The African man that runs the store doesn’t know how to open or close the store.. he doesn’t even know how to give a refund they’re very rude in there…my food has mice bites through the bag and I also saw bed bugs in this store definitely mice infested…they need to close this store until they can find someone who actually knows how to manage it I will be calling Board of Health this is disgusting

Waiting outside for store to open. Employee sines to door at 8:03 with an attitude to say that they are under remodel and will open in “about 15-20 minutes “ trash service. Y’all should have changed the times on google

I am shocked at the condition of this store! I remember when it was in Twin Aise Plaza the shelves were fully shocked and you could get done the aisle without hitting the plethora of stocking carts throughout the store on every single aisle! Most all popular items are not available. Are they closing this location or??? Staff is somewhat helpful but distant. Not sure if I will shop here anymore. Try another location for the items you want is my suggestion

Shoot! Where do I start! I LOVE this particular location's store!! They stayed stocked(for the most part) during the quarantine. They keep the store clean. The employees are ALL so friendly, and helpful. Price's are always right. I dont have a single bad thing to say about this place!So why didn't they get 5 stars??? THE PARKING LOT! It reminds me of Baghdad the day after we bombed the poop outta it!! I know it's not their fault, but accessing the store can seriously be a problem!! I wish they would force the landlord to resurface it. ALL OF IT!

I shop at this location a few times a week. The service is usually ALWAYS good. But today I had to leave a comment because the 2 young ladies working today were outstanding. They went above and BEYOND to help me with the cpl questions I had. I wanted to let the "Head People" of that store know that Mandy & Kayla are FABULOUS at their job's, and I will now go to that location only.

Great customer service from the General Manager. Good vibes to every customer. Works very hard and said her running around in the store is what keeps her skinny. I don't know her salary but she deserves a raise.

With it being a newer store, I expect some chaos. That's exactly what you USED to get here. Ever since they had managers from all over the district come in and help change/set planograms, that store is the cleanest, with the most friendliest morning staff; best one ever!

My customer experience was great.. I asked for help finding the product I needed to purchase.. when the cashier was asked she told me which aisle to go down and how far and to look to the left ..my product was purchased and I was greeted as I entered and as I left the store...very welcoming and friendly experienced staff...well trained and polite. I will be returning. Thank you!

The store is in a very convenient area, however it is a hassle to shop. I feel like I am at a rummage sale paying full price for some things that are well worth it but is in a rummage environment.....Ive left numerous of times...come back to see new faces and same if not worse environment....Ill join the team!! TEAMWORK makes someones dream work, right!!

Awesome store, Everything was Neatly and Well Stocked. Dollar store clerks were pleasant and helpful(Lori/Robin) Especially Robin😁Needed help finding an Item and Robin walked me Personally to it. It was Great!! Spend about 80 to 100$$ each week at Family Dollar on Prospect and they don't have hardly Anything I prefer, nothing Ever in Stock, and stuff Everywhere Now that I've discovered this Dollar Store, which is not much farther from my house(one bus)I'm Hooked😁I will spend my Money there!!! The place is ok, but for the money! They ask for to much for there stuff.Plus I had my oldest daughter with me, and this one lady that works there just about followed us out the door!It kinda pissed me off, like you know I have money, I'm not stealing your stuff!!

It's a nice place in everything but every time you go in there they got so many carts in the aisles you can't see stuff because of that they need to get a couple people just to go in there and stock all that stuff when they get it because it don't matter the time of the day the month or whenever

This location is always a mess, and hard to navigate due to the mess. Went in to just get sugar on my way home from work, the shelf was completely empty. When I asked if they had any sugar in back, the girl working gave me a dirty look. She then walked over to their "seasonal" aisle, moves a stack of boxes and a cart out of the way of the very bottom shelf and proceeds to tell me I should have looked harder.

It's okay,same old shopping experience! I run in,and run out, to grab things I need for the week when I can't make it to Wallyworld! I just happened to notice the other day that the prices are going up! Spent $35 on what,I don't know but other than that it's the same old Dollar General! The store around the corner to grab your odds,and ends! And what store isn't going up in price? They're all getting expensive😳😒

Mandy , Meg and Kayla are extremely nice and are very hard workers , the store does a lot of business and that's why the shelves aren't always stocked while merchandise is still on the carts , you'd need twenty people working there on a regular full time basis and that's not possible so pls look at the bigger picture when shopping there .All the women work hard , they are friendly and Mandy , Meg and Kayla do better than their best .You're all my Favs ... I love you guys !!!-J

Had some good discount clothes. Up to size 3x too. Some parts of the store are a little tight but I love the selection of stuff

Employees are nice but the store is a mess. Very hard to get through the aisles. There are boxes everywhere lots of empty shelves with nothing restocked. The front of the store is filthy.

Because I did not have a way of locking up my bicycle at the Dollar Tree they wouldn't let me bring the bike inside and park it by the door so I went across the lot and went through the Family Dollar and the employees there gave me information to park my bike inside..🙂

While i shopped i got to listen to 2 employees talk badly about other employees very loudly while they stocked aisles. One even talked about fighting other employees if they had a problem with her. This is not professional at all.

Never anything stocked always cluttered with stocking carts... Like are you all short on staff? Can't expect to sell and make money off there nothing to buy on the shelf... This is literally the most disorganized DG I've been to on Indy...

All these dollar generlas look like a tornado went through them.. these stores allm use to be clean now they just look nasty.. hey managers how about actually doing work in your stores amlong with your employees

Very unorganized. Always cluttered and can't find nothing on the shelves because there either in boxes or hidden behind. Big fire hazard or an accident waiting to happen
