After closing his register in my face after waiting several minutes, when I saw the manager I told him that was not cool. He was on the phone and so I walked out the door got to my car he comes running out the door at me and says what did you say. I told him I didn't appreciate having the cash register closed in my face after waiting for so long. He said I have my sign up don't try to talk over me. he went back in the store and I yelled after him I did not see it anywhere. Having him chase a 58-year-old disabled woman out the door into the parking lot was very disconcerting. I have a call into the district office. That's intimidation.

I was asked to leave my carry all bag behind the register, even though it was tied up in a roll and could no way be used till it was untied. Don't like being treated like a thief! I understand that this store is in a neighborhood running rampant with thieves, but I resent being lumped into that group.

Store wasn't cluttered and was organized compared to some. Friendly cashier. Just don't know why no one seems to carry the bathroom cleaner The Works anymore.

I really think my trip there today was excellent I went to pay a bill for the first time doing it that way had to have help they help me we got through it the bills paying love it love it love it thank you very much thank you Family Dollar it was really fast and easy as a matter of fact I think you ought to have this on your windows saying that you offered this this kind of thing this kind of payment you should you should advertise that it would bring people really in thank you

Went to this store to get my granddaughter a outfit that was on sale for Easter when i got to the register the manage rang it up and i told her that it was wrong price it was on sale she told me that the sale ads are no good because of the virus. I showed her the ad and the sale price she said they was not saling any items for the sale price i ask why they would send out a sale ad if it isnt going to be honored she told me call corp she gas no idea. Wow manager have no idea this is false advertising

This place had my friend swipe her card 3 times and they charged her 3 times and when she went back to get money back they told her they only charged her once and that wouldn't give her her money back and when she asked to talk to corporate they said no corporate won't talk to her. Not to mention when she asked to speak with the manager she said she was the manager. How'd that happen when you can't run a damp register? Because of this I and my friend will never shop at a family dollar and will never recommend one to anyone.

Great customer service. Kind of crowded with narrow isles and tooany items on clothing racks. But has a wide variety of things with good price range for convenience shopping.

This is just for your phone system....Thanks you for calling, tells you how important your call is to them, tells you everyone is busy helping other customers, and tells you to try again.....then hangs up on you. Good business practice. Tell me my call is important then hang up on me. Nice.

Asked clerk 3 times to double bag can goods and she put all the cans40, cat food 10, then 12 oz cans, of them in one bag and only singled bagged. How much intelligence is required to not put that many in on bag.
