I recently had an issue with my hot tub. I can only say the highest praises for the service employees, Nathan and Kyle. Nathan did troubleshooting over the phone initially. He decided to send Kyle to look into the issue. Kyle was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He checked everything possible and found a non-related issue, which he fixed on the spot. As he inspected the hot tub mechanics, he educated me on how the tub works and how to maintain it to perform its best. I called Nathan the following day with a question. He was so helpful and patient. He even went to far as to offer to call me the next few days to see how the tub is doing. I appreciate all they did to address my concerns, truly a company that cares!

Family Leisure was great with explaining all the differences between the different hot tubs and their features. From there the installation and electrical prep was spot on. They were a great resource in being educated on maintenance as well as they have classes on Saturdays.

Nice show room, selection, and sales people. Follow up and service have been good too. Hot tub installation guys very friendly and helpful. Installation, water filled, and electrical turn on was all completed in about an hour.

Very happy with the purchase and installation process with our hot tub from Family Leisure! From the initial decision and understanding what our needs are to the delivery and set up, everyone was wonderful. Excellent in store service. Custer pik up associates wer retrieving my order... big Fam Leis delivery truck stops beside my car... the driver gets out & asks if I needed help. That driver was Sherman (WH Mgr?)... customer service is alive & well @ Family Leisure.

We are restoring our home which was neglected for a time. We inherited a broken and decrepit hot tub with the home and Justin + the removal team has been a HUGE help. Everyone has been meticulous with communication and visits are friendly and professional. Although we have not had the hot tub we purchased installed yet, I wanted to give the team a shot out for how hard they've worked up until this point to restore our backyard to the original oasis it was meant to be.

Buyer beware!!!!! Bought this pool 9 yrs ago and had them install pool. After just a few yrs the side started rusting through and on July 4th the whole side split and broke completely apart. Broke where they had joined the walls together. They said it is under warranty but I have to pay 45% of new pool and installation price plus cost of removal of old pool. Costing me at least $6000.00. The most frustrating thing is they will not return my calls or emails about the situation. Horrible customer service!!!! Definitely think twice before going to buy anything from family leisure!!

Absolutely 5 Stars!!!!! Having purchased both an above ground pool and a spa this year, I can say that the team at Family Leisure has been wonderful!! From start to finish all of our questions were answered thoroughly, sales was patient to allow us to choose the best product(s) for us. Installation was a breeze, and they are there for us with support when needed now that we are enjoying our new amenities. No question that our first and only choice for recreational products at our home will be Family Leisure!!

Kings did the spa installation for us. Three guys did a great job. They were careful with the spa and my deck. The knew what they were doing. They hooked up the power with no issues. They tool their time and cleaned up the site, even though it was cold and muddy at the site. Great guys tonnage around. Thank you!

Had a really good experience with Shea in sales as well as Les and his team in installations.Purchased an 8 ft pool table for a game room I'm building. The process was very smooth and the price was reasonable. Les and his team came out to my house, hauled it all up a flight of stairs and assembled it. They felted it and had it all set up and levelled perfectly in a couple hours. I have been playing on it pretty much since they left and it's been amazing. There is craftsmanship in this work and I highly recommend both Shea and Les. Thank you!

Purchased a hot tub from Family Leisure and it is has been the biggest nightmare compared to my previously owned hot tub. Have spent thousands in repairs since I purchased from there. When I have tried to work with them, not responsive. I have to have my third replacement pump installed next week! If I had options, it wouldn't be here.

Our family could not be happier with the experience we had recently with Family Leisure! We have thought about getting a pool for the last 3 years and finally decided to move forward this year. The team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Billy M worked hard to answer all of our questions when we went through the process of deciding exactly what we wanted. Cory B was the onsite leader and he set the expectations for us and met each of them. The crew that worked at our house was polite, tidy, and professional. The work was completed timely. During COVID there have been a lot of delays in many industries. The Family Leisure team did a tremendous job of keeping us up to date and addressing any questions or concerns that we had throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone that desired to have a pool installed. We will definitely go back for future needs.

Oh my gosh, we had THE best experience at Family Leisure. We bought ours, it was delivered within a week. Two months later they installed it. We got the Lazy Man package with it so they came and back-filled and seeded. We basically did nothing but order the sand (Brookfield gravel was awesome) and order the pool water (a1 pool water). Most places are out of stock now. We bought ours in February and it was installed by end of April. We got the perma salt…no chlorine…chemicals every two weeks and that is all of the upkeep (adding pic of our pool). The installers were professional and did a GREAT job!!

Went in to look at spas. Was met by Charles. Started off with a little joke from him. Asked if we had any questions, explained the different areas, and what we could expect in each area. Then said if we have any questions he would be close by. We looked at all areas of tubs and gravitated towards a very nice tub. He walked up and explained EVERYTHING about our tub. I asked him several questions and he knew every answer. Even took the time to explain to me the difference between our tub and the super high end ones at my request. Never once did he try to move us up out of the tub area we were looking at. They had some great deals and he worked out all kinds of stuff for us. I asked him if he could walk us through what chemicals we would need for the first six months and told us some trade secrets. As someone who owns a business and works with customers and in a sense is a salesman myself, CHARLES is exactly who you would want as an employee. Great job family leisure. Keep up the great work.

Bought our spa here and had an A+ experience. Charles was very friendly in answering all of our questions and helped us pick out the best spa for our needs/ budget. Family Leisure has a great selection or spas and made it easy to get one installed by providing a checklist of things to do which included contractor recommendations if you needed electrical/ concrete work done. They also do a free spa school once a month to help learn the chemical process. Overall it has been a great experience with them and would recommend them to friends and family!

Very unhappy with our service in buying a pool! This is the second pool we have purchased in the past 15 years first experience was fantastic this time around is another story. We purchased an above ground pool on May 26th at that time we were told 4-6 weeks for installation which is expected, after calling on my own to do a status check they informed me (very rude) we were 6-8 weeks out from the original date, now we are into September! I can be understanding with weather delays and also with the COVID issues but it is not the customers fault. If there are delays on installation quit selling pools and supply the customers who have already made a purchase.UPDATE:We finally got the pool up one month longer than initial quoted time but one month ahead of second quote time.Marlas at Family Leisure was very helpful and worked with us and the frustration we had with this entire ordeal. I do appreciate her taking the time to listen and help.

We purchased a pool, spa and gazebo from Family Leisure and are enjoying them thoroughly. There were bumps in the road along the way, but they have been very responsive in correcting any issue that arose. They are a great bunch of people to work with and would recommend using them.

Guys , beware of their marketing scheme !!Super inflated pricing and then big discounts !! Also , do you research before you buy! I would recommend buying from more professional stores

The staff was not helpful and were less than friendly when I asked for help. I was having a hard time deciding on outdoor furniture and most of the time they were just sitting around. I will not be coming back.
