These people here open when they want. The door sign clearly says they open at 9am and their voicemail says 8am. I’m here now and it’s 10am and they aren’t open. What is going on? This is like the third time this has happened!

I'm at a hospital next door. Wasted a lot of my valuable time. Not friendly and not a clean store. Tried to call to see if they had an item. No answer! hospital. I went there and they didn't have it. I had hoped even tho it looks just as bad outside.

They are still open downtown when their systems are down and they can only accept cash even though their customers usually only use card. That's lame AF. Even doller tree will shut down if their systems are down. Not baller

I visited this store made a purchase to look at my receipt to notice the sales items that are marked in the store are not pre-marked in the register. Yeah they got me for $2.00 they may seem petty to some but it's not to me . The cashier was nice but she would not have known to tell me the price wasn't ringing up correctly. Also don't call no one answers the phone. I was just in that area needed to grab a few things. It's sad Family Dollar prices are never accurate. 😕

Disgusting business. Indifferent management and employees. Dirty always, unstocked shelves. Trash everywhere..it is busy but staff could clean and restock when closed. It's important business in the neighborhood...must clean it.Prices are decent if you find what you need.

The place is a bit unpolished, but the stuff is of good quality at a very low price with lots of variety. I just started at IUPUI a week or so ago and I've already ended up making several visits to Family Dollar because they usually end up being the place that has what I need for my dorm for the best price/quality in the area. The employees have been very nice.

Noone wants to work I got here at 546 the last locked me out as she seen me an my child walking up it says online 10pm they was closed b4 6 pm I will be calling upper management how are you supposed to bring in money if they are closing the store before time for closing im not the only one walking up when she rudely locked us out what a Shame this was at 546 pm next to pizza hut a black women its was probably a race thing bc im white so she didn't want me in her store smh she Needs a new job an ill push for it I got it on video an I will be sending it to her upper management team family dollar is trash anymore bc the people they have working does not want to work

It could be improved. I ok with the employees I go to this family dollar very often. And I do enjoy the fact that they have generally cheap things. At least the things for $1. Personally I'd rather leave grocery shopping for Kroger. You can't really save too much buying a ton of things at Family Dollar. Plus, they don't always have things that you're looking for. Since last week, I've failed to find at this family dollar; good gloves, a fan, and a 12 pack of Raman noodles. That shows that they don't supply everything you need. If you're looking to buy some cheap candy, or another specific item you see in an ad or on clearance, this might be an ideal place. But if you are wanting more for your money, or want to go heavy shopping. Don't come to this dump.

This place is pretty bad. They just randomly close and lock the door in the middle of the day. I would just go a few blocks east and go to Kroger. Don't waste you're time.

You just lost 3-4 days of business a week because of a male employee that had the entrance aisle blocked and I couldn't go around because a person in a wheelchair was at the register checking out. When I said excuse me to your employee, he barely gave me room to walk by and then asked someone else why didn't I walk around. I then said because I came this way and told him that you all just lost business because of his mouth. He was probably in his 20's and black. Would fire him immediately.

I was able yo find all the stuff I needed but the store was a mess as usual and the line was longer than 38th street with 1 cashier. But once the second one finally showed it the line moved fast.

Easy shopping destination for nearby Apartments which hold most of the IUPUI students. Rates are not as low as Walmart but they are pretty reasonable
