Love, love this place!! So convenient! I love not having to wait for my delivery in a couple of days, they do same day delivery or pickup! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the store is clean and smells good for a pet store anyway. Lol Stop what you're doing and go check them out!

Staff was very helpful! There was a good selection of items. They were out of stock of the cat food I wanted an a nice employee helped suggest a safe and similar alternative for my cat! I also found my cats new favorite wet food here. They are very nice, clean, and there was a cute dog someone brought in! Best experience!

Been going here for years and it’s always been great. My only complaint is the newer tag machine, the old one was better and 1/2 the price. I couldn’t even fit my address on the tag and ours isn’t even that long.

The reason for 3 instead of 1, is because of the wonderful young lady who helped me during my recent visit. I visited this store in an emergency. I bought my puppy a car seat for a last minute long drive home to my family’s house. It turned out to be way too much of a safety issue, so I ordered a larger travel kennel to this store. I showed up to the store 20 mins before my order would be “ready”, in hopes for someone to maybe give me another solution as I’m a new dog owner. This lovey young lady (I wish I had gotten her name) took the time to share her personal experiences, as well as suggest some wonderful alternatives as well. She really took her time and told me the pros and cons of each, and she offered to check on the status of my online order while I looked at the options she had picked out for me. I’m not sure if he was the manager (if he is, even more disappointing) but a worker named Justin very rudely came up to me in a condescending tone saying “I’m not sure if you even read your email but you have to give us an hour to get your order. I have other things to do right now”. Now I have worked every type of customer service, and yes I go into retail with the mentality that everyone has off days, but I did not come in demanding my order, nor did I even ask for it early. I had mentioned to the young lady I had one and I was early and understood it was more than likely not ready. After that interaction he walks back and says “yeah well I have nothing for you.” So I said “would you have any large travel kennel?” To which he said “no I said we have nothing.” Not only would I have waited for an item they do not have during the emergency I had, but he was beyond rude to the point where I will never visit this location again. I do hope that you have patience up to your ears if you have to deal with him, or are numb to condescension and rudeness.

Manager and staff were very supportive and helped me with my purchase and correcting my personal information in the rewards program. A very enjoyable shopping experience at this store! Everyone was helpful and went the extra step to help me out!

Well, shopping at pet supply plus on Friday evening, I requested assistance from a young lady who had very little knowledge of dog food. She then stated I’ll call someone for help never did, and proceeded to help three other customers. Finally, another young lady came up and said do you need assistance I said yes, she was able to answer my questions. However, there was a young man standing at the cash register, who looked at me while I was struggling to pull the 48lb of dog food off the shelf. I asked him do you work here? he said, yes, I said, could you help me, and he acted as if I was bothering him and he did not offer to help me to carry the dog food outside to put it in the back of my truck. Overall I was not happy with the customer service.

I go out of my way to shop at this place instead of online since it’s a local business. I’ve shopped here for all my pets for 5 years. The guy at the counter was so incredibly rude to me today while I was making an exchange I will never go out of my way to shop there again. I would have rather just bought a new bag of dog food than get treated like that, I thought it was ok to exchange dog food if there was an issue. My dog has eaten the same thing for years and I just bought a new bag and she was refusing it, I figured it was a stale batch. (It’s happened before with pro plan and I was told just to exchange it no problem) I hate that shopping at stores, even local ones cause so much unwarranted stress to your day. I felt like a terrible person for exchanging dog food- what a stupid way to ruin your day.

Jen did such an amazing job grooming my little long haired Chihuahua Wally. She was so patient and made sure he was happy and comfortable the whole time!! The prices at Pet supplies plus are so affordable and there was a huge variety of packages to choose from. Scheduling the grooming appointment was so simple and they even sent me several text appointment reminders. Before you come be sure to grab cash to make sure you can tip your groomer as they only accept cash tip!! You can obviously tell which is his before and after photo 🤣

These ladies are beyond great at what they do! My baby has a bad back leg and these ladies were nothing but gentle and kind. Her hair was a MESS. We had a bad experience with the lady groomer and was a bit traumatized. We are all good and all happy! Thank you girls so much. You made her day, and made mommy’s year! Thank you for easing my anxiety

The Dog self-wash is the best. It's convenient and you don't have to bring your supplies. My dog is happy and clean. No struggle with getting his big butt in the wash bay.

I recently moved to this area, so many pet stores to choose from!However- when I look for a pet store I’m looking for a variety of high Quality raw detailed foods, which most stores don’t carry! I was very pleased to see that they carry “Primal” - an this brand has the goats milk my baby needs.The employees are very friendly and helpful- which is a quality most stores have long forgotten!Thank you Pet Supplies Plus 👌🏼

We had taken our dog to get groomed yesterday, and it was not a good experience. Dalaney was not gentle with him, and she said that she cut it too short (my fiancée overheard her that she cut it too short by accident), but we were told that it was on purpose and she had to do so.Janet was understanding and let her manager know. Justin the manager called me and was pretty curt that nothing was wrong, and the groomer didn't conceal the true nature of the haircut being short. The spaw package was refunded, but we didn't get our full package refunded.I think that the groomer should have just been truthful and said she did it on accident but didn't do so. We hope that the manager will reconsider his approach to customer service. I hope that we not be attacked for this review. Just wasn't the experience we hoped for nor the response to our complaint. That being said, my fiancée said that Janet seemed more caring. So maybe we could reconsider with her. We really just wanted our money back and wanted it to try again, but the manager's tone and dismissal of our concerns made that hard.I told my partner what had happened, and she was shocked. She didn't approve of the haircut and tried to tell them that. He wasn't matted, and this all could have been avoid if the groomer was upfront and just said "I'm sorry, I accidentally cut it too short."It was our first grooming experience since moving to Indy. We picked Pet Supplies Plus because we always had a great experience at the Pet Supplies Plus we used to go to before we moved. I am sad for the experience my partner had and feel frustrated that even though the other groomer we spoke to over the phone, Janet, agreed with us- her manager decided to take a different approach.

You get what you get with a chain run store, but this particular location was either having an off day or they staff just has terrible manners. Very unimpressed with the attitudes I encountered today and will not be back at this location.

This location harassed customers multiple times about thier dog being too hairy for the dog wash. They said that is what grooming is for very rudely said that this is unacceptable as he looked at the hair flying around the dog wash area.He also tried to continue spraying water all over the floor when I attempted to exit the tub with a dry German shepard. This is an ongoing occurrence if being treated very unhumanly and disrespectfully. The manager can not handle a hairy dog wash nor a dog that takes longer to dry off.If this is how they treat thier customers I can only imagine what goes on in the grooming salon. I will take my German shepards of many elsewhere to a store that actual likes dogs and people and doesn't mind hair because I will tell you what that store hates people with hairy dogs.

This could have been a 5 star review but there is a guy named Justin that works there that is just an associate who is all up in everyone’s business that should just do his own job and worry about himself. I called to let the groomer know I was going to be a bit late to my appointment. Unfortunately Justin answered the phone and got into all my business and when I arrived at the location Jason met me at the door of the store and told me I didn’t have an appointment with the groomer. I told him I made a mistake and made the appointment at Noblesville store on accident. I went inside to talk with the groomer. She stated she didn’t have time that day and that she could do it a different day. As the groomer and I were talking Justin walked from behind me and stated your dog’s shots were expired. I stated no they aren’t. He proceeded to say they are in our system. I said I have my dog’s shots information on my phone I can update that with the groomer which I did. Justin then turned around huffed and started to do his own work stocking and listening into mine and the groomers conversation. He kept giving me dirty looks. Throughout the time. As I was leaving he made so much noise he startled my dog and made him want to pull to get out of the store. Justin is very unprofessional and if he is this way he shouldn’t be able to work in a store with animals.

They are always friendly and helpful, even when the store is packed!I have a pit mix, and they are a godsend when he tears through "tough" toys like tissue paper. They give great advice, and are willing to exchange the toys to make sure my spoiled brat is happy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they welcomed my 9week old Husky with lots of love and attention. I have other dogs but never had a puppy this young and the manager was very helpful in ideas for getting her used to having her nails trimmed and brushing her teeth and many other things that I will need. Thomas Arvin helped me choose RedFord a grain free food that has cleared up her rashes. Thom and his manager are very knowledgeable. Thank you

It’s always good to know, no matter what they will have all the different kinds of food in stock. I switched between three so far and they always have all of them in stock! I love that! Their toy selection is also great!
