As always, staff were polite. The store was busy. Last-minute shoppers for Valentines Day, but after getting what I came for, there was no line at the cashier. So, in and right back out. My only complaint is that they have greatly reduced the 2 for $1 card selection and are very limited in that category for cute "thinking of you cards" to send my granddaughters.

Impossible to find someone to help locate items. Cashier did not even look at me. I asked for a bag of ice and even though I am clearly a senior citizen, he forced me to get it by myself and carry it to my car. I will not shop here again.

Power went out at the Dollar Tree on Southport and Harding today while my mother and I were shopping and the older lady there was very rude to everyone in the store. She was chasing people out of the store and making comments like "we are going to have an easy day today" and demanding people "its time to go, power is out" and "LEAVE"She held the door open for me and my mother to leave and my mom thanked her for holding it open and she immediately snapped back with "Sorry! It's out of my control. No power."Just because the power goes out, doesn't mean that your customer service goes with it.

Dollar tree usually has everything I'm looking for, yet it seems every time I go they are short staffed and boxes everywhere to be opened and stock shelves. I disagree with the price increase and still getting the same quality of items. I will always go when I need quick cleaning supplies or birthday items. Big supply

I love dollar tree 🌳, even if nothing is a dollar anymore... they don't have black candles, I looked online & it said they have them, they don't... they do have a nice selection, but not even Birthday candles@?

It's a dollar store. You get what you pay for it. They do have other more expensive options now.

Always have a great experience at this location. They have items in stock and friendly helpful employees.I'm always happy to get checked out by Teddie, a great employee for sure!Edit 2/25/22, Teddie is still the best employee at this site, he is so full of life & energeticenergy, he's kind, helpful, and just all around a really good employee! I say give Teddie a raise, or two! ☺️His smiling face brings me back everytime.

Love it. Always has everything I'm going in there to buy. The cashiers are like the same ones all the time. Which means they are more used to the store than anyone else, but they're all friendly, one especially always saves the day when the one line gets too long, and gets all of us out of there in just a few seconds. It's clean, and the customers are also nice here! I always get my child a little tattoo on the way out.

This is one of the worst Dollar tree stores I have been in. Stock is never put out but always in the way stacked around empty shelves and staff is not very friendly. This store is new and you would think that it would shine...however it is clearly lacking in quality management and leadership! I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a better one on 135 that is always stocked and easy to find things I need! Hoping corporate takes a look at improving this location!

Only one person at the register. Line was all the way down the aisle. Probably 25 people in line. Cashier was friendly and nice though. You guys need some help. Store is stocked well. I got everything I needed.

I returned batteries that I opened 3 volt lithium however there are two of these kinds, one is slightly thicker than the other. The lady took them back no problem. Nice customer service every single time. Keep up the great work!!!

Me and my husband stopped shopping at this location for a few reasons. One of those reasons being cleanliness..the outside of this Dollar Tree was always filthy! They have spider webs all over the doors, trash lining the windows, parking lot was littered with wrappers. The inside of store was much better! Staff seemed to be tired mostly, stressed out, etc. I hope it turns around! This location could be something so lovely.

The store was pretty clean, but with it being the holidays there were quite a bit of a mess everywhere. There were peices of shelving in the idle my son tripped over. That should never happen, as it'll end up with someone hurt and more than likely in court.

The lady that worked here opened a 2nd register to help the other lady, and when I went to get in line she said “can you go back over to register 2”. She didn’t say “oh I’m sorry ma’am I’m closed could you please go back over to register 2”. She said it in a very rude tone and there were atleast 6 customers in line. I’ve also had to stand around and wait for a cashier here numerous times. Wanna know why? Because the ladies were too busy standing outside smoking cigarettes. So this place SUCKS and I will not be going to this location anymore:)

Being the day before Easter I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of stock they still had. I was able to get items other than candy to fill the baskets and for under 20.00 FANTASTIC!!

I was so happy when this location first opened as its only 2 minutes from me. It is a smaller store and doesn't have as much but I love the staff here.
