Today I noticed a spill and sent my son to the cashier to make him aware of it. The cashier exchanged some words with my son and got on the speaker and said “whoever has kids need to get them” I let him know I was only trying to help he preceded being rude and telling me he didn’t care. As I was being checked out he dumped my belongings on the dirty courier belt. Through my stuff around and I had some glass as well. He then laughed at me when I dropped my bag. Honestly just a horrible experience. I would never shop here again. I hope to see him again though. 🤗 Cashiers name was Drew

I stopped in for egg noodles. There was a young man just standing at the door, 2 people I saw stocking shelves and 1 woman running the register. There was a line of people going halfway down the aisle. After about 10 minutes of waiting in line I dropped my stuff on the other register and walked out. The young man was still just standing at the door. Employees should put customers first even before stocking shelves. I knew the young man worked there because he had a vest with Dollar tree and a name tag.

This is the trashy location ever!!! Manger would not come out to provide corp information. Cashier was clueless of corp information and was nonchalant about the issue. Drunk and homeless surrounds the location.

They've got a good verity of stuff. It's fairly clean inside and out. But the cashiers shouldn't be telling you about their personal life they are there to work.

It is just ok compared to the other Dollar Tree stores around town. The shelves typically stay empty for days at a time. Mgmt needs to do better keeping up their supply to meet the demands of customers. Maybe there are distribution issues or something....

This is a Dollar Tree Plus, but it was difficult to get through and poorly stocked. Empty shipping boxes in aisles and the store, past the entrance area, was pretty generally disheveled.

The store is neat and well lit well let, but the employees there need to learn a lot about customer service. I went in with a small sling pack just big enough to hold my tablet which I use as a visual aid, since I am Vision impaired. They kept calling it a backpack and saying I had to surrender it do surrender it and leave it at the counter where it would not be watched or guarded . It is actually smaller than a normal woman's purse. When I asked do they make women surrender their persons, they said no. While trying to explain the issue, the manager got extremely belligerent and would not listen to anything I said. You can believe that I will never go back. You can also bet I will be filing an ADA complaint against the store

I used to work there after closing the twin air location; the three people I worked with are there Skyla, Imon, and Barbie they’re nice people and give you a good laugh. I see alot of comments about Cleaning up the parking lot but its a lot seeing as the homeless camp places nearby drag in the trash. Just know the employees are trying to keep the store open because the area in town isn’t the best location because Washington is notoriously seen for robberies. They typically ask you to leave big bags up front because the shoplifting is crazy. otherwise the store is nice and roomy and people should see from a different perspective.

For the second time, I have been discriminated against for wearing one of the trendy back pack purses. Being told to put my purse, MY PURSE! up front, where it won't be protected. I explained that it is my purse with my wallet etc. I asked to speak with a manager, and a woman I don't recognize, said that she was the manager. The issue was not addressed and I expect to have issues every time I enter the store. I will be contacting corporate and the manager that I do recognize. This is absurd to expect a woman to leave her purse up front with no security or supervision.

A very poorly stocked store with unremarkable merchandise. Employees are indifferent and rude. Someone else mentioned they don't wear name tags.. That's probably so you can't report them. There's really nothing here you couldn't buy at a dozen other 'dollar' stores. I doubt I will ever shop here again

Absolutely abysmal experience. Staff is rude and belligerent. The manager was particularly awful. Shelves are barely stocked. It's hard to find anything and even harder to get staff to help you in any way at all. I've shopped here once, and I will never do it again.. I suggest you do the same.

What's not to like, cheap items, close location. It's a win-win! Where else can you find AA Energizer batteries at $1.25 for a 2-pack?

Very nice and polite staff. So grateful to have a Dollar Tree close by instead of being on the bus for around 40 minutes one way. Will definitely be a frequent customer.

Online says open till 9pm in fact its saying open right now at 7:40pm. I was there a little after 7pm gates were down and closed.

The Dollar Tree was closed when I arrived, it was 12:45pm. On the door hours were stated to be 10am til 9:00pm. There was no reason for the store to be closed. There were about 7 customers waiting to go into the store.

Always friendly and warm staff.A lot of variety items.If you are a snack person a lot of snack options. They have carts and baskets. It isn't usually super busy well at least when I go.

Always clean and neat. Employees are respectful nice appearance and always very helpful. It's a huge store and fairly new to the neighborhood.

Stopped in to get some stuff for our new kitten...I was blown away at how nice this location is!! Everything was fully stocked and organized and the employees were all very helpful and nice!!

Store hours posted state they close at 9:00. Doors were locked at 8:55. I called and the employee who answered the phone stated they close at 8:50.

The store was clean, but the staff were belligerent and rude. There are many Dollar stores in the area. I will NOT be returning.

Went up there at 6:30 store was closed had to drive 20mins to the next one sign on the door says closes at 8 website says at 7 this is a real inconvenience for me

Very thankful of this business for providing (affordable) products for the poor in QUALITY. I love this store !!!
