I had such high hopes for this rug cleaning service.Customer service was great- everyone was very nice.But unfortunately, upon picking up the rug yesterday, it still smells like dog urine. There’s no way I can keep using this rug, at least not inside.$400 rug$200 to adopt new puppy that was secretly pottying on it.$180 to have it cleanedDisappointment because it’s still stinky- priceless.

The rugs I brought in were collected from my in-laws travels during the 70s-90s and had been sitting in storage for quite some time due to their pungent smells. They are knowledgeable on rug origin and helped in identifying the rugs origin and potential value.I was honestly shocked at how clean they were able to get them, and now they smell amazing and look fabulous in my home. They also straightened me out on my rug pad situation which, I had just been using what is commercially sold through places like Pottery Barn. Each pad was cut for each rug size which were all unique. That difference behind a good rug pad is no joke and I appreciated the nudge to purchase new ones. Great team to work with, doing excellent work. Would definitely recommend!

As usual, they did a great job cleaning various wool rugs. Also had them mend the corner of one that was damaged. Previously, I had a Turkish rug that needed serious repairs and they handled that as well as sewing velcro hanging strips to the back so that it could be hung on my wall (museum style).
