We LOVE Little Stinkers! They have fantastic communication! I always know if they need to switch days because of weather or holidays and they send text notifications when they’re coming/when the service is completed. If my dogs are outside when they arrive, they’re so sweet to my fur babies. With 3 dogs, I would never be able to keep up. Thanks to Little Stinkers, my yard stays clean!

This service is great! I don’t have to worry about bringing a mess into my house. I never have enough time to go out and pick up my yard. I have service once a week. They text and give me a 30 minute warning they are on their way. They text again when they finish.

While the actual clean-up was satisfactory, I found the customer service aspect to be lacking. Although the team did an adequate job with the clean-up, I was disappointed with the inflexibility regarding scheduling. As someone who works from home, I needed a specific day for service to accommodate my work schedule, but it felt like my request was seen as a burden. I would have appreciated more willingness to work with me on finding a suitable day for the service. Overall, while the clean-up met my expectations, the lack of accommodation and the sense that my needs were an inconvenience leave room for improvement in customer service.

Always on time. If something comes up they text you and let you know. We have several dogs and our person comes twice a week. It’s a great service. Highly recommend using them.

I have been using LittleStinkers for over a year now. They are fantastic! Rain or shine, they show up; unless it is a torrential downpour. They are friendly to my dogs too if they show up when they are outside. Great people, great service! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't even give one star!!! Manager constantly came out to go over yard because his techs would miss several piles!!! Finally after calling after 5th time or so for someone to come back out to finish that weeks cleanup, the manager canceled my contracted service with them. Lol...

This was my first time using them and I will most likely continue to use them. I was asleep and didn't even know they had come and gone. Good work. The only thing is, the old company I had for this where I used to live, also sprayed the yard with a chemical free formula afterwards to eliminate odor and keep the poop from messing up the yard, I wish they had something like this, so at least the odor would be gone. But all in all Great company! Definitely use them. Their prices are great too!Service: Yard work
