It's always a little tight in these stores, because they try to fit so much in there. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They will reach up and get stuff off high shelves for vertically challenged folks like me. They show you where things are, bring you a cart if you need it. Great customer service! Most stores like this treat you like you are there to bother them, but not this one.

The worst Family Dollar I've ever seen. Parking lot is trashy. No outside trash cans. The store is always in shambles. The store itself isn't bad it's just not maintained propery. It's ALWAYS a mess. Stock blocking isles, seems like they never get it all put up. Employees however were friendly and helpful.

It was extremely busy with only 1 cashier. However, she was very polite and apologized to each customer. I was about 6th in line. By the time I was next, 2 more cashiers appeared. I think she did an excellent job in a difficult situation.

The young gentleman who was a cashier was fast and courteous. Asked another lady who was an employee ( the assistant manager or manager with her hair always looking a hot mess) a question and she looked as though we were just in her way. She has a very bad ATTITUDE!!!!! My God these people who work in these stores are just some horrid people and they have horrible attitudes from the get go and then go get jobs in customer service. They NEED to keep people like that in the back of the store or DON'T hire them period!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiffany was great. Extremely helpful in assisting me with using the app on my phone. I will use it everytime now. Manager wasn't as nice. She interrupted the middle of the sale and told her to go to lunch. Rude! Tiffany said she was in the middle of trying to ring me up and help me with my app. But the manager overrode her and told her again to go to lunch. Manager took me to another register and put me in front of the customers in her line and told them that she didnt know what Tiffany was doing...like the wait was her fault???!!!

I really like the change of the stores Outlook and the one staff member named Vonda she was quite helpful friendly and she even offered the Reese's cup to help out the Children's Fund great job!!

Kind of messy; they may have just been stocking on that day. However, it was very unorganized. But other than that, it's a normal Family Dollar.

Has plenty of stuff but it's hard to find specific items because nothing is put away where it's supposed to be. Some of the items weren't even fully unpacked. I watched a dude very obviously shove things in his pants & no one noticed because the workers were too busy laughing at ppl trying to come in the broken door because they put the arrow pointing the wrong way on the paper sign they made. 🤦‍♀️
