I've never in my life had to ask permission to get cash back until today at family Dollar on Lyndhurst. And she was not nice about it at all she was actually really rude and I guess put out that I wanted cash back I got told that I needed to ask permission before I did that lol never will I go back there again

This place is never open. Today I went in & there was a sign that said store will be closed for a few days. This place is always having a problem. They need employees who want to clock in & get a check. There were 4 cars outside of the store, I'm guessing management. But come on y'all do better or leave so another store that wants to be open & make sales & have purpose be there. & The management team clearly need to make it make sense; some days you not gone have a worker there , you gone have to put in the job . That's the problem with these managers now a days they lazy too do some work. Have a great day today.

Tried to get in there to get my baby some medicine and they closed at 10p and was rudely turned away at 9:50p after waiting at the locked door for a few minutes. Hard to keep customers and businesses open when they can’t even service people during business hours. I understand it was closing but in and out with customers paying is rude

This store has great staff and inventory is maintained well. They are very good at enforcing mask and cleanliness protocols. My only complaint would be that this stores inventory is skimpy and has less variety than other stores I've lived near!But it is neighborly and run smoothly!

Nice store in a convenient location, but I only give 2 stars because they have two bathrooms located near the back of the store and they are both labeled as handicapped and all gender restrooms so I was there with my 2 year old and she needed to use the bathroom and both doors were locked so I went to ask if we needed a key to open it and they told me it wasnt for the public. And they were kind of rude about it and laughed like I was supposed to know that. I just think they shouldn't be labeled as handicapped and all gender restrooms if they aren't for the public. I had to stop shopping sooner than I wanted to so I could take my 2 year old to a bathroom.

Promise you, save your time and pass this one by. Staff always comments how they hate their job every time i come in. Today was told when i noticed price was wrong their is nothing they cam do prices go up i said fine i dont want it she said they dont take stuff off id have to buy it regardless. I said fine delete order and start over ill wait. She said i cant do that either. Needless to say manager came and proved her wrong.

It was beyond organized and dirty. They sold a swisher to a underage boy. I can go on and on.. this place needs to be closed for a week to be cleaned.
