On October 25th,2023 at 4:05 pm, me and another customer noticed that the Cashier was REALLY Sick(Sneezing,Slobbering, Runny Nose, Etc.) I asked if they were sick and the Cashier said “yes”. Dude calls for a manager and told the manager he needed a masked because customers were complaining about him being sick. The manager on duty response was” I know they ain’t complaining about you being sick and not wearing a mask because I come IN SICK EVERYTIME REGARDLESS. With this being said, I personally won’t go there anymore again because it’s allowed to put customers health in danger.

This store is filthy, shelves are never stocked properly and pricing is ridiculous. If you choose to charge different prices, then price items or shelves to reflect those prices. I want to know what I'm paying for something before it's rung up. Also, since when are customers not allowed to use the restroom? The cashier finally let me use the restroom after informing me their public restrooms were no longer public. It's time for management to step in and step it up.

Both salespeople & customers are usually very friendly. Unfortunately, today the store was so hot🔥& humid that it made it so uncomfortable to shop that I had to leave after 5 minutes. A total of SIX different people around me commented on the heat in the store. Today is May 8th. It should not be insufferable inside a store.On other occasions when I shopped there I noticed a few messy shelves. That might be because customers can be inconsiderate or just from a lack of employees available to work. But the store is orderly for the most part & the employees are ALWAYS helpful & kind. The manager is friendly & hard-working. They have great items for only $1.25 or less!!!

Like all dollar trees they have some pretty good deals. However this one is not ran very well. I know it's in the hood but that's what actually should make this one even more successful. Almost everyone in the hood shops at dollar trees for the great deals, But yet this place is like never stocked. Many times they have the items in stock but they're just sitting in boxes all through the aisles because apparently they don't want to pay someone to come in and stock everything quickly. Like today when I went in there was 3 people sitting up front, only one of them doing anything( Cashier) , Meanwhile the shelves are setting half empty..

It is so SAD for a person to open up a Business and straight show dishonest & crookedness !!.. why can't a PersonJust open a Business with a hidden thievish crookedind.. No ..this place opens up single selection of dinner meat,.. salmon pork chops &&.. top top it off everything was a Dollar not long after prices were raised to $1.25 with no justification...it is now a candy store they took the met away and other foods .... What kind of Dumb business practice is it.. Trickery ah... Well now it only encourage ppl to steal seeing how they don't care about how they opened up with Food and prices the man if the store.. lies.. Over all. The service from cashiers to stock exceptionallyVery Nice in almost 10 locations I frequently visit . Whose ever ideal to change prices quit carrying single meTs and other frozen food.. this will be the cause of your super loss. I'd rather pay more to a straight super business Thief ..than tn after you open poor business. Deals don't like don't shop there as much I just pay higher at ppl that don't come in hoid to trick & treat like x!

The staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. The few items that are less than a dollar are clearly marked. Items are organized well, making things fairly easy to find. The cashiers are attentive, quick, and precise. Quick supply runs can be accomplished easily. And if you take an hour to make your decisions, the staff will not pester you about it. It is a good, low-stress place to shop.

Even though this Dollar Tree is not in the best neighborhood it's surprisingly well-stocked. A lot of the Dollar Tree stores that I go into seem to have issues keeping things on the shelves. The two guys stocking product toward the back were very friendly. The cashier was nice as well. Keep in mind, if you do shop at this one you do need a quarter to access the shopping carts, kind of like at Aldi.

I stopped at this dollar tree location on my way home one day. I live in Shelbyville and our Dollar Tree there is an absolute disaster. I took a chance on this one and was NOT disappointed. Excellent stock, more than friendly staff, and clean aisles. Everyone was so kind and friendly with my 2 year old who likes to wave and blow kisses to everyone. Excellent job to everyone who works here.

The employees was awesome but it was also closing before I went in . But the staff was ever so kind to let me go shopping for what I had to get . So a big Thank You to the Guys working . The manager was quite rude. Whether the employee needed to be spoken to or not it should have been in my opinion handled in private. Even though he was stressed it definitely was hard to hear and watch.

The resurfaced parking lot is great but painted lines are needed. They were out of several items I needed such as scissors, car deodorizer, red pepper flakes. I know, odd assortment. Bread was scarce, too. Not too crowded at 1:00 PM on Friday. It appeared that the food isle was stocked versus other isles missing items. Makes sense to feed the hungry versus my car smelling nice.

I've been to several other Dollar Tree stores around the city & this one is by far my fave. It has more selection, more name brand, & a more frequent rotation of products. Sometimes there is the occasional customer that gets loud because they stood in line too long. as well as some of the employees that act a fool period but all in all it's a good store

Go here at least three times a month. Place is a little chaotic at times, however they always try to keep the place stocked and full. Could use more employees and a little more TLC. But the location is good and conveniently next to another inexpensive grocery store. Good employees as well

I love dollar tree... Obviously cant beat the price but for some reason all the cashiers are really rude here. No greeting not even a dry hi or thank you. I said thank you too a cashier after she checked me out and she just responded with a yup. Definitely need to work on customer service skills.

I love dollar tree!!! If it wasn't for this location being closest to me I would shop at a different store. I feel like the same boxes have been in the school supplies and toy aisles for MONTHS. Employees are not the friendliest. Not the worst store ever, but I cant think of a positive or outstanding experience I've had here. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Aisles overly crowded & cluttered with inventory boxes. Hard to find things, set up backwards, from other stores. Seldom receive decent customer service. Parking lot, sidewalk & front entrance always littered with trash. Carts & baskets are NOT cleaned by staff. Wear gloves & bring your OWN disinfect wipes, clean your cart/basket, before using. This store DOES NOT offer disinfectant cart wipes, for their customers to self clean cart, that they use their quarter, to borrow while shopping.

Shopping today at dollar tree was a awesome experience we found everything we expected to find and more at a awesome bargain when you shop at Dollar tree it's like a kid in a candy store bargain.customer service employees very courteous respectful knowledgeable. However very vulgar at times when shopping other times.

Everyone is polite, but compared to other Dollar Tree stores in the Indiana area this one seems to be a bit untidy. The selection is pretty good though. Good for certain single serve items or disposable items for camping especially. I don't like seeing Christmas items up before October though. Too early.

Lots of carts always loaded from top to bottom with merchandise by freezer and in some isles. They always have what I want in stock. Short wait in lines, employees seen overworked but still friendly. They used to have a public restroom but do not anymore, so if you have little ones, your out of luck. Lots of toys for the kids, really just a lot of everything, pretty overstuffed and overstocked, but like I said, I always find what I want

This store is high volume but low payroll. Only two employees in the place on a Friday night. Boxes everywhere - stockers nowhere! If this location was properly staffed and scheduled, it could be a $5 million location. Property is not clean and lot is in bad shape. Poor lighting in lot and lines to park are not visible. Very trashy area. Corporation should stop paying rent and not pay common area maintenance fees since obviously this is NO maintenance!!!!

The isles were crowded with boxes so definitely not handicap accessible like states.... The line was Soo long that it extended almost to the other end of building and the "manager" said she was closing her line and did leaving only the 1 open and conveniently came back when hardly anyone was left. And the cashier was blaring music on her phone and not music I really wanted my child listening to not the genre but lyrics... She also had to be alerted that the keypad thing said waiting for cashier all cause she was on her phone then when a lady handed her money she held it while finishing her text... Probably won't be going back there any time soon

This dollar tree is very organized. I got to Dollar Tree for the crafts and DIY projects and their art section is IMPECCABLE! very neat and stocked and professional staff. Will definitely go again.

This particular location is a mess. The customer service is mediocre at best. Most of the cashiers seem to not even want to be there. The parking lot is worse. People park in all directions, in two spots, in front of the door in the fire lane too. The concrete has huge wholes in it too. Not the best Dollar Tree by far.

Busy and only 1 checkout lane open. 6 ppl in line, 3 associates discussing things but only 1 working to get ppl out the door.There were restocking boxes everywhere, but no one restocking.Checkout employee was wearing her mask under her chin instead of over her mouth and nose.

The manager is very useless, loud (Ii could hear everything going on in her life way across the store). She is also rude and getto. She dosen't care if she is in the way she wants you to go around her just a nasty ugly person. The store suffers because of her. They need a new manger that cares about the store!! I would give them 5 stars if I wasn't for her.

Best place for one dollar dog toys. Actually my dog loves everything I get from the dollar tree (for example, party hats, party whistles). He likes them just as much if not better than the $5 and $10 dog toys I used to get at Kroger.However, I recently bought a Magic Shine shoe shine sponge thing, and both were completely dry. I don't want to drive all the way back to the store just to return the useless item. I've bought this same product years ago at Walmart and the sponges were moist with oil and great for shining shoes. But the ones from the Dollar Tree are garbage.
