Just got hung up on simply for asking what day of the week their food truck comes. The supervisor and staff there on 9/17/23 at 4pm was entirely unprofessional for no good reason.

A we'll stocked store with a larger selection and more variety than most. Employees are friendly and know their store well. Shelves are generally full or employees willing to go to the back and get what you need. The only drawback for most is the location however because I live in the same neighborhood I look past that and only consider the convenience of having the store so close to home. As an update I'd like to say the only changes here are in the inventory staff is consistently both helpful and friendly. Very down-to-earth folks here!

I had a pleasant visit, other than the cashier...everyone one else was great. I also appreciate being greeted by the lady as I came in and acknowledgment as I left. Mr. L, thanx for the cleaning items I needed! That was good customer service!

MANAGEMENT HELLO??? Why does this store just up and close when they want?! Many times through the day I’ve came to the store during business hours and it’s closed. People chilling inside while store saying closed or short staff. Who runs this store bc no way this is being over looked this much it’s a mess. Employees basically go home when they feel and close store smh terrible.

It was pretty busy but the employees were fast and friendly. And out of all the customers that I seen waiting n line some for 10 minutes at a time, not one of em was grouchy or complaining. Possibly the most smiling faces n one place in the world lol

There was a sign on the window stated if it not on the shelves we do not have it and do not ask for it.There ere was a Caucasian woman there working ask me if I was Finding everything okay I pacifically asked for item that was not on the Shelf she went to the back room and brought it out for me, to me she went above and behind due to the statement posted on the window.. That is good customer service..

Could not find a few things I needed. I usually shop at Dollar General. I will go back there even though it's further away. They always have the items I'm use to buying. Cashier Erica very nice!

Just came from there why they hirer young kids that don’t have any manors also they price items wrong and want you to pay for the wrong price the store looks nice but the employees that where in the store this night. Horrible

Terrible customer service idk how this store manages to stay open either their short staffed stocking all day or closed. Not to mention when you go in everyone is sitting done eating on the phone or sitting outside in their cars

I go to this store because its jus at the end of the block. Prob!! Is they never hv certain products that customers want. And the mgr closes the store early whenever she wants. And finally the products they do hv is so overpriced it's not worth the trip. I now go to save a lot

They are always closed but u see ppl inside shopping and I've noticed that they open when they want to open and plus my visit today I was followed by and employee everywhere I went in the store I felt very disrespected and I was rushed to get my stuff I won't be returning to this family dollar I will be going somewhere else and I'll be calling corporate

This place is absolutely GROSS and disrespectful I litterly bought a Gatorade and it tasted like WATER and some candy was expired and the staff ladies were so RUDE never going back I only stopped because it was a store close by but that’s it

Lady got rude cause she didn't want to change out my gift card for a different one said no shop anywhere does that smh I literally had this bought by accident few hours before and you can't exchange it don't sell what you can't exchange
