If you're lucky and get a good tech from Invisible Fence like Sage to your home it will be done right. But it can be hit or miss. Depending on who shows up and how experienced they are. The management on Hawthorne Park Drive in Indy can be hit or miss too. Same when you call the corporate headquarters in TN. Some are helpful, others not so much or not at all, and some quite rude. This was a great company before it got bought by a big corporation, but isn't that the way it almost always goes? I'm seeing more people going with Dog Watch Hidden Fences. At least we have more choices and that should be a warning sign for Invisible Fence to up its game.

Ever since corporate took over IF of central Indiana, it has been horrible. Hours posted for local store are wrong and you can't called to check becasue you hit their corporate office. I have a service plan and a week ago our wire was cut , beeping etc. I had to unplug it. Called IF to get someone out to fix the cut, 3 week wait. So basically, I was suppose to wait three weeks without a containment for my two Golden Retrievers one who is just 14 months old. Fixed the wire ourselves, called and cancelled my service plan and I am done with IF. It is old technology anyway.

I love my invisible fence! I have two very active, curious bird dogs and we live on a lake full of birds. The dogs never cross the line to get to the birds. Derek recently came out and fixed a wire issue I had created. I was so happy and thankful he did, quickly and in a timely manner. Thanks Derek!

I need my dogs collar voltage increased, and have been to the Hawthorn park location in Indianapolis 3 times this week, before 4:00. There is no phone number on line. I had to get it from a vehicle. One of the few days they’re open, I was told they closed at noon today, although it is obvious here are people here. Main entrance was locked. The employee entrance was open. I knocked there, got no response. Went back to the front, knocked loudly, got no response. Went back to the employee entrance, and the door had been closed and locked while I was checking the front again… at this point, I’m holding YOU accountable if something happens to my dog, and looking in to GPS collars. Thanks a lot.
