I lived over here 10 years ago and this store was a mess. Up until a month ago things were turning around, the store looks better and they actually have stuff.A few weeks ago they traded management and now it’s back to the same old routines and the lines are long while employees just stand around and watch or follow people around the store that they think are stealing.I couldn’t figure out why the white guy with the ponytail kept following me around the store until another employee told me.

This store is finally up to par, whoever this management team is has turn this store around.I lived in this area for 9yrs now and today is the only day this store looked great since the grand opening.Great job to the team that is there now

The customer service at registers are helpful and friendly. That's it. I have never seen a FD in such a mess. Ever. Like a tornado passed through .Someone changed their clothes and left them right in the isle. They need help. It's shocking Go check it out.

It's really a dam shame that family dollar is not opening no more it shut down and I don't know when they might not be open and before family dollar was closed it was two stores that was opening family dollar and dollar general but Now!!! Family dollar is shut down for good wowwwww!!!! That's sad 😢 and the young people that used to work in the store had quit family dollar 🏬🏪 have problems well at least we have dollar general open and I hope they don't shut down I hope they stay open that's the only store we have open now.

Because it's a bit closer and easier to get out of back onto N Arlington, I keep coming back here when in a hurry... And then want to kick myself. Never come here in a hurry! After getting past the guys selling dvds or asking for money/cigarettes outside, then you have to wait in line inside for a ridiculous amount of time. It's not a bad store; the employees just aren't very fast or efficient at all.

There is always something wrong with the coupons, this time it looks like I had to get a specific aroma to get the dry sheets at the advertise price, so the "manager" Kim said I had to return the one I bought and get the right one, so I made the line again and Dory the only one cashier was really trying to help me but she kept calling Kim and she just ignored her even when she so the line was getting longer and longer with impatient customers, so I felt bad for poor Dory cause she didn't know how to help me while Kim just walked around the store doing nothing. I left and I don't think I ever come back to this store.

The shelves do not get cleaned expired or damaged food mixed with everything else. Store opens late without explanation. Items which should be stocked stacked around counter like preteen bedroom. No eye contact, or enthusiasm from staff... They refuse cash back regularly. One of two places for food for miles but you can't trust it.

They employee's was very respectful and polite. The store was set up nice so you could walk around and not knock anything off the selves... It was very clean.

Always watch they scan item u can see extra item o got scanned kit Kat bar which was not in my bag and I never picked that I just away to put my basket away she scanned it and didn't put in my bag just got her treat by herself

I like Family Dollar buy any more whaen you go to the ones I have chosen. You can not move around in the store for all the boxes in the way. Because product is not put away.

Cashiers always have a story to tell...its a guy that always flirt and ask females for their number or say inappropriate things while at work but other than that it's the closest to my house so it's the only one i go to in this area.

I mean.... If ya don't mind the hood, there ain't nothin wrong with it.... If you're from Carmel or Greenwood I probably wouldn't recommend it....

The staff was helpful and courteous. Store was clean with the exception of a few totes and carts in the aisles.
