5 🌟 🌟 to the staff member named I think her name is Patty.Everytime I visit she is EAGER to help and very friendly. Her attitude is different than the other staff. I imagine they don't make much money and don't feel appreciated by that manager lady, based on her nasty attitude I've experienced a few times.I love when Miss Patty is working though, her warm attitude is a healthy distraction.. It's clear she takes great pride in her work.Family Dollar is lucky to have her - she deserves a raise or promotion.

Having lived in this neighborhood for 6 years I shop in this store quite often. It has bounced from really deplorable to average over the years. Today I was thrilled to find it stocked, tidy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. As someone who works in retail I know the hard work it takes. Pay and treat these folks well! Its hard to find good people these days and you want to keep them.

Cashier with the long black braid , young and black. Got an attitude problem. She doesn't need to be in customer service. She slamming everyone's items into bags. Then because I got a couple pens she going to look at me crazy and say you going to get anything else. Management need to do something but they wont because they can't keep people here but her type should be fitting in real nice..

Well the store didn't have any push carts due to them all being stolen. One of the workers stated they didn't think corporate executives wanted to invest in the carts that lock when you take them too far from the store's parking lot. Overall for the value of what I could hold in the carry basket, I saved $3.50. I would have been a lot more items, but I didn't have help with me to carry all of the other items I needed.

I guess it works in a pinch if you desperately need something but the problem is they are never open. March 2022 and this store hasn't opened in 3 days. They close at 5pm (actually around 430) and dont open until 9 or 10 am when they do open. Just close it down completely if no one wants to work, useless just sitting there closed. They also have no carts or baskets, none.

Honestly 1 of the Best Locations in the Circle City! I've been 2 quite a few and none of them have the selection of goods they carry! if you don't mind the neighborhood or pan handlers in front which can be kinda scary.But I love the staff Every1 is always VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFULL !

First, the store closes at 5PM everyday- per a Hand written Note on the Glass Door.Second, it usually is getting Robbed, so be prepared to have a trip wasted. Lbvvvvs

Possibly the least clean and least friendly family dollar I have ever walked into. The center of the store is a jumbled mess of displays that look like they were placed by a toddler. The employees that I met ranged from incoherent to angry, and one just stood behind the checkout area staring at the floor while standing in the same spot for the 5 or so minutes while I waited in line to be checked out by the angry one. Huge difference from the store just a few miles east on Washington. I'll not bother going back.

This Family Dollar isn't visited by me often as its not my side of town. Thr few times I have been here were good. Seems at times to be a little cluttered. But I can say that items are stocked neatly. While there a guy tried to pass a $100 bill but it was caught by the cashier. Smh

Terrible customer service. Rude and belittling in the manner they spoke to me. Tried to return merchandise that THEY had stocked in wrong place. Would not even give me in store credit even though I witnessed the same exact merchandise return (from another customer) the week prior, without receipt. Incredibly filthy inside and out. Beyond me how the G.M. still has a job.

I entered the store fumbling through my purse trying to find my cash. I remembered it was in the car so I ran out, grabbed it and ran back in. At this time I was told to leave because I had just stole!!! The manager screamed at me in front of other patrons. I offered to show her my purse, my pockets etc. She then kept saying “buhbye”,buhbye........humiliating me. I guess you are no longer allowed to look through your purse in a store.

seriously understaffed. long line, only one person at the register. isles packed high with boxes to where u can barely navigate. cashier looked miserable. the notice that they're recording is almost unbearable for every time someone opens the doors it goes off

Great deals, clean store. Only default was the store had been broken into and the door had not been properly replaced. Plywood had been placed in the door where the glass door had been busted in. So the store from the outside looked sea ghetto

The staff here is very friendly... For most part, everything I need is on stock at this location... Only a few times they didn't have what I needed, like a jug of drinking water... but aside from that, it's the best location in this area of town.

Employees seem nice, and shelves are always stocked. Prepare to be panhandled 100x before you get from your car to the door, though.

They have a lot of what you need for for a descent price, but I think they might be understaffed, bcuz every time I go there they have product in the back that's not stocked and I have to ask for help. Besides that is very convenient

Don't have the variety of selection that most of the other Family Dollar Stores have. But the employees are helpful and very nice, I am in there 4-5 times a week sometimes.
