Usually well stocked. But this time the shelves were as empty as a liberal democrats brain. To be fair, family dollar had merchandise ready to be stocked.

I was really shocked when I entered the store as I didn't know what to expect,being on sheman and new york but to my surprise That is hands down the cleanest, most organized stores in those city. The management staff were very pleasant and helpfull.... I want to give them 4.5 stars, but don't know how to do the half.....NICE JOB STORE STAFF,D.

I love this store it's one of my favorite places to shop. I had a bad experience today with this white lady who was rude as hell towards me. She lied to me something an employee or manager shouldn't do. I work at a grocery store and I would have never treated anyone the way she treated me. If anyone knows how I can get in touch with corporate please let me know because she needs to be reported.

The store was in less than poorly maintained in regards to stock being all in the isles but not so much on the shelves. And I'm not sure I've ever really ran across a ruder team of store associates. I would cut some slack if this was the second or third time I've been in the store and found it this way...

Staff is friendly & helpful- It's a shame the customers are not more respectful of the employees. People knock things down / scatter items faster than the employees can clean everything up.They do the best they can and always greet me with a smile... Good customer service is hard to find nowadays & they're on point!

Have the slowest people on cashier and with the worst attitudes. I'm black and that black lady with the braids is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't be mad at the customers u wasted your life and had to be a cashier😂😂

If Nikki is working walk right back out the door, especially if you're black... she the least helpful person in the world she can't answer any of your questions and if you're black you will get an automatic attitude.... everyone else seems nice

Isles were packed with stuff not out away Apple Pay was down and I were closed an hour early . Have to try to go back today to get things I need but was pretty disappointed .

At first the manager lady was kinda helpful but, then at check out the cashier and manager was not trying to help find the coupons that was needed for the items I was trying to purchase. They did not know how to work the app and did not care because it was time to close and they was ready to leave. Poor customer service skills!!!!!! I will not ever return there!!

No one except me and a few customers were wearing masks. When I asked if they had any carts because I am disabled and use a cane to get around, I was told no they don't have any. After I had carried the purchases I could hold while using my cane, I got to the line for the register and the woman behind me with a baby carrier thanked the staff for getting her a cart. I continued and payed for my purchases.It's the last time I will go to that store. Dollar General is on 10th and Kealing. I'll be going there from now on.

You got one girl whose a manager assistance manager or whoever else she claims to be . Her man always up in the store then she cussing him out because he looking at other females and being polite . Christmas Eve you would of thought she was going to blow the bldg up cause another employee was late . She might not of blew the bldg up but she sure busting mugs ear drums with the foul language and crying. Also to if she don't like your music playing on your phone she go right to the radio in the store and start blaring dirty rap . With kids in the store . She need to mature before trying to earn a grown folk title .

I just started working here it is an absolutely lovely place to go shopping for a household items lovely customer service including myself staff are very polite and respectful and very helpful they have one heck of a fast cashier she's cute too

I had to give a written review. Floors filthy. Store in disarray. Hardly any thing on shelves. Boxes on floor almost tripped. Not going back this is a true Ghetto store.

Store is always in shambles. Boxes everywhere, nothing on most of the shelves, main doors are always busted out. Manager is always in the office not doing anything.

Horrible service went in there today the lady was so rude I told her can she take some of my stuff off because I didn’t have enough money then she told manger to just council everything i got and I was like no I said I need it then she gone be like Whatttt!what do you need that’s not how you approach a customer

Low or no stock in some things. Floors are horrible as if they gave up in mopping years ago.......I think they did.

They are supposed to open at 8 am here it is 10 minutes after , the lady comes around the building walks right past me goes inside and locks the door back.
