Only gave this store one star because it's not the customers responsibility to make sure the customer gets all of his bags on their little turntable when they pay for it and the girl at the cash register very rude 😡 I was at this location on 4/22/22 at 5:35PM I did not receive all of my products that I paid for I will not return to the store.

The first Dollar General I went to was temporarily closed.So I went to a different Dollar general and they had what I wanted, little clear baggies to put my earrings in to keep them organized. That's all I really wanted but I ended up also a pretty color t-shirt and a new purse.

10 stars for the staff who put up with DG's horrible working conditions. Minus 9 stars for their company's treatment of employees.I used to stop in this store frequently, but it's so inconsistently staffed that I usually dont consider it anymore. Tried to go yesterday at 5pm but it was "closed due to staffing shortage." Surprise, surprise 🙄This company finds terrific employees, and then works them til they quit out of exhaustion and exasperation. Many have only wanted part time, and then get pushed to being the manager, working by themselves open to close.To all those who have worked here diligently, and been friendly despite being treated badly by their company, I thank you, and don't blame you for leaving.To the home office/regional management - quit treating your employees so badly!!! Get them some help and/or pay them better. Respect their availability. If you have to increase the cost of every item by 15-25 cents, do it. I would rather pay a little more and know that your store will actually be OPEN. And that the employees won't look like they've been abused by a company that obviously doesn't care about them. I've seen a lot of great employees at this location who try their best, despite being set up for failure. Then they eventually give up and the whole cycle starts again. Says a lot about Dollar General, and none of it is good...

Please update that you close at 5! Generally this store is decent for the size it's working with, and the shortage of employees. Its usually decently stocked as well. I get that it's stressful and finding new employees is hard, but service can be slow and the website says you're open when you are in fact, not. Please update closing times so that people do not waste time.

Never open. Always go there during business hours and they close for no reason. They have workers inside just standing. It happens QUITE OFTEN. They need new management and workers

Seems like they choose whatever hours they want to close. Hours are never consistent. Can’t complain about not keeping staff when you’ve told customers you wouldn’t hire young people.

I've shopped at all of the stores near me, and this one by far is my top pick! It's clean organized and stocked!!!! No boxes of stuff sitting in aisles making it hard to shop!Hats off to the Management of this sore!!!

The store manager is extremely lazy. If she's the only one working then she closes the store. She hangs out in her office or walks around the store on her cell phone complaining and cursing while her employees do all the work. The store closes earlier or opens late at least once a week. If you can go to a different store then I highly recommend it.

They have one good worker that gets worked to the ground for not enough money and any time he isn’t there, they pretty much aren’t open. Went yesterday and saw 2 people go on break at the same time and close the whole store.

On 10th and rockville I had the worst experience 4th person in line and I saw two people walk out with thier items. Cashier could barely work the register. I ended up putting all my items back after 30 minutes and leaving

I have been to many Dollar General Locations, in and out of Indiana.This specific location has taught me a few things:1.Over all 50% of locations I have been to are just that 50% satisfaction2.If you are looking for an over worked underpaid employee, you guest it they are in every location.3. Of every location I have been to this location has some of the hardest working dedicated staff I have seen/met at any store i.e. Walmart, Dollar Tree, ex...4. Every once in a while you find a diamond. Some places create such a positive environment that they make you feel like family and you can't help but find something you need to buy just to stop in and say hi.With that said this very store dwelling is by FAR my favorite you can always find an associate near by working hard but still happy and eager to help.Clean, friendly, helpful, happy.I will not publish any review based on stock and/or availability during COVID-19 due to the fact that every business who is still making an effort and contribution to the community, are doing what they can with what they have.KEEP IN MIND EVERY ONE HAS BEEN IMPACTED IN SOME FORM BY COVID-19

The service here is beyond compare, my favorite store to visit.UPDATE. The manager Mike left and it seems service did as well. Stock is always piled up in the aisles, not much room to get around sometimes.

I have tried to go here multiple times (different times of the day) and they have always closed early! Very lazy! I’m currently in the parking lot at 6:00pm where they won’t let us in and are saying they close at 6!

Its about time they put one at 10th and raceway. Great employees and amazing service! In and out in a jiff. Also easy to access and get out. Huge parking lot as well!!

Ok we all know what the dollar general is and we all know what they sell it's not the insurance general that sell car insurance but they do sell some good stuff there i think the prices are a tab to high when you call yourself (Dollar) general it should be called Dollar store with everything being a single dollar but any who good store

Not the cleanest place. They don't always have everything in stock. Out by the trash bin area looks digusting. Trash all over the place. I would not be proud to work here.
