I will change this review to 5 stars when you stop 🛑 using so many so many plastics bags esp for pickup orders! I want a transfer to my reusable bags option or at least paper bags that is store wide. Ideally no more plastic bags 🌎 ty from Earth!

Brown security guy was around the store looking and just so happened to see him 4 times in my short trip. Last time was at self checkout. At least try not to be as obvious as to what you’re doing.

Susan was amazing we ran into her trying to find something on 1/4/2024 around 10 and she was beyond helpful and sweet we will be returning just because of her above and beyond service she stopped what she was doing just to help us without us having to ask we have never had better service from a grocery store

This was our first visit to this store. The employees at this kroger were very friendly, and the shelves are well stocked. Everything is clean and labeled.

There money center is never open. They have shut it down the last two times I was there while waiting in line. And quite rude about it sitting so high and mighty in there booth. Yes I took a bus here, yes I cash my check here. Geez. Thanks for making me feel less than Kroger. Find a different place for check cashing or money matters.

I just had surgery and was unable to unload my groceries, and an employee offered to assist me. Customer service is there is why I drive past another Kroger store to come to this one.

Each and every time I go to this store's deli which has been the last 3 times I've gone, there is always a 7 to 8 minute wait before the clerk even acknowledges that you're standing there even though they see you and continue to work on whatever they're prepping. This is a problem especially if you're a senior citizen and trying not to stand there unnecessarily to get waited on. It makes no difference whether there are other customers or not, it still happens.

Came here to use money service after leaving another Kroger.Money service's closed due to someone being out to lunch at almost 4 in the afternoon.Pretty bad when you have to keep spending gas to go from Kroger to Kroger to utilize their services and they don't even have them open!

This location is just awful! It’s dirty, unorganized and understaffed. Two days back to back I stopped around 5pm & had business to do at their customer service desk & both days no one was there working. I waited & waited & nothing.They have two different self check areas both with at least 6 checkouts & there’s always a huge line to check out.Always wait 5+ minutes for anyone to even acknowledge you at the meat counter.Often times out of certain produceTheir ‘digital coupons’ are really quite confusing & seem almost like a decoy to have you pick up those items & then offer no help in actually redeeming them to get the sale price!Shop Meijer down the road instead!

Don't like the digital coupon. I had the manager help me for the first time download coupons. When I got up to the cashier only half of the coupons were downloaded. I'm not saying I'll never shop at Kroger's again because it's convenient but for my main grocery shopping I'll just go down to meijer's

If you have to use their money center services, just go to the Binford location. They are never open due to "short staffing" was what I was told.

Shop here frequently. Service is hit and miss. Same goes for the shelves being stocked. Usually clean and well lit. Kroger gas station available.

In and out when you shop early, I love Kroger buy one get one for free chicken thighs and wings. Ice cream was 3.99 on Breyers. Love getting discounts.

I would LOVE to give a shout out to a couple of angels that helped me on Tuesday Feb 28 - I called customer service looking for a copy of yesterday's Indy Star for a friend who needed a copy containing her Mother's obituary. the lady that answered the phone (Bee or Dee i believe she said was her name?) she got a copy of the paper and held it for me. when I got there i went to the news stand to see if there were more for family members - i got them and went to the customer service office which was very busy ( I was on a quick leave from the office to get these papers ) there was another lady there with the customers - she had long hair in a hair net ( Shawna? ) I explained my situation and she very sweetly went to the CS line to see if the paper was there and it was - these ladies are angels - the little acts like this that will allow the deceased daughters have their own copies. Thank you so much for these acts of kindness - they did not go unnoticed - God Bless you! :)

This store is a little old and shop worn, but it's generally well-stocked and, ta-da! there is usually more than one checkout clerk open, and sometimes even a bagger or two available. For Kroger these days, that's huge!

Used to be my weekly grocery spot for several years. Over it. Expired items at overly inflated/marked up prices?Tried the pick up option for the first time and items were missing. Called to get refunded and there is only an automated system. The automated system was going to credit my account but never did.Taking money out of my pocket as many ways as they can. Go F yourselves Kroger. I hope Hyvee moves in and puts you out of business.Oh, turnstiles at the entrance now? Is it no longer age to shop here?

The worst customer service at Money Services. Will not return purely from the associates attitude.I normally don't make negative reviews. I know customer service can be hard, but if you cannot collect yourself enough to be kind, then you should find another Job.

Staff cookin swine in front of the store. Many vegetarians and vegans get headaches from that kind of careless act. Plus more customers came in sneezing on the day of this review.Otherwise, the location is good. Not too many lines even when busy. Workers are decent and speak to the customers.

This is a really nice Kroger compared to the ones located in the Irvington area. It is clean, well maintained, organized and has a nice selection. The biggest complaint I have is they never have enough lanes open for check out. I usually go there Thursdays around noon and it seems that for the size of the store, there aren't enough lanes and only one is open when I get ready to check out. I always end up waiting.

I've noticed that this location is extremely busy in the early to mid-afternoon, so be prepared for a full parking lot and a busy entrance. The Fuel Center is immediately able to be seen from Keystone Average but the store is set back a little bit, behind the Sahm's and whatnot. Store was relatively clean for the time of day (3pm), nothing obviously attention-drawing, in terms of improperly masked folks or trouble navigating aisles while trying to move quickly. The ladies at the customer service counter were exceptionally nice and happily answered my questions and had a resolution to my potential problem before I even had time to ask! (Yes, you may use a Kroger EGift card at the self scan lanes, the attendant will need to complete your transaction at their station.) I noticed that this location had a few things that my regular location didn't have in stock, ever (like pet waste bags, Bar Keepers Friend) and their Clearance section, while smaller than what I'm used to, had a lot of decent stuff that my store hadn't had in months...which means I will be going back to this location in the future, if I'm in the neighborhood!

Definitely disappointed. I went in there to try and order my daughter a birthday cake. Out of all the three individuals behind the counter none of them acknowledged me. I'm kind of glad though because when I looked around at the work area it was nasty stuff everywhere food all over the floor trash bin too close to the food items in my opinion....glad I dodged that bullet whew

Note to self... don’t wait until after 8/830 to to the front desk/ customer service desk because Tamika (and other employees) will be straight up rude to you and make you wait until she is ready. Only 2 stars because I have to start coming here since my favorite Broad a Ripple Kroger is closing. So sad. The people at that one just shine in general. No comparison to this store. 😭😭😭

I don’t typically get great customer service here. Especially the ladies that run self-checkout are incredibly rude. However, last night I was there and the cart I was using had a very loud wheel. I went down an aisle where two employees were stocking water, and went onto the next isle. One of the employees, he looked like he may have been a manager, white, half bald guy, went and got me a new cart and met me in the next isle offering to switch out my loud obnoxious cart. Truly going the extra mile, and I really appreciated it. Wish I got his name.

My roommate and I Are awaiting results back from our covid tests. However we still need to eat and needed groceries so we decided to order our groceries and have someone bring them to our car. This all went really smoothly however when we got home we found that Very basic things were left out of our order. Things such as cream cheese, cole slaw, onion were left out.. come on you can’t tell me that there wasn’t some sort of substitution for these items (and I made sure to allow for substitutions. I guess someone got too lazy to find my items but now can’t make the meals I wanted and what am I supposed to do expose people to possible covid so I can get my groceries?! Will never do a pick up grocery list from here again.
