They constantly close early. The website says that are supposed to open till 10pm. As I approached the door at 9:30pm they turned me away and said we’re close and refused to let me in to get a just a gallon of milk. They have a man standing at the door to let people out but will close the door in your face when you try to enter the building.

With all the pink slime and who knows what else added to hamburger these days, we are going organic. But even organic labels lie at Kroger. We've seen the proof with organic labels covering GMO labels on apples. What else is Kroger lying to us about? This meat was supposed to be 80/20. Looks like worse than 70/30 to me. So disappointed in our food supply today. Everything includes bioengineered ingredients. Even Campbell's soup! Nothing is safe, natural or organic anymore. Not with the poison they are spraying from the sky and including in our food. All for Elites, medical and big pharma to keep us sick and at their mercy. And Kroger is helping. So disappointed.

This is by far one of the worst stores to shop at. Today at 3:45pm for instance there was plenty of time for employees to stand around and talk at the front of the store but apparently not enough time to bring shopping carts into the store. There were no shopping carts or hand baskets available for customers. This is a frequent occurrence at this particular location. Customers were having to go back out and get their own carts from the cart corral. My last visit to this location I ended up at a self checkout where the plastic bags had a manufacturer defect and had only one handle. I called the employee monitoring the checkouts over to show him. He responded that he was not surprised and walked off leaving me to find my own usable plastic bags. I will not be returning. I left the store today to get a cart and decided to just shop at Walmart instead.

I just came back from KrogerThis place is horrible. I usually try not to complain, but I am a disabled Vet and it's a little hard for me to move around. At 2:30 PM there wasn't one buggy (I'm Southern, sorry) in the store or in the racks outside. It's 5 above zero. Folks like me can't breathe good and can't go plum across the lot for a buggy. I thought ok, I'll use a rider. Wrong. 2 are broken, one was charging and the others were gone. There's a bunch of kid playing on them at times too. I finally found a buggy inside that someone abandoned so I took it. Please fix this situation.

This store is horribly ran. I have no idea how the manager hasn't been fired. Every single week there are items that are on sale that apparently are "marked wrong" or they are is the wrong section. It would be one thing if it wasn't a normal occurrence, but it is. It's false advertising, and then when you ask for help with a price check, they still won't adjust the price. The problem isn't with the average employee. It's the managers fault for not having sales marked correctly in the store system, and for items to be continously placed in the wrong section where a sale is being advertised. I can't wait to move, so I can have a different store that is convenient to go to without the incompetent manager.

Shocked when seeing the price for center cut pork chops! Thought I was dreaming or waiting for a shoe to drop due to the price being so reasonable!Was surprised to see no empty shelves since so close to Christmas but that could change since this is Friday and Christmas is Monday.

So I am making potato soup with a recipe I found online that calls for Ancho chili powder, I could not find it and neither could the employee that I ask for help, so I went on shopping, next thing I know he comes running down the isle I'm in with a jar of Ancho chili powder he found, lol that was awesome. Bless him!

Stuck in the 60s the most prejudice store. Major of all the employees are racist. They make you feel unwelcomed, will not help you pass you off...it's not my department. The pharmacy is the absolute worst. The store needs a whole new staff management included. You complain about the service!!! Nothing is done they treat you worse if you return. They pharmacy people are gonna kill someone. They're rude and just pass out the medicine when they feel like filling your prescriptions. They say they're too busy for electronically sent presentations?!?!

After 5 years of using goodrx this pharmacist is trying to force me to pay 600 for a Rx that I've been getting with goodrx . Pharmacist used to be compassionate people now their just legal drug dealers. Go somewhere else

The pictures on Google are not all of this location. Store is understocked, dirty and the produce leaves much to be desired. I've seen rotten bell peppers, steaks out for sale that had mold on them, ground beef that has oxidized, boxes with dead bugs on them. There is another Kroger on Southport Rd. about 10 minutes away that is much newer and much nicer. There is a Walmart down the street. This place is expensive and simply not worth it.

Glacier water dispenser often "out of order"... or so they say, upon inquiry they contacted the store manager, waited a good 20 min, never showed up, I asked again and associate, out of order was the answer of the manager to the associate, yet the machines had a service sticker barely two days old. Interesting, they just seemed powered off...

The best thing about this Kroger are it’s friendly employees.Unfortunately, the stock is not available as described online and there are too many substitutions if you’re ordering for pickup or delivery.The produce selection is limited and not fresh, worse quality than any Kroger I’ve ever seen and if you’re shopping inside the store, there are many empty shelves, even if you arrive at a normal shopping hour.Luckily, as I’ve mentioned, the employee’s are kind.But 2 stars for lack of stock and quality of products.

As a former worker I know that the store is always dirty and infested with bedbugs and roaches. I've seen people quit on the spot for finding bugs on themselves that came from the baggers closet. The management treats their staff horrible and even tries to write people up for attending a loved ones funeral. I've also seen managers take photos of customers and send them back and fourth to each other to make fun of.

Surprised they had what I was looking for. Avocado oil and Grapeseed Oil. An older store. You can tell Kroger does not put the same effort and money into stores in lower income areas vs those in wealthier areas. But it had what I needed this trip. Watch for traffic in the parking lot. Keep your head on a swivel. Add Turkey Hill Simply Natural Ice Cream back into the freezer section and put some upkeep into your lower income area stores and you’ll get two more stars.

It looks like they are cleaning this store up. They have tons of new products and the shelves are pretty well stocked. They still only have one cashier, making you use the self-scan. I won't use the self-scan. They need to just hire more cashiers! Nobody likes the self-scan!

Every time I go here, there is never no carts for us. All the "workers" are just standing around talked and doing what ever they want to do. I mean dang, if you are on the clock you need to be working, go get the carts from out in the parking lot and bring them in where they go. This location just has went down hill. In my near future I will refuse to go to this location. If I was all the "workers" boss I would fire most of them employees!

An hour before closing they had no live regesters open, directed everyone through self checkout creating a 30 min. line while the cashiers stood around talking. I was on brake for dinner and didnt get to eat cuz the lines where so long.

Most of the employees go above and beyond but new/old management needs improvement! Never any carts, Smells like fish/dead mice! Employee Faith is always rude and talks down about the business in front of all the customers! Did I mention that there's never any carts in the store but at least 3-4 employees outside smoking by the door! Do better...

This place is in shambles. Smells awful like dead animals and dirt weed from 1999. Garbage, rude people are all that shop here anymore. Never have what you want in stock. Shelves are bare. For some reason half of the self checkouts are NEVER open, so you have to stand in line for 20 mins. Used to be a decent grocery a decade ago. Needs to be closed for good. The staff are a perfect fit, terrible and rude. Don’t bother asking them for anything. You’ll be misinformed or simply dismissed. I have a real hatred for this place. Worth the extra drive to ANY other grocery. 0/5 stars.

I think corporate Kroger forgot this store exists. Items are usually low, the whole store is dirty, and it's just not a pleasant shopping experience. The Neighborhood Walmart a few minutes away is much better and has more items. Heck, I'd even drive to the Camby Walmart before going to this Kroger location.

Only one of the employees do I avoid like the plague. I've seen this employee be super rude, talk about things that shouldn't be talked about like she will confront one of her fellow employees loudly about anything and everything, I have experienced her doing this multiple times. I've seen her accuse a small child of stealing (he had one of those metal pieces they use to hang up stuff like batteries). It is a black woman with a thick accent who never seems to wear a name tag when I'm there. The rest of the employees always seem very nice

I'm not sure who is in charge here bt somebody needs to do better! Always, always out of items! Mostly the neighborhood is within walking distance for most and relies on this pacific grocery store. If they are out, "which is more times than not" some do not have the privilege of driving up the road to get what they need.. I on the other hand don't need nor want the headache of having to drive and shop at 2 different places to get what I want or need.. obviously I'll be back bt for now on I'll be visiting the neighborhood walmart grocers first. They actually have veggies and fresh veggies at that.. and the items I need/want to go with my meal/s to feed my family 🤷‍♀️✌P.s.. don't forget your cart from the parking lot before entering store!

I dont think there has been ONE single time we didn't have to go outside to get our own cart. Today's adventure in trash Kroger there was a needle in the entry way. The lovely male manger that works here not only watches customers push their own cart while he is sitting outside but may actually be one of the rudest humans around.

Well not come back here they are so rude me and my mom were ringing our stuff out and my mom asked me did I ring up too many and the woman started just going off on me yelling at me for no reason I never even said anything to her. me and my mom were having a conversation to ourselves and she went off the handle no managers long lines two self checkouts and only ones open even their front desk has a long line to the freezer section would recommend don't go here

Stop here on occasion and Kat, who works at the service desk is one of the best - courteous, polite, patient and exceptional employees, I have encountered while shopping at Kroger! Dakota does a great job as well getting people thru her line and is polite!
