5 pm on a Saturday and the store is closed. I wonder if it's because they are too busy cleaning the premises. Nah. I doubt it.Doing business in a low income neighborhood is still no excuse to be nasty.

This store is always a mess, sometimes not even open during the middle of the day, just left and looks like a bomb went off with some aisles completely blocked. Open food and drinks on the shelves, looks like it's closing as the shelves are bare in most areas while some of the staff is on their phones and others are trying to work hard... Management and staffing issues it appears to me.

WHY IS THIS STORE NEVER OPEN!!! Like this is seriously an issue because it’s like no matter the time I come to this store during open business hours it’s locked and closed?! If the hours have changed list it on the door so customers can be aware. Mid day or before 5pm and it’s closed totally. MANAGEMENT GET IT TOGETHER AND CLEAN UP THE TRASH LEFT IN LOT AS WELL!!!! PITIFUL

At this specific store there is no cash transactions after 7:00 pm only cards, as they have been robbed numerous times. Isles are not always clean but they restock frequently.

Hard to maneuver with supplies in the aisle. I asked the cashier 3 times, 1,2&3 times if they had shopping carts. I've never been to that particular Family Dollar. They ignored me. One of the customers showed me where to find them. SMH. But I like the selection of everything in the store. Good products @good prices

The young girl at the counter was superb! She talked to me about the different kinds of Reese peanut butter selections and the difference. She was very polite! You risk girl!

Service is much better than Sherman but I wish the store was a little more put together. But I love the second shift manager and cashier. I hope they stay around for awhile.

It is a great place but people can rob it so people that work their leave early but if it was me they should keep a taser in the cash register and fix their detector and also the manager should keep a gun and they should keep the money in a safe that is hidden and rotate the money into compartments every 5 hours so they can save money from each trying robbery.

Its cheap, they get customers in and out very quickly, and the shelves are always well stocked.

Walk in and rap music was playing and real loud...Had cuss words in it....For real ...Supervisor was singing the rap song out loud...Wowwwwwee is this what family dollar has come to...This happens last week
