say at Petsmart. Once I discovered Pet Supplies, I stopped shopping there, plus their grooming was horrible and hurt my dog :/ Thanks and keep up the good work. One thing, make sure to clean the floors every night or early morning.

Good size store. Took my dog for a bath in the self wash station they have. Little disappointed. They only have 2 tubs/ stations to use. One was waist high, which is nice and you won't hurt your back. The other is at floor level. Several people where waiting and I felt rushed. The sprayer was a little difficult but the dryer house was nice and long. Which was nice. Not sure I'd go back there to bath my dog, but definitely to shop.

They had what I wanted. New leash. Training collar. It was a bit cheaper here. I had planned on ordering this online but grabbed it at comparable price. And it looks better than the one on ebay. I would have rated this place a 3 but I'm actually pleased so I decided to write a review.Thanks pet supplies plus!

Love this store. Great staff, always good customer service.The supply of crickets for my bearded dragon almost always available and good supply of mealworms and other treats as well.Nice aquatic selection and have purchased a few additions to my tank here as well.My spoiled dog Noel gets some treats from here as well and we Will be trying out the self bath station soon.

Staff is helpful. Store is clean and well stocked most of the time. Pet supplies Plus is a little bit more expensive then chewy or Amazon most of the time, but they do price matching, and they're a smaller chain with good stuff available in a pinch. I shop at the one in greenwood usually but recently I've been going to the Lawrence store as it's closer. So far I really like it. The staff is really nice.

Store was clean I went in mid afternoon wasn’t too busy they were out what I was looking for but I got a great deal by signing up for the rewards program..Self service wash the water was cold along with the dryer part also but overall got in and out not much of a wait seeing that it was a warmer day

I adopted the most beautiful Calico kitten here. Please if you're interested in a cat, go adopt one. They are rescue kitties. There is an adoption fee but well worth it.

Store is neat and clean. Always greeted at the door and at least asked two times if, I need help with finding something. The store can be busy or not busy when checking out it's a breeze.

This Pet Supplies Plus has been one of my favorite pet stores in Indiana for a while. They have a HUGE variety of product (including raw food) for a very reasonable price. As a reptile enthusiast, I'd also like to acknowledge that while Pet Supplies care is not necessarily up to the professional standard, it does have the best reptile care I have seen from chain pet stores in this area. Very much recommend, they have great staff, great prices, and for a chain pet store they have decent pet care of their store animals.

Didn't know they price matched until I got to the register and the clerk said "wow that cart is empty" and I said "yeah I can get cat food for 5 dollars at dollar general instead of paying 10 dollars here for it" and he showed me how to pull up dollar generals price and show him and he matched it and even went 50 cents below the ad price. I love this store and I'm glad that the people are so helpful and that they price match. I'm definitely a returning customer.

I think this place deserves 5 stars but the hrs are getting annoying. The best part of the local place is that when I notice I'm out of dog food I can run down the street and get some. Considering I feed the dogs in the morning and evening this no longer is the case as I have been met by a closed sign with even more restrictive hrs multiple times now. I just ordered my first bag of dog food online from the Big Box place and will probably continue doing so.

I order the night before and my products are delivered after 4pm as I requested the next day! The Lawrence location has great management and staff that goes 100% + everytime! I appreciate this service and always give the delivery person a nice tip!

The store is always clean and stocked well. The employees are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I have purchased food, pet carriers, furniture and toys from here with no issues. On the 1 occasion I had to return an interactive toy that my cat was scared of, they refunded me the price with no questions or hassle and it was several weeks later due to health & weather issues.

Always the BEST of service from Pet Supplies Plus.....we just recently had a huge bag of dog food delivered and they did an outstanding job....packaged in a waterproof outer thick wrapper, and the delivery driver placed it super close to our front door. We love their promotional sales as well. A+++

I placed an order yesterday for dog food and it was suppose to be delivered today . I called to follow up on it and they could not answer when I would get it since it was suppose to be today . Manager was so rude and said she might get to me by Monday . She was just plain rude about it . Don’t day it will be delivered and not get to the customer or at least say I am sorry for your inconvenience. Trying to find out when my credit card would be credited and she hung up on me . Just a rude person . I will never do business at this location . I love the Noblesville location . I guess they were not going to call me and let me know I wasn’t even going to get my dog food today . POOR BUSINESS. The customer use to be first but not here

April 2023New Store Hours!!10a-6p All week.Unsure if this is temporary or permanent.______________Dec. 2022My first time to this store. I had something specific in mind before I went which often ends up disappointing without an open mind. They had exactly what I was seeking. I thought a bit pricey but it was days before Christmas and selections were well shopped.There were other items I found that I thought useful but hadn't set out to purchase. Store was busy and lines at check out but still moved quickly. I will go back when needing speciality items or new treats for my pet that I can't find at big box discount stores.

Never had a bad time here. Especially as a surprise frog owner, I learned a lot with these guys at my back, and they're always so willing to help out. No change at all with this company. Still horrible service. Too much time talking when shelves are empty. You either have to buy a tiny bag or a huge bag and don't do the free bag program, it will take several customer complaints to get nothing resolved. But, they are great with creating excuses across the company.The staff were too busy with their own conversation to provide assistance. The register was blocked with dump bins of product. The store was not appealing at all.
